Nice pool location but an air conditioner in the room would be fine more than fine!

Very very kind personal, we arrived late but they were waiting for us and were very professional and nice!

Away from the hustle of Venice, country living B&B. Private water taxi tour to the city available with pay, convenient airport pickup and drop off. Perfecto!

Yesterday Easter Lunch: We were very good adults and children, honest price, food and drink in abundance and good service, ; Hospitality and friendliness of the holders, they made the day happy, Giusy.

Super clean. Very good reception. Very nice staff. Speaks English and French. Just a downside for meals. Off season not much to choose from and expensive. But the rest excuse all that.

Very good hotel … only problem is commutation as it's too internal…

This was one of my best hotel visits ever despite needing to book it very last minute due to weather issues and missing a flight. The owners and staff are remarkable people with true empathy and kindness. I felt like I was welcomed into their family for the day rather than just playing the role of guest. The hotel is comfortable and beautifully quaint. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet with shutters to block the light if desired. There's plenty of seating downatsirs in the dining room or on the patio. The food at the resaurant is authentic and delicious. And the entire hotel has a calming quality to it. The owners are two of the kindest and warmest people I've met. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and happiness, and their empathy is unmatched. I spent the day at the hotel and watched their interactions with other guests — who they treated with the same empathy and warmth as they did with me. I felt as if I were being welcomed into their home, rather than just their hotel. They have two beautiful and friendly dogs who love a good belly rub as well, and are ameanble to a few cuddles. I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you're looking for a warm and authentic environment.

I was at this property at lunch, they welcomed us very cordially and we were immediately as if it was a long time that we knew instead it was the first time… the food is of good quality. It is located in a strategic place both for those who must visit the city of Venice and for those who want to stay in complete tranquillity. You can also take advantage of a swimming pool and a solarium… we hope that the owners give the Posssibilita to build a small dock that is already in the project… but you know that here in Italy who wants to work is always stopped by the bureaucracy…

Lovely place to stay you are welcome right from the start & help is only a question away will be staying here every time we are town. Plus do the boat trip to Venince fantastic.

I stayed one night with my boyfriend. I was quite impressed with the staff, always very helpful and friendly. They gave him two tickets to the Casino and a shuttle to take us straight to Venice, but due to the weather we were unable to take advantage of this opportunity but we had already spent the previous day in Venice and were able to visit it. Dinner was very simple and pleasant, and the breakfast. They have two dogs but do not bear excessive distrbo. I recommend it as it is a good reference point for access to Venice using the shuttles that leave in a good location.

The Hotel itself is beautifully situated. Clean and tidy. Even the couple of kilometres away, the airport (air traffic directly over it), it should be ignored after a short time. To recover ideal. What I don't think ok is when you have been previously a 3 bed room and then in the room where you have 2 beds and 1 Lazarettliege, where the 3. Person as a Flitzebogen on it, before. Have complained and we have been relocated. Conclusion, another room as well. The pillows küppelhart. If you like! Mattresses, each spring is noticeable if you have more like 60 lbs. Also not nice. The Pool … Really nice. Only one must also, as a hotel guest daily per adult Person, 5€ for the use of numbers. I also had never. This is included in the price culinary Breakfast. Well … Rusk, desiccant white bread. Dry cake per Person and 1 croissant. There were per Person 1 piece of Butter, 1x jam and 1x cheese (all approx 10g). Packaged so as to get it out of the hospital knows. Drink, ice-cold sweet juice and a low-fat yogurt. The same every day. Coffee, sausage or Scheibenkäse cost anything extra. I was also not correct. Like in a hostel. The Service was top. Louisa rocking the incredibly well (one of the employees). The rooms are air-conditioned. The was super. The bathrooms are also very nice and always fresh towels. For the guests the Pool want to use it means there is no access for the dogs. Unless you are the Boss. These dogs may as rumflitzen.
