Without praise without infamy. Clean Venetian style hotel. Quiet Place! Very helpful owners. I would go back and recommend it without hesitation.

The room was very small. To explore Venice, this hotel is OK.

Excellent service, comfortable and functional rooms, rich breakfasts, close to train, wonderful building.

Cheap and cheerful with a 60s setting. The room is old skool but its proximity to the train station for the price paid its not so bad, breakfast is basic but acceptable and the Wi-Fi is good. Negative — the surrounding area is bit sketchy.

Rooms are clean and service is good. Breakfast is not too bad but not much variaty.

Should 100% not be considered 3 stars, at most 2. We had booked an ensuite room, but the bathroom is not ensuite and external to the room and seems to be in a Cooridor with another room. They said it is private to our room, but I am unsure of why it would be outdoor in the cooridor shared with another room. Aside from this, everything is super dated and worn out, which is fine considering the price, but our biggest issue was with the hotel responding to our comments about the bathroom witH that we could leave if we want, but everywhere else is booked.

We had a room with a balcony and it was very cheap, breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, there are also good local restaurants and easy transportation to Venice, would stay again.

The deal Buenisimo especially of the rececionists Eva Q Nostrato at all times very well a 10 for her, the rooms. They could be upgradeable and there are mosquitoes the bathroom regulate that if we had a very large terrace. And good breakfast.

Been for a passing night. Kind, good price, very close to the station.

Good value for money for one night, passing by to go to the airport. Clean and simple, too bad for mosquitoes (there are no mosquito nets).

We stayed here one night in Venice payed 40 euro so not bad price but worst experience. Unohelpful staff and no Wi-Fi in the room. Worst of all the room was dirty dead bugs on the walls, odd smell and I got bed bugs. Just not a good experience.

Easy to access, clean, with free inside parking. The staff are very helpful, polite and prepared.

Location The hotel is very close to both the train station and the bus stop to go to Venice. Breakfast OK. Very nice little balcony. Great free private parking provided by the property. The room was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The shower was missing a door. The bathroom also was too small to be able to move easily. Dirty bedspreads.

Very good attention. The clean rooms. Very small bathrooms. And they could improve the beds.

Bad, so much so that the next night we had to go somewhere else.
The reception was really deplorable.

Cracking and peaceful family-run hotel in order to make you feel at home. A benchmark for the next visit to Venice, impeccable!

Did not enjoy our stay, find another place to stay. The good — this hotel is in a good location, only a short bus drive away from Venice (make sure you buy a ticket in advance) and the staff is very polite (even provided us a map of Venice). All of the above did little to help as the hotel lacks several basic features that made our stay unenjoyable. The bath did not have a shower curtain and each time we washed the floor flooded. The towels had holes in them (and were replaced the next day with towels that had holes too). When I talked with the receptionist she apologised and said she cannot change our room as they were fully booked and offered some towels to put on the floor. There was no holder for the toilet paper and the remote control for the TV did not work properly (they were not able to replace it) There was no WI-FI in the room, only in the reception area (although it was advertised with Wi-Fi) and we had to guess what was served to breakfast as there is no buffet (but when we asked for some cheese it was gladly served to us).

WORST hostel I've stayed at in Europe, which is saying something because I've been traveling for three months and this was the last place I stayed. The staff/customer service was awful! First, the hotel itself is difficult to find and they offer horrible directions. When we got there and tried to pay with a card, they rolled their eyes, got upset and charged us an extra 7 euro fee. From this point on the whole staff treated us poorly. The first night two out of the four of us got BED BUGS, and there were also ANTS in our room. We told them this and they acted as if it were no problem and wouldn't even change our sheets. The hotel is ten minutes from the train station and the bus to Venice is not free. The shower makes the whole room extremely muggy but opening the window lets in mosquitoes and other insects. The breakfast was 5 euros for bread… rolls, croissants, sliced bread, packaged toast, and dry cereal. We decided to leave to stay in a different hotel because of the bed bugs and they became extremely annoyed and rude. We called for a taxi and they kicked us out and made us wait on the curb for it. Horrible experience.
