Friendly staff good food reasonably priced.

It was our honeymoon in 2015. Stayed here before joining cruise ship. Friendly staff helpful. Made a great start to honeymoon.

I could say a rather nice 4⭐️hotel, where u can find a special, warm room accommodation, having a rest into a classy bar with an amazing personel all around the place. Just a thing: please work into the meals section kitchen, I couln’t find my self a big fan on most of the dishes.

In the description to the hotel there is a restaurant and fitness hall. In fact, it is absent, as well as the service in general.

Near bus station direct to Venice and a big supermarket. Large room, good breakfast. Private parking is available for 10 euro per night. Maintenance can be better, toilet water was runing all day & night. I am not sure why it was stared 4 stars.

Very good hotel. Clean, modern and everything went as expected. You can access the small gym located in Ambasciatori for free. Did not try the breakfast though.

OK hotel, Breakfast was good, You need to ignore the floors in the lift and look at notice on the wall when the doors open and the floor numbers in the lift are not right. At times found that if the Staff on reception where talking to each other that was the priority and not you standing there trying to talk to them. Bus stop right outside the hotel and a short bus journey to Venice town centre, buy the travel card from the hotel.

Good room with convenient bus access to Venice. Grocery store because for is very convenient. The power in the room is card controlled, so it's difficult to charge devices, or use the fridge to keep things cool.

Good hotel overall. Could be better if the kettle did not have a charge but that's the only thing I can pick out. The breakfast is good with many things to offer.

We came with a very large church choir, which should count for something due to the size.
We were only allowed ONE key per couple because they were afraid we'd waste electricity charging an iPad while we were out. Asked to turn power on without key and they would… for 15 minutes and then out again.
There were no tissues, coffee in room, or real glasses. We had sung in four previous cities and the breakfasts were terrific. The breakfasts here were VERY disappointing. We couldn't walk barefoot on the dirty floors. The staff was rude. We bought 2 all day vaporetta/bus passes to Venezia and one registered as a one way on the return… guess they pocketed the other $10. Euro?

Not a 4 star hotel, but it is a okay nice hotel and clean. The breakfast is also okay but not very good. The location is good and very easy access to buses to the center of Venice. But careful — we “met” a pocket thief, when we went on the bus. We come from a little island in Denmark wich have a lot of tourists, but we found that the Italian way of having tourists unfortunately is very unpolite.

Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It has very good location. It is very easy to get to Venice, they offer you several options. Very good location Besides the hotel restaurants you have other places nearby besides shops, supermarkets etc.

The room was very clean Bathroom sanitary clean but a little ruined. The breakfast does not have the quality of a 4 star. Probably the stars should be plus 3.5 that 4

Nice hotel. Located right on the exit to Venice. Close to bus stop. You can leave your car in the hotel parking for 10 euro/night. Large two-room suite.

The rooms are nice. Only problem is they didn't help us with all the luggage we had to carry and that should be a given in a 4 stars hotel, mainly when they are 80 years old people the ones carrying the luggage.

Great hotel, fantastic location with the bus into Venice itself on the doorstep. 5 mins walk from the trainstation. Reception team were brilliant.

Well what there are things that you do not understand… Because if I come from tourism and know by the package I bring I have to pay more in the hotel for tourist taxes? Ah and if you speak Spanish the TV has nothing because the Spanish channel is not heard? otherwise well.

4 stars in 1986 now not even the traces of the third, I asked for a bottle of water for the night since the fridge is fake and they directed me in the hotel to the side because there is no bar, one of the many hotels that stinks of old, renovated to the Carlona so much for makes It almost acceptable.

Four Star Hotel but the fourth seems completely donated. It was a very good hotel. Curtains pierced and shower without closure that flooded the bathroom. The fault discharge with constant noise and sink worn and clogged. The nightstands were full of dust. The breakfast is very good Staff were very friendly The only advantage is the location and the possibility to reach Venice by bus very easily. The bus stop is located in front of the hotel.

Poor quality. No laptop size safe, very small rooms. We reported several broken things (tv, safe, door) but they didn't fix them.

Nice and clean well located there is the station and bus stop near several places next door to eat something the only thing I did not like we wanted to have breakfast in the hotel and we had to psgare 8 euros apiece.

Comfortable but not quiet rooms being placed on a busy street for all the 24 hours. Good cleaning. Good breakfast Sad dinner. Water has expired for 2 years and stale bread.

Great hotel, not far from the train station. Clean, warm, cozy. On the ground floor in the building there is a supermarket, bought in it ready food, quite normal.

Rooms are OK but makes more of an impression of a hostel.

Hotel very well located at 8 min from Venice, bus just down the hotel so super convenient and there are very regularly (bus 4l for Venice).
It is located in a city where there are many small shops including a small supermarket (PAM) stuck to the hotel.
Room very corect with large bed of 2m but average mattress otherwise clean room, functional AVC fridge cupboard etc… beautiful bathroom The only small negative point when you have a room facing the street is that you hear the noise of cars because there are many steps Wise.

Convenient place to stay for Venice visit with having bus stop right outside. Clean room but basic. Ok for a few nights. Take the 4L bus to Venice. Takes about 15 minutes from hotel.

Spacious room, Deco to refresh, but super bed and very comfortable bedding super home, with a hostess French speaking impeccably well (but all speak very good English) non-smoking room requested and respected request.

Nice room with big bed. The downside is that they are 2 mattresses. Good Housekeeping. The breakfast was very good. The Sercivio very friendly. Best of all the location. Bus stop right in front. It has parking outside the hotel and under 10eur the night.

Very spacious room just like the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No problem with the Wifi. And good location. I was struck by the door scratched from the room and some dust on it but we are staying right next to the area which puts it in renovations… Staff at breakfast very attentive to your needs.

A Disappointing stay! Though the rooms were nice enough but we had some trouble with the window (it was making annoying sounds), and therefore we asked the reception people to sought it out. They just kept on saying that they had already sent someone to fix it, but no one really came. Also, the people at reception are not at all helpful. They are just busy with their own things. The only good thing was that there was a bus stop just right across the property and hence you can reach Venice in just 15 minutes. Also, there was a supermarket adjacent to the hotel. Overall, We would not like to recommend this place to stay.

Every time I come to Venice I stop here in Mestre at the dolphin. Great location. Also strategic for the reasonably priced parking.

For a 4 star I expected more. Convenient to Mestre train station and Piazzale Roma to visit Venice.

I was on 21-22 last September and I found an excellent hotel, very clean, good services and close to the train station that communicates all over Italy; Highly recommended. Of course it is ideal to get to know Venezia and Padova, sleep and continue to Firenze, Milano or Torino.

No t and coffee in rooms. Nice and clean. Food is good. Nice and easy to get to Venice bus stop outside. Room was good size. Shower was lovely.

In the city of Mestre outside of Venice, but a short ride on bus 4L or 4 to Venice. Buy a city transit pass in Venice if you stay for a few days. Pays for itself. Bus can be very crowded during high season but everything is in Venice at that time. Stop is right in front of hotel. Hotel — clean, good staff, friendly. Breakfast included is plentiful.

Definitely cheap and punctual in service. It is in a somewhat degraded area. Good connection with Venice Piazzale San Marco.

Big disappointment, facing the room on a pretty dirty cover. Mini bar without any product. Reception not efficient.

Impression of sleeping on the road despite the room on the 7th floor. Air conditioning at 25 without being able to adjust. Bathroom not worthy of a 4 star. Disappointing breakfast.

Great location. Easy access to 1 bus that took us to Piazza Roma in Venice (10 mins). Quiet, clean, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast selection.

This hotel was not too bad. Not an ideal place to be. The front desk staff were helpful. There is a grocery store next to the hotel. The African security guard at breakfast is really rude and keeps walking around looking to see if people are packing food and taking away. Some people were caught doing this and he was shouting at them.

I really enjoyed my stay, the breakfast is delicious and filling. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Italy. The beauty also is that the bus service can be accessed from just outside the hotel and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery as you travel to Venice. Restaurants and bars are available which makes this location very central. Love it, come and have the experience too because it is second to none.

On a good side hotel is well located. Bus stop to/from Venice and the airport is right in front. The rooms are standard. Hotel is one size fits all, cutting corners and micro managing many aspects of your stay. In the morning the a/c shuts down and you have to call reception to reactivate it (often must call twice). Staff is overworked and rigidly following the rules from management presumably. Once the breakfast time is over, even though the dinning room is still full of guests, loud construction works commence and the staff asked us to leave. We asked for late checkout and the receptionist politely assisted us with it, but she never mentioned there is a charge for it. We will probably avoid this hotel next time and opt for another with more of a human touch and care.

I frankly have nothing to reproach at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel sells bus tickets to Venice (stop in front of the hotel line 4 or 4l) €3 round trip. The room was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast included was varied and excellent. Anyway, I'll be back with pleasure.

I booked this hotel via the Internet, on my arrival, they say for a problem in the reservations they had to move me to another hotel. Where they sent me was great, a little strange this thing that one arrives and must be told that nn CE the room, reading known that happens several times. Mah.

May/June 2016 — Enjoyed our stay very much, clean room, great staff, breakfast, and easy transportation to Venice. Loved the neighborhood and vibe of the area. Did not try the restaurant as we ate at the little eateries around the neighborhood. The smell of the Linden trees that line the streets is heavenly. Spent our days in Venice and loved coming back to Mestre, where the locals lived/work & play.

Four stars? Are you sure about that? In a four star the fridge in the room comes with soft drinks and here No, the TV have several channels and here no, in the bathrooms there is everything you need for hygiene and here No, the breakfast rooms with the table service and here No coffee you do it yourself from the machines and It's also lyophilized, I forgot the mattress I think it's 35 years old. I think the stars of this hotel go to magazines, it's absurd.

Breakfast not much choice for us as we don't eat pork. Room service food comes from the hotel next door and heating never worked in our room plus points staff are nice and friendly help us with all the information we need to get by. The hotel is clean room was also ok nice and big if I stayed here again I would not take the breakfast option (if you go to Venice my advice is get the travel card we paid €40 for 3 days and me and the misses say it was the best money spent for the whole brake the €40 would of been spent in half a day) can be use on river boats and buses unless your in a big group don't waste your money on river taxis they have river boats like buses lots of routes with the travel card you can jump on and off all day … Gondar is a must as your in Venice but at €80 for 30mins day rate and €100 evening rate one ride is all you need. Bars you can pay anything from €2-€10 for a soft drink and from €4-€15 for a bear so keep you eyes open and mind on the game or you can end up spending a lot more than you need to (supermarkets have good prices if your on a budget). Sorry to go on this was meant to be a review on the hotel its ended up as my review on Venice. Last 2 to 3 day is all that is needed.

Very convenient hotel, very easy to go to Venice (bus line to go and drop you right in front of the hotel: 4l).

Service was poor but the food was worse. Breakfast was scrambled rubber eggs, coffee the cheapest they could get, supervised (not served, supervised) by rude staff. The room was supposed to be a twin but very cramped. Not a good advert for Italy guys!

It's not bad but not great for the price they are charging. Clean facilities and rather big rooms. Hey don't exactly have free Wi-Fi unless you sign in through Facebook which literally means they are taking all your info and reselling it to 3rd parties. Or pay 3€ for a higher speed line. Convenient bus line 4 and 4L that takes you directly to Venice in 11mins. Very skin chance I would stay here again.

Rude staff. Terrible room service. Smallest TV I've ever seen. Terrible internet (they blocked youtube and gives a 1 hour internet session at a time, no Netflix). Breakfast has varity of food but not so good taste. Highly recommend looking for some where else to stay.

Nice hotel that is close to all the main parts in Venice's. The building is clean, modern and inviting. Prices are reasonable, be aware there is city tax to pay per night as your in Italy, so factor that in the overall cost.

This place was decent but not as good as a four star should be, it's closer to a three. It's got good access to public transport which is good as it's a 15 minute commute to Venice proper. Elevators can be slow. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful.

The location and clean rooms are a plus. Everything else is really bad. — no free Wi-Fi — the restaurant downstairs served frozen chicken and pizza. Still was expensive. — had to pay 20 euro for early check in — lift is in a really bad condition, might break down any day — breakfast is equally bad.

Wifi is awful, beds are hard, food is average, rooms are hot and have no ac. The location is very conveniently located by the bus stop and the rooms are kept clean, but it is a very poor four start hotel in my opinion.

Good food, room is OK. Does not have ample space for 2 persons. Clean but needs some renovation. Packed breakfast was rubish. Dry bread and juice.

The hotel is okay. Right on the bus route. Room & bathroom were clean. We were here with friends and occupied six rooms. The service here needs to be improved. The typical standard answer is no, figure it out yourself or ignore you all together. I sent clothes out to be cleaned and they never made it back. Becareful with room key they break very easily and will cost you 3 euros. If you bring food back to hotel to eat in a common area of hotel, the staff will tell you to take it to your room or eat outside by the street. It is my opinion this hotel lacks customer service skills. We will avoid this hotel when we return to Venice next year.

Do not book this hotel. If you can find other accomodation near Venice. They claim to be 4-star hotel. Is it normal to pay for ads-free Wi-Fi access in 4-star hotel? Actually free Wi-Fi barely works, you have to relog every hour, a lot of websites can not be loaded. Is it normal to pay for water in 4-stat hotel? 1.5 euro for 0.7l bottle of water. This is first hotel in my life, in which I was charged for water. Is it normal to eat exactly same and very poor breakfast everyday? I spent in Delfino 4 nights, breakfast consists of very greasy bacon, ugly scrabled eggs, fruits and croissant. Every day the same. Think twice before you choose quasi-4-star Delfino hotel.

Don't trust the "free Wi-Fi" ad! You get 1 hour free and then have to pay. Really poor form for a "4 star" hotel in this day and age. The rooms themselves weren't all that bad and I'm on a tour so I can't verify what others say about the staff. But yes, lying about free Wi-Fi, unacceptable in my book. I'm sure there are better options around.

The Matress filled with metall spins not with soft foam is horrible.

If it was possible to give this hotel NO STARS I would! We stayed here in Oct 2015 for 3 nights The only plus points are that there is a supermarket next door and bus stop right outside. -The reception staff are not helpful or friendly, a bit rude in fact. -The quality of the rooms is not great, certainly NOT 4* it claims to be. -You have to sign into Wifi through facebook and most of the time it doesn't work! -Upon check out we waited to clear our bill, the girl behind the counter sniggered away to herself whilst we stood there for a few minutes and were then told everything was ok and so we left. -The day after we reached back home we found that our card was OVERCHARGED for the tourist tax which we had not been asked for at checkout, plus we had to pay transactions fees for this. It all would have been avoided and we could have made this payment in cash at the hotel. -If you are looking to avoid all the above… don't book this place.

I would avoid this place if you can. The bed was VERY uncomfortable, the hair dryer was broke & they refused to fix it, Wi-Fi was a hit n miss (more of a miss), someone left a 1/2 drank bottle of water in the frog, the safe didn't work & they didn't do anything about it, the staff was RUDE. There is a very heavy set man there (can't call him a gentleman) that would NOT help us with a problem we were having & then spoke Italian to the men behind us & then they all started laughing! Very bad food. You have to go to the place next door where they feed us. The food was dry, bad taste & we got sick on the 2nd night.

I advise every one to find another hotel. Yes;! it is good in location, room cleaning. But any one does not need the internet should come to the hotel.! because they give you internet with ono download! shitty internet just to explore no download or upload LOL… do not waste your time and find another hotel.

Good situation. The bus through the door and leaves you in 10 minutes in the heart of Venice. With a supermarket next door k gives you many alternatives. Otherwise quite normal, bad breakfast. Very small bathroom to be a 4 star. In Spain we have much better 3-star.

A good hotel with good facilities and good service, (including Wi-Fi).

This Hotel is not 4 star. The room is comfortable and has an acceptable breakfast lacks variety for a breakfast of a hotel 4-star. Then we had cold because of rain in two days with a temperature of 15 degrees ambiende, we call for heating and they informed us that in may they turn not on it. Reception is bad and reception does not even have a Chair to receive visits only a bench to sit about 5 people. Missing structure to pretend to a 4 star. Actually a regular service.

Hotel with large, airy rooms, huge bed, modern interior, excellent shower room with WC. Everything is new and clean. Simply a class rather than a hotel! All recommend. And the price is ridiculous for Venice. Fast free Wi-Fi, underground parking, bus stop for Venice directly at the exit. 10 minutes and you are at Venncii.
