A clean and well-placed hotel to reach both the beach and the old town. Quiet rooms and very courteous staff. Breakfast varies and with quality foods.
On request, you can use bikes for excursions to the Casoni or other bike paths. Good value. I recommend it.

The hosts were very-very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean, modern and well equiped. The location is just perfect, 2-3 minutes walk to the lovely beach and to the bars, restaurants and cafes. We booked directly at the hotel website so the parking and the laybeds and umbrella were free. The breakfast was excellent. We will definately come back in the future. Thanks for everything.

Excellent cuisine with tasty dishes and abundant. Beautiful room, excellent food, large terrace, bathroom, spacious and recently renovated. Great availability from the lady Erika to satisfy all its guests. We were really happy with.

The rooms are very nice and the location is very close to the beach. Great for a holiday.

It was a very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast, with fresh cooked eggs, cappuccino done at the bar and not by a vending machine. Wide variety of fruit, cakes, bread, jams, breakfast varied and abundant. Cleanliness and staff more than helpful and kind even in the care of NS. Bikes used for triathlon races.

Despite the bad weather, we more than enjoyed the week in this hotel.
The reception was more than cordial! One immediately felt at will and was spoiled with a welcome drink.
The rooms were all top! Very clean and cozy. Actually untypical for Italy, therefore worth mentioning: The rooms were very modern and lovingly furnished. The bathroom was the hammer ;-)
We had booked half board and were allowed to enjoy the delicacies of Dario every evening. Greeting from the kitchen, appetizer, main course and dessert. All in excellent quality and lovingly garnished.
The breakfast was also excellent! Great choice, and really for everyone. Whether savoury or sweet, everything tasted wonderful. We also found it great that there was fresh fruit every day. Even egg dishes could be chosen.
The service was lonely! Never, really never have we enjoyed such a special service. Erika is simply a pearl and indispensable. Erika and Dario really responded to all wishes and needs, were heartbreakingly child-loving and very very familiar and friendly!
I had a great birthday at The Tre Rose, which I will never forget. Our children were so loved… really great!
The beach section is within walking distance of the hotel and very clean.
Honestly, there is nothing we could criticise…
We are looking forward to our next stay and count the days… :-)

Wonderful stay during summer 2016, clean and pretty hotel, spacious rooms, great breakfasts — caring staff, BEST!

Staff very friendly and accommodating, shame about the parking is too small compared to the capacity of the hotel but still we found parking not far away for free. The breakfast is poor but still a good and well-presented. The room is spacious, cosy and equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed. Services clean and well-equipped. The room was good and definitely well-received. An experience definitely to be repeated willingly.

We found ourselves very well, we even surprised both for the treatment received (pampered), that for the price (very good). The Structure was renovated, very clean, friendly, private parking in the same hotel. The breakfast was amazing… delicious dinner based on fresh fish of the place… staff friendly and courteous, and efficient, especially the lady Heather. For us more than a star is a three-star hotel seen from our own experience, we will come back very willingly… recommended.

Welcoming and courteous staff, clean rooms, and beautiful. Caorle-city prettier than I thought. We will return :)
