Lovingly prepared breakfast buffet with sun terrace and delicious coffee specialities! Friendly and helpful hostess as well as free bikes. The rooms are small but clean.

We were greeted very cordially by the hostess where we were immediately brought closer to the whole area and also the trip to Venice. Overall, this hotel has very very friendly staff which makes you feel very comfortable there. The location of the hotel is perfect and also the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very good. I can only recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great stay, 600m from the ferry to venice which you can reach easily on foot.

Friendly staff, no restaurant, small rooms, small bed, small bathroom, currently more B&B than hotel.

Food un ambiente super is just as beautiful outside! the room was too small, not clean and abgelebt (cracks in wall-paper, bathroom not maintained fixtures partially rusted! Breakfast was good! price/performance is unfortunately a bit overpriced otherwise if you had planned to Venice to go and yet nächstmöglich spend the night would be recommended.

A small, quiet Hotel on the way to Venice. Here you will get a friendly welcome. The buffet Breakfast is not very rich, but in order. Free W-LAN and Parking are available. The boats to Venice are all within walking distance. The staff and Management are friendly, helpful and multilingual.

This small and new hotel with its own restaurant (and excellent pizzas) is very quiet and comfortable with plenty of parking area. The prices are very reasonable and the staff helpful and friendly. With only a 10 minute walk to the harbour, one can buy a half-day, 1, 2, 3 or 7-day boat trip to Venice (including Canale Grande) and the surrounding islands. Boat company 'Actv'. Our 2-day stay what well worth it!
Very nice, quiet, small, new hotel with good restaurant, friendly staff, very good prices! Ideal for Venice visits, the pier is only 900m away. Best equal to a multiple-day tickets for ACTV (best boat taxi company) for the entire period to buy! Costs not much, and to go anywhere at any time. Advantage of base on the Mainland: you can park next to the hotel, and have to carry his luggage to the ferry, and also not in Venice to the hotel.

The pizza is very good, very nice and impressive.
Average prices high but justified by the very generous portions.
Didn't try the seafood but the menu looked very inspirational.
