Nice hotel, in the center of Mogliano Veneto, close to the station and with many shops. Easy to reach and very comfortable to go to visit Venice and Treviso. The hotel staff is exquisite, friendly and helpful and ready to advise the customer as best they can. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and iacuzzi pool. I highly recommend it.

Great location to visit Venice with ample parking. Close to the station (about 500mt) and in the central area. Exquisite staff. Nice hotel, with pool/hot tub outside, in retro style. Plenty of continental breakfast. Comfortable beds. Ancient furniture in the room. Toilet not really brand new, but no problem. Area full of mosquitoes, so have Autan (the reason for the 4 stars).

Great to leave the car and take the train to Venice. Train is walking in 7min and cheap.
Or very good as a stopover to Florence or southern Italy… Breakfast not good only after the 2nd time I got a cappuccino that did not come from the vending machine. Very good parking and the rooms are very fine. Friendly staff.

If you're after history, than this is an excellent experience. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was nice and clean, internet very random and didn't work at times. Breakfast fine. Will recommend to anyone with a taste for history.

It was our second time. 1st time was wonderful memory. Now the 2nd time is possibly our last. Manager made (in my opinion) a very unwise bussiness call. For a few euros he sent away a return customer (that had brought 9 extra people a total of 12people=5rooms for 2nights) sad. Bad customer. Service. Wonder how that will work for him in the future? Please let it be known; I do wish him all the best!

I went there on 12 and 13 may 2018 Super welcome nice room staff attentive perfect lunch and 20 minutes from Venice by train village to discover.

Beautiful period structure in a very central position with nice spacious and spotless rooms.

Love this classic century old villa, feel like elites staying inside. Maintenance needs a little bit of uplifting.

This villa truly looks as on pictures and this is astounding! Inner milieu also safely keep the spirit of according time. But there were some trifle disadvantages. Despite our late check-in (we checked-in later than had planned) our room hadn't been fully cleaned. There was trash in the bin, also there weren't all bath accessories in the room. Moreover, air-conditioning in our room (401) hardly heated, so there was rather cold at night. Nonetheless, these disadvantages couldn't ruin our impression about brilliance sight of the early sun on the emerald lawn right against our high windows, which we could open and inhale the morning freshness!

Old mansion converted into a hotel in a city 30 km from Venice. Correct, without restoration at night, if you are looking for calm.

Very nice place with friendly staff. We enjoyed some quality time with our Kids in autumn here. Breakfast seems pricey, but there are good alternatives in walking distance. Only 5 min to the next railway station for easy access to Venice Santa Lucia.

Hotel with all the comforts. Average breakfast. Comfortable bed. Clean and comfortable room. The only downside is the room temperature, too hot. The present thermostat did not regulate anything.

Cozy Place, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Parking is available. The little Rooms are beautiful, but not exactly what you'd call up to date. Only a few meters to the city center and some good restaurants. Worth a visit.

The Hotel is very close to the main square, very friendly and professional.

Friend had cockroaches in their room and only got a 10€ rebate. Not half, not free, 10€. Gross.

The place looks amazing and the employees are very nice, unfortunately when we woke up this morning we found a cockroach climbing on our bed. We took a picture and advised the manager, who offered us a 10€ rebate on the price of the room. We payed 75€ to sleep with a cockroach, which is unacceptable for a 4* hotel. Sorry for the 2*, other than that I would've given 5. The place itself is still very great and the breakfast is wonderful.

Good classic Italian Design Hotel. If you would love to live the 18th century style then this is the one.

We stayed at this 1880's Aristocratic Mansion 10 years ago and loved the Art Novea interior. Returning this year we found many improvements. The rooms are huge compared to hotels in Venice, the prices are a small fraction of the Venitian rates. A 15 minute train ride takes you to St. Lucia Station in Venice. 2 generations of a wonderful family own and operate the entire property, and treat you like their honored guests. Wonderful breakfasts and service.

Lovely hotel, located close to restaurants and the train station to go into Venice. Absolutely fabulous buffet for breakfast. Service by the staff was excellent. Room was typically small European room, with a nice en-suite bath. I would stay there again.

The last review before I had made me dubious about my possible overnight at this beautiful Villa. But then, won the uncertainty, I booked.
I have to say the place is beautiful: the rooms (I've seen several) very comfortable, staff very helpful, breakfast. In short, a positive assessment that I was fully satisfied. Also the location of the Hotel is strategic and the possibility to park their cars in the parking lot before moving to public transport to Venice to Treviso. The Hotel also gave me the opportunity to leave the car parked by them despite my short stay had ended. Finally I must say that the value for money was outstanding in connection with the services provided.
Quality and courtesy, no doubt. And it is definitely a place where I will return as soon as possible. Recommended.

Undoubtedly there was a commendable action of actualization of a family villa into a hotel; objectively the furnishings in the common areas are elegant and denote good taste of a family with a long tradition. Expect equivalently a thing. I have occupied the 203, perhaps even the worst of the property, but I found it just sad, with this closet, albeit, but totally inadequate as to the rationality of the spaces they occupy, a venerable Mivar television propped up on a bar fridge with the door shut, even a bathroom sanitary unstable and poorly anchored to the floor (you had to be careful not to fall with them if we flipped over) a shower Jacuzzi that Jacuzzi had only name because you don't even have an airtight sliding doors, groups, grohe were of good quality, except for the shower that load of limestone (near-zero maintenance) splashing water in all directions; I found even abandoned in shower SOAP, evidently the previous occupant, which suggests that housekeeping is not so accurate, in contrast to reviews I've seen in many previous reviews my. In short, based on my experience otherwise very disappointed, also because a note manufacturer, I would expect a better choice. The heater in the room then created an air too dry, and the breakfast was mediocre. However beyond all I have to say that the acceptance and availability were, on average, above average.
