Excellent strategic point and ample space available.

Organization and excellent reception of the meeting room.
The only flaw is the audio system to be reviewed.

Excellent location with ample parking professional reception precise and fast large and quiet rooms with walk-in closet and bathroom with shower and bathtub breakfast very varied caring and fast service.

Worst hotel stay experience ever. 1. Hotel kettle eventhough the encyclopedia in hotel rooms says it is provided. If no kettle were to be provided, pls revise your booklet. 2. The room setup seems like to have travel back to the 80s where it was so retro like. 3. Hot water were to be obtained from the bar. Staff by the bar doesnt even bother to ask what we want even when we are standing in front of him, looking at him, waiting to tell him what we want. More like avoiding eye contact with us. He seems to be more interested with the TV playing music channel. He later choose to a smaller pour over to transfer hot water for us than a bigger ones which resulted in more trips, this is when he became impatient and started to communicate in their language till another staff took over using a bigger ones. I think it was Rude and impatient. 4. Breakfast was separated between group tour and normal booking with different range of food. Group tour has lesser variety, no toaster, no pancake etc… why? Culture difference? racists? First time in my life travelling so many countries, treatment was so different. A very bad experience overall. I had stayed in other crowne plaza hotel in other countries which the experience was very pleasant. Shouldn't the SOP be the same internationally? I don't think service line should be like this especially for a huge hotel group like IHG.

I know it’s a business hotel but seriously this is just like being on a film set where stuff isn’t real. Room decor is from the eighties. Windows bolted shut and air con does not work (not broken just doesn’t come on-you know if you ask they will say it’s winter). I am only here overnight so do not wish to spend my time asking reception things like “how do you get the TV to work? It shouldn’t be that hard. I’m not expecting a holiday but even as a business hotel it’s not delivering and I bet this wasn’t cheap either?

Let’s say; Amazing check in! The lady she was extremely professional! But unfortunately Very dirty room, I asked several times to clean my room but apparently not staff available. I was not available to sleep! Bed; very uncomfortable! Breakfast! I asked an espresso “a la carte” She was very rude and in Padua accent;
Vai al bar c’è ne so tanti, qui solo buffeee! At the bar, to order an espresso 10 minutes (the barista was super nice — just busy working around alone) This is absolutely not a crowne plaza can be a good 3 star hotel!

Very comfortable hotel close to the motorway. Very good staff and breakfast is ver good quality. The rooms are perfect. We use this hotel every year when we travel from Spain to Slovakia.

The most comfortable bed and very nice service. If you miss the shuttle bus, they pay a taxi for you to get to the train station.

We were staying in spacious 4bed appartment, with very big bathroom, very clean, good breakfast. Garage included… I would recommend it, highly. Staff very kind and helpfull.

Good for an overnight stop. Our room had the shower walls with some mold and water did not drain properly. Also, the carpet looked kind of old. Our daughter is allergic and kept sneezing through the night.

Albergo is located in a strategic place in fact it is just a few meters from the exit of the highway Padua West and therefore makes it an undisputing place for corporate meetings and training meetings of various kinds.
The strong inclination to this type of activity is given by the fact that the structure is equipped with different rooms and rooms of various features and sizes that can be adapted to the wider needs.

I spent New Year's Eve in this hotel. I really liked the room, the staff is helpful and welcoming. Great dinner and breakfast.

Efficient and nice staff, large and clean rooms, very good variety of breakfast buffet, large and free parking and a very good restaurant offering interesting and tasty dishes. A good location for discovering the beautiful Veneto region as easy access to all cities and sites around. And close to Padova, a very pretty and nice town.

An economy hotel, strategically perched on a hill overlooking a valley. I do not know whether they serve good food but has a nice gallery with a great view. The place on the way to Austria from Venice in Italy.

Comfortable clean elegant Hotel. The waiters and staff a bit angry and with the hard snout. The only smiling and kind one man of the service staff.
I had asked to lower the air conditioning after it was asked a first time and the receptionist on duty said to me: still? Or hot or cold? Rude.

I've been here for a job training. Nice, clean and cute environment. Professional staff. I ate at the buffet, foods that delight everyone's tastes. Particular but delicate. Great choice.

U have a car and dont mind driving to eat. Or hate the hassle of traffic. Thats the pplace with a good b fast and goood food.

Hotel frequented for a conference. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Efficient projection tools. Excellent lunch while calculating the large number of people attending. I didn't sleep. Only flaw, parking not enough compared to the needs of the conventions.

I was for a conference, so I don't rate the rooms. Cozy, spacious and comfortable environments. Free Wi-Fi and clean services. The staff did not live up to the name, perhaps because I did not have a room, perhaps because too troubled, however I expected a more friendly attitude.

Unfriendly, unthinking, indelicate, irreverent, offensive waiters against the customers.
They scolded us for stuffing bread for our children.
Absurd, also considered the price we paid. This has never happened to me, we have stayed overnight and we stay in hotels all over Europe, but we have never experienced such a thing.

Location is right off the highway! But you do not hear the road noise at night. Room us nice but wish I had more shelves in the big closet, the TV in my room didnt work the first night. But since I do not watch TV I am ok with that.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms. The front reception staff could be more friendly and helpful. I stood there for five minutes before I was helped, and I was the only person at the desk.

I was at the Crown Plaza for a corporate dinner. So I only saw the part of the reception and the salon where we had dinner. The latter very handsome, with very high plants all along the perimeter. The dishes served of the highest quality.

Pretty spacious rooms. Clean and complete bathroom. Excessive mini bar prices. The parking lot covered especially in winter. Restaurant with good variety but overpriced.

I was at the hotel for a business meeting. The rooms and the spaces provided for the occasion were adequate, much less refreshments and lunch, both poor both as quality and as variety. At all at the height of the structure level.

Not close enough to walk to anything. Parking is a PITA. For a supposed higher end restaurant the breakfast was rather disappointing. Bed was comfy, nice bathroom.

This was our first stop on our Italy trip, we spent two nights here. The room was very clean, bed is comfy, the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. There was a kettle so we could make tea/coffee. They offer a wide selection of toiletries in case you forgot something at home (all complimentary). The restaurant is amazing. Breakfast is continental, with a huge selection (there are gluten-free and healthy items as well). Dinner was delicious as well, desserts are absolutely inc…redible. It is a little out of the city centre, but the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the town centre or the train station. By car the city centre can be reached in 10minutes and parking isn't very expensive either. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

For meeting rooms positive judgement. Professional and comfortable service out of AUROSTRADALW toll booth. I don't know about the hotel because it didn't try.

I was at a professional computing event. The Hotel is very close to the Padova Ovest exit of the Venezia Milano motorway. The parking lot was overfilled but I found it to park. Standard services, free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Very good restaurant, above average.

New chef at the restaurant. Great international menu. Excellent service by friendly, yet professional waiters.

Ottima struttura, pulito e servizio cordiale preciso e puntuale. Si trova vicinissimo all'autostrada dunque servono mezzi per raggiungere il centro (circa 20 minuti). L'Hotel mette a disposizione una navetta gratuita.

Good way to pass a weekend, rooms with sofa and TV, this hotel isn't near Padova centre but you can go with free hotel bus service. Not much expensive.

Good business hotel, Venice just 30 minutes. Wi-Fi is free but it also very slow.

I was at a Conference at the crowne plaza, staying for lunch (buffet) and dinner (served with live music).
Huge conference room (there were more than 400 people), lunch at the buffet a bit disappointing, but were turned down with dinner.

Great suite, complete with everything. Impeccable hygiene, hot tub and shower comfortable and very large. Quiet hotel. Also the breakfast was okay, even if you can do better in the morning from a hotel of this standard.

Liked us very well in the hotel. We had a junior suite. Very modern, new and spacious with large bathroom with tub and separate shower. Deo article were filled every day. The breakfast was very good! Coffee selection according to desire and freshly prepared. Buffet, fresh fruit salad, warm baking croissants. All very tasty! Parking is available outside. We were allowed to use the garage for free. But don't know whether this is generally free, because it was pretty empty. Internet is free of charge and worked very well with Smartphone. We stayed 4 nights here.

It's an amazing hotel, it has a lot of floors, rooms r very spacious, good staff, and just a splendid atmosphere.
