Very chic and comfortable hotel. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast staff very kind and competent. Nice to have breakfast on the 12th floor!

The restaurant overlooking the city I think is a strong point of the hotel. Location easily accessible from the highway. Highly recommended.

Great property, impeccable amenities, quiet and clean rooms.

For 3 person Family adults the room — disasteres. The staff reception (from Romanien) = very friendly with good skills, but again= room from booking in reality not the same, its not a fair.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful and more importantly, trustworthy! I accidentally left my purse in the dining area and did't realize it until I was headed home on a bus tour. They shipped it back to me (I paid 30 euro with insurance) and it arrived quickly and with every item intact! Thank you to your amazing staff. Also, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, it does not matter the time of day, morning, daytime or night time, they are the best.

Very bad Wi-Fi even the Düsseldorf nh hotel is the same problem poor Wi-Fi!

I cannot ignore the fact that such a huge hotel doesn’t have proper air conditioning especially in the middle of the summer. Breakfast was amazing, special foods were there, like lactosfrei, glutenfrei, usw. The selection of Tea for breakfast was incredible.

You cannot control the air conditioning in this hotel. The rooms were very warm. You can play all you want with the thermostat they are just a toy. The hotel itself is clean and the staff quite hospitable.

Very good room overall. AC couldn't quite keep up and the shower was a bit annoying. Otherwise, pleasant stay and good staff.

My experience is related to the participation of a course. Excellent structure, located in proximity to the train station and public parking. Staff of the friendly welcome. Meeting room well furnished and clean.

The staff was very helpful Nice panoramic restaurant. It is very close to the fair so ideal for those attending an event at the fair. Equipped for small children, even at breakfast where you need a set of plastic dishes/cutlery, crayons for coloring, sketchbook. Close enough to the center on the side of Giotto's chapel. Being very modern does not make it the romantic idea of the city, but the ease of getting there by car, the services and the proximity to the center compensate this aspect.

All the rooms are spacious, the dark spanplattenmöblage somewhat same time, accessibility of the centre and the train station for pedestrians but quite time-consuming… but what surprised me a bit is the price that is in the room itself for the Single occupancy is posted… up to €389. —/nacht… I myself have paid for several days of stay on the 100 on average — for direct booking, and I feel the lower mentioned amount as the upper limit for the offered… NH-Hoteles is claiming to be an upscale Trademark, and here in Padua only upscale mediocrity is offered to the guest… eg Breakfast. : Shameless use of convenience products from the Tetrapack… a shame…

Good hotel to get to know the city of Padua.

Great hotel. Modern, clean, comfortable rooms with large windows. Breakfast in the morning Selfservice with a wide choice of sweet and savory. Very nice staff. Location But let's talk about a distance from the center of a little more than 15 minutes. Price of the rooms competitive. Hotel da Ritornatci.

If you are in a business trip to Padova. This hotel is in a very ideal place in the city. You will be closer to all things you want. Down town, main train station…

Bad value for money. Lack of staff. No one to help me unload my suitcases in the rain or even to ride them in my room, while the day before in Belgrade in a half cheaper hotel I had obtained these services without even asking them. More rating in town very bad.

A hotel in a great and quiet location with a nice view if on the high floors. I stayed in the superior room with king size bed, very comfortable, and found it very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was definitely rich and in a fine setting on the top floor with beautiful views. Definitely a choice to consider if you are looking for accommodation in Padua.

The receptionist is very kind. Breakfast is delicious. Room is kept clean everyday. I use double bed every time, it is very wide. Fee is expensive but services is no problem. If you are searching hotel in Padova, I recommend this hotel, especially for travelers. It easy to access to Venice from here.

Hotel up to the standards of the reference chain!
The location, not far from the old town, and very close to the train station, to be used as a Metro station for Venice, combined with the excellent management by the employees in every field of expertise, and a good restaurant site on the floor Higher, with a total view over the rooftops and belfries of Padua.

I am often a customer of the Nh chain for work, around Italy. Definitely for me they have the most comfortable beds in the competition. The receptionist of Padua have always shown extreme courtesy and willingness as well as sympathy.

I stayed for the first time on a business trip and I can only express one rating: Great. From the reception where there are really very nice guys, to the rooms very well cared for, clean and functional. The breakfast room is very provided and caters to all tastes. The restaurant is exceptional, located on the 12th floor overlooking Padua; Healthy dishes, very good. The staff is very kind and makes you feel comfortable. Not really bad. Congratulations to all.

Great hotel with good staff. I like how they accomedate gluten free in their restaurant. However, the location is not the best since you'd need a car to travel to the cites.

Modern Hotel, very spacious room. The bed a little soft! A pity Q does not have a shower instead of a bathtub. Spectacular breakfast on the top floor overlooking the city and the mountains.

Very nice hotel, I stayed here only for the night and breakfast. The room was clean and confortable: big soft beds, TV, mini-bar and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast is served on the 12th floor (the last) where you can see a beautiful view of Padova.

It should be a 5 star for sure! We stayed for 6 nights and they made our vacation to Padova such a perfect experience! It's definitely a family-friendly hotel, with huge variety of facilities to help us with our baby! Staff if friendly, chefs and waiters are extraordinary good, amazing cuisine and a great panoramic restaurant. Rooms are clean, extremely comfortable and with nice views. Breakfast was perfect and the chef provided to us baby's lunch on a daily basis with no additional charge. It's only 1100m away from train station and about 15min walk from the city centre. I would highly recommend that place to any traveller is willing to visit the magic city of Padova. NH PADOVA is an excellent choice. I'd like to thank them for making us feel like home!

I love this place. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are quite nice. The best part of this hotel is its restaurant at the 12th floor: the view there is absolutely gorgeous.

Quality like others NH hotels. Minimum 15min to the center walking Good for business trip. Good salads in restaurant and the best the free chocolate that they give you after dinner.

I / we really enjoyed our stay here it's probably one of the best hotels we've stayed in! We booked a standard room & were asked if we would like an upgrade at a reasonable price so we did. The hotel is spotless v modern build our suite had all round view of the city the staff were helpful, polite & friendly to us they printed off maps without even having to ask & gave us good recommendations to eat out, Franchesco (possibly spelt wrong) was quick, efficient and made us feel welcome.

Great structure. Top service and cleanliness. Strategic place for the city centre and especially for the fairgrounds.

They allow smoking on the 7th floor, but wash all of the laundry together. So, your bed, towels, and robes will all reek of tar and nicotine. Disgusting. Also, they make you go to a special room off the lobby to do ironing, it's not allowed in the actual hotel room. Strange. Lousy place.

Excellent hospitality and service of breakfasts with staff really friendly and helpful. Modern and welcoming, not great judgment is not entirely clean sheets have been found not in line with the standard of the hotel. I still recommend to at least one dinner in the restaurant on the 12th floor: a panoramic view of the entire city.

Hotel elegant, corporate event with the audience. Great coffee breaks. Only note the Hall was at too high a temperature and once turned off the heating the Sun started beating on the Windows.
Ultimately, great experience, but shame about the temperature …

Ac unit was broken (temp in summer can reach 40 c°), Wi-Fi is slow (they charge extra for proper Wi-Fi). We were 2 ppl in one room and they gave us 1 key. Bad over all experince. Cannot recommend.
