Very well! Clean, quiet, welcoming, varied and hearty breakfast. Very comfortable for The means to reach Venice. The staff were very friendly and well-prepared. It's okay!

The rooms are cozy. But I had a huge problem at breakfast. The service was worse than terrible, plate in hand I had the server tell me I couldn't sit on the 20+ empty tables, and that I had to sit with someone else from my section, except all seats were taken and when someone finally stood up, they wouldn't help me clean up the table that had all sort of food and dirty plates. Waited enough and had to start moving the plates myself. Then and only then they started cleaning and picking up the dishes. Not even all of them. Been in Europe for a week and a half touring around in differents hotels and this have been by far my worst experience.

Average room, old fashioned. Nice bathroom. Average breakfast… Having the basics. Not good outdoor spaces.

Very decent hotel if looking to stay for only a few nights. Not a five star hotel, but contains all necessities for eager travelers.

Wifi does not work well in the room. Breakfast is not so great. Room was outdated but clean. Location was good.

Carpet and wallpaper all over the old and smelly hotel.
Breakfast worse than a 2 star old bread and coffee which is impossible to call coffee.

Room has a old school feel. Bed was comfortable but the room had a smell which was due to all the closed window. That wasn't too bad. Air con was ok. Overall no major issues and had trouble free experience.

Rooms were of a decent size and hotel is fairly close to transport links into Venice. Buffet breakfast was good Rooms had a stale odour to them that forced us to keep windows open. Shower is absolutely pathetic. No water pressure, single stream. Fridge didn't work in our room. No TVs or entertainment in the bar. We had food taken from our room by housekeeping while staying there, so be careful…

Hotel with public transport facilmentile reachable for Venice. Good breakfast sufficiently varied. Rooms clean but with carpeting and beds a little uncomfortable.

Staff friendly and efficient but I do not understand the property: You can not keep in conditions so old a hotel to 10 min from Venice. Prejudice the perception of the beautiful country @!

We were first disappointed with the exterior aspect of the building which does not allude to the very cosy interior, an interior aspect of a small castle. The reception and assistance of the staff regarding the possibilities of visiting Venice are very appreciable. No complaints about their restaurant and restaurant staff. The stay was very successful.

Four stars?! I can't believe it. Between the room very small, the bed very very uncomfortable! (We get up the next day with still the impression of having the springs of the bed marked on the body) No air conditioning in the room. The ridiculously small bathtub with the shower head that does not work properly. So we hope that the day will still start well thanks to a good breakfast. Well, no! There is very little choice for this one and foods that could be of much better quality… Don't count on a coffee or a fresh orange juice either…
The only positive thing I would remember is the welcome and kindness of the employees.

Was a nice hotel, rooms had enough space, service was good. Location was close to the city, easy bus trip.

Bad Hotel. They do not have electronic cards for the doors there is no fixed signal Wi-Fi falls every nothing is very old and did not look clean the rugs.

I took advantage of the Congress Hall for a work test, I can not say anything outside the furnishings and location, however I thought it was very valuable.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, big and clean bedroom and bathroom. Really great breakfast. The only downside is that the bus/tram station is a little bit far from the hotel. Not a problem if it's not raining.

Not if you describe this hotel as a place to sleep or as a retro attraction years 70. Large Hotel with no parking problems. Great reception The rooms though spacious are like returning to the years 70. They give the appearance of dirty and work half the things. The bathroom was very large.

Beautiful place, classic, decorated with a touch of yesteryear, pleasant view, attentive staff and very willing to collaborate and ensure your comfort.

Big rooms. Large beds. Good heating for the rooms. Very poor breakfast and bathroom for room 203 smelled like piss if the hotel management keen to go see what's wrong with the smell.

It was expected away from Venice, but that wall-to-wall carpet literally not suitable for people with breathing problems.

Horrible, stinking, awful food very expensive, the smell of wet and old, the bathroom dirty, the water does not go down the drain, the duvets and sheets also dirty, frightening the whole hotel, and there is nothing around, we went through a "Mapaplus" agency that Also Who is terrible, in addition Italy is charging a foreign tax for being in Italy apart from what you pay at the hotel, this should be paid in cash at the hotel… for fast in Italy you pay: The hotel night you will occupy (what you pay to stay), a tax in cash per day that you are in Italy € (3-6 depending on the area where this hotel), for sitting at any hotel table € (2-4 depends on the restaurant), the waiter service of the restaurant (12% of the total of your account).

I barely slept because there were big bedbugs flying around the room. We walk in a group of 54 people. Some preferred to stay at the reception. Bad attention, when we complained they said that the bedbugs did nothing and the staff did nothing and they mocked. Breakfast bad scrambled eggs almost raw. Very bad experience.

Friendly and pleasant staff, local to renovate, the carpet you can not see and miss to feel for smell, if you arrive at night impossible to find it causes total absence of signs or signs of light. Good breakfast Glasses to clean and sidewalks to redo. Anyway we will be back.

Decent hotel for a few nights stay. Good location which makes it close to the highway, airport and the city. Rooms are comfortable but could be updated. I would recommend staying here, it has decent prices, good staff, parking and is away from the chaotic Venice downtown.

Isolated and expensive. Lack of services nearby. You have to walk through the hard shoulder road to reach the closest restaurant.

Not a Bad Experience for my very First time in Russot Hotel. The Hotel is cool, a bit expensive of course, and the meal is good. I say good, because i've never try yet the real menu that this hotel is serving to the guest. But the location is nice, reachable from any direction in Veneto region. Nice place for Parties and Reunions.

Very correct. Too bad we come late and we can't find anything to eat. Even nearby there are no restaurants and the one of the hotel closes around 11pm
The staff have nothing to say but the rooms can be improved and renovated.

We stayed at this hotel recently ; after having read some of the reviews about the hotel we were a bit apprehensive. However, we were pleasantly surprised that neither us nor anyone from our group had any bed bugs in their rooms ; rooms are nice and cosy, some of my friends found the decor and upholstery little garish but I would not hold such individual choices against the hotel. We had a comfortable stay.

Some misunderstanding at the check in then settled, a "business" comfortable accommodation to reach both Venice and Mestre. Helpful staff. Rooms OK.

Bed bugs, musty rooms with little ventilation, but good breakfast. The hotel is situated an easy 5 minute walk and 8 minute bus journey across the bridge from Venice; a very easy and regular journey. Please spend a few Euros more and stay elsewhere. Upon entry it felt as though I was transported back to the 80's with a mix of marble and plush carpeted interiors. Apart from one staff member they were all friendly and happy to help. The room had a musty scent; I was grateful the windows could open fully, though ventilation in the bathroom was so poor the floor gets very wet and slippery from any steam that condenses from the shower. After one night's sleep I discovered three bed bugs clinging to my leg and found more following investigation of the bed sheets. This has left a bad impression and I cannot recommend this hotel. Breakfast was very good however.

Very big hotel and very "faneé"! It feels the weight of years and very little maintenance. The rooms are still spacious and fairly well maintained. The strong points are the location and the price! If you want to sleep at 8 euros by taxi from the historic center of Venice, and do not want to spend a fortune, this is the place.

We became concerned about our reservations after we booked them and read more reviews online about your hotel. We were relieved and pleased after we stayed at the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. The breakfast was probably the BEST continental breakfast that we ever had. The location is the best for being as close to Venice center without being in it and paying triple the room rates. The hotel is very dated, but it was clean and well taken care of. The four of us in our group commented that it must have been quite impressive when it was new. It is not a good location for shops and restaurants. Take a Taxi from the airport! The little bit more you pay over public transit is well worth it. Also, if you are only staying a day or two before a cruise also have the front desk order a taxi for you. Again, it's not that much more than public transit and the taxi will be able to drop you off right in front of the ship where it is about a 20 minute hike to the ship once you get off of the public transit.

Stay three days two nights in this hotel.
So actually, a little dated and could do with a lick of refreshment.
However this does not detract from the good humor, the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff.
The benefits are to the image 4 stars: clean, professional, available.
The restaurant is a bit light BUT the taste is there and there with quality meats and the bottles that come with.
Utilities to get to Venice are many and a walk before getting there is not disturbing. More tickets are on sale at the reception.
In short, a pleasant stay in an atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of Venice even.

It is lying free Wi-Fi, they make you pay a prepayment of 14-hour ticket for 7 euros if you want to access the service.

Fine and comfortable Hotel, which is really a very good connection to Venice. 2 minutes to the Bus that I believe runs every 10 minutes. The Bus then 10 minutes to get in Venice. For the not-so thick wallet is a great Alternative to the overpriced "3 stars — shower / toilet the" Hotels on the island. The Hotel per se has a pleasant atmosphere, the front Desk speaks fluent English, free Parking, clean rooms, in which nothing to be desired. The Breakfast is excellent. For us it was eggs over Sausage, cheese and Salami up to the muesli and fresh fruit, everything the heart desired. In this category highly recommended.

This hotel has the standards of a roach motel. In all my travels this has been the worse Hotel ever. The beds in room 233 were disgusting as I found what seemed to be ear wax on the pillow on one bed and a permanent dent on another as the springs were broken… Clearly. The room was damp and humid and you have to pay for Wi-Fi for only 14 hours which seemed so archaic. The carpeting and walls in the halls are not maintained at all and the environment in the room screams of mold. You don't need to see the mold for it to not be there. This is a big fat bad choice of a hotel on the part of the tour I'm on by Mapaplus. I'm requesting another room for my second night here tomorrow. @#&* worst.

Breakfast was very poor and low quality. Only ate once even though I paid for more days. Rooms were big but without Wi-Fi! Too many mosquitos in the room and outside.

Hotel very poor service really obsolete almost medieval style coarse cleaning x and noise a nn finish definitely index down.

Looks poor from the outside but not bad inside.

It is the worst place where I've ever been it has only 3 star, not 4 (without teapot and clothing iron) it's a shame that chef can't cook even risotto.
