Clean and modern hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Very well situated for transport links, the bus stop to Venice is just around the corner and the train station at the end of the road. For all this hotel is on the mainland, we had no problem reaching the island or the airport.

Place is very close to main train station. Room was good. Overall experience was good but one thing we didn’t like was breakfast. It didn’t had too many options and it was paid. I will recommend to have breakfast at nearby cafe instead. Bonus info: 20 euro Venice day pass entitle you to visit Murano & Burano islands. Also you can come upto Mestre station as well.

Very nice hotel in a central location with easy access to Venice (by bus 15min). Were super satisfied! Breakfast was also great. The only criticism is that the rooms are very audible. Parking spaces are available as far as I have correctly recognized 6 pieces right in front of the door, these are even video-monitored.

If I come to Venice again, I will stay in this hotel and ride the train in and out to enjoy the crowd in Venice and some quiet time to get ready for the next day.

Convenient location for visiting Venice, rooms are clean and a little bit on the smallish side, but not unreasonably so. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Stayed at this hotel. The area is nice, not far from the train station. Parking is available near the hotel. The hotel has its own paid parking. €10 in one day. The hotel is clean, nice staff. 4 stars only because the walking door was very poorly opened. But since we only had one night there we all arranged.

Near the train station X get easily to Venice Santa Lucia.

Essential but tastefully decorated. I found the room and bathroom very clean. The location is great, in a few minutes walk you get to the station where they pass every 5 minutes trains to Venice. Staff young but professional and very friendly. Very good value for money I highly recommend it.

It's a good hotel in low price. Very close to Venezia Mestre Station approximately 400-500 m. Locality is also nice and quite. I would suggest them to provide porter service.

If the room nn had been on the ground floor with the window that gave directly on the engines of air conditioning… For the rest everything in the norm, nice staff good breakfast.

5 min walk to the station. The rooms and hotel are modern and clean. Enjoyed our 2 night stay and staff was very helpful.

Very nice hotel and very good attention, the bad thing is that it is very small everything, at least the room that we touched was extremely small, the same with the bathroom and the shower, I could not bathe without hitting the handle of the water…

For me nothing satisfactory experience, my room was in another building outside the hotel, to enter a very strong smell to drain, have blankets in the beds, something unhygienic, breakfast very very scarce, 1 person does not give to replenish the trays of Breakfast and keep the tables clean and collected therefore you have Q wait for Q to replace it for a while, when you arrive at a hotel, you wait q the recepcionist@ spoke something your language and dress in uniform for a better presence, not with sneakers and jeans.
The area is not to go out alone at night, a lot of immigration drinking in the street and bad presence.

Comfortable, clean, well connected, very friendly staff… very good.

We were over Easter as a family in Venice. The hotel was offered on the net quite differently than it was on site. I am unfortunately very disappointed with the room that was offered to us. It's pretty old. We have seen something different when booking and what else to get!
Me and my little daughter had bug bites on her body.

Very cramped and musty. Did not look like the pictures. No internet. Near the train station.

Very good service, would return, the only thing I would change is that the heating did not work very well and the water for the shower lacked temperature.

The staff was very friendly The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good.

I only stayed one night here, the room I had a single room, it was small probably 15m² in total for a split bathroom (separate toilet and shower) and sleeping area. The decor was simple and serviceable, no horrible colours etc. My breakfast was included, it had a good range of fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, cold cuts, and breads to toast. All in all a very pleasant overnight stay at a reasonable price (£54 at the time).

Hotel is a bit decent with a reasonable price. Venice is reachable in 10 mins from this hotel and its close to a railway station. Room had a decent space and AC. Bed was small though. Receptionist was helpful and polite and they have a baggage storage. There are some restaurants nearby this hotel. But I am not very sure about the safety around this place at nights.

Very good value for money. Conveniently next to the train station. Train to Venice every 5-10 minutes. 1, 30 euros a ticket. Excellent restaurant nearby Dante.

Good value for money two minutes from the train station and 10 mins from Venice by bus (n * 2) room on the top floor very clean and comfortable enough to stay two nights copious breakfast served by an adorable lady only downside the neighborhood that is a little dead.

It has different types of rooms. Both the smallest and the largest are well finished. The location of the hotel also is central and the price is right for what the hotel offers.

Second time I have stayed in this hotel. Very comfortable. Dining area has recently been upgraded. Lots more seating.

Very nice hotel and well worth the amount you pay. Room and bathroom/Toilet was very nice and comfortable for two. 5-10 min walk to the train station. Receptionist on check in and check out were very nice and helpfull.

Stayed one night prior to cruise — excellent hotel and breakfast so convenient for Venice and only 2.5 euro return on the train. Bathroom lovely, perfectly adequate for three adults — only criticism no bin in the bedroom?

Very conveniently located within walking distance to the train station. Friendly helpful staff who speak English too. We stayed one night before and another after our cruise. The room on the ground floor lacked only wardrobe space, but for us this was not a problem. The room on the second floor was more spacious and had more natural light. Both rooms and especially bathrooms were comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good even catering for vegans. Highly recommended.

Location to train, supremarket, restaurants is really close and great. Rooms are clean and modern with a great breakfast buffet. The staff is super nice!

We got a comfortable and spacious room for great value. Very clean and quiet. This hotel has been recently renovated.

Cleaning to review, very small room with double bed at one and a half square. High price for the service offered.

First room was on ground floor, sleeping area was very small, it was quite dark and opening the windows straight onto the car park wasn't desirable. Asked to move rooms, they were accommodating, far better room on top floor. There aren't any "views" to be had, but the staff are friendly and quite patient and the furnishings are modern and more than functional. The breakfast is also quite nice, a fair amount of variety considering the size of the hotel. All very clean, solid, decent hotel.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It was conveniently located, near buses going to the main Venice Island. Rooms quite spacious. The breakfast was decent taking into account the price. The sheets were a bit thin and pillows flat. Otherwise everything was just OK and Friendly service.

I stayed here for one night the room very small and apparently looks like a room closet. The sliding door practically does not exist, from the hinge of the key you could see the hallway and you can imagine that every little noise as it was amplified…

Average hotel. Dodgy Wi-Fi bad breakfasts but I got breakfasts at a cafe. Small room cool shower though. But the actual Venezia on water was great.

Easy location for Venice. Airport Bus Shuttle to Mestre is easy. ACTV Pass gives you their buses and Vaporetto. Contemporary room, reasonable size and very well designed. Great staff, excellent breakfast, good Wi-Fi and choice for eating out at affordable prices cf. Venice. Will definitely use again for Venice.

Very happy. The room was bugger than expected sine we were told everything in Italy is tiny. We had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and helpful. Gave us a map told us with bus to catch to venice as well as with water bus to take down the grand canal. It is also a short walk to the train station.

The location is pretty good, but if you are expecting the price to match the quality, go somewhere else. The rooms are tiny (we barely had space for two suitcases), the internet service very spotty, and the fixtures from an Ikea yard sale. The bed, like you find in many European hotels, was just two singles pushed together, each with a cushion instead of an actual mattress. It's probably fine for a night or two, but only if you can't find much else.
