I think it’s too much of a hype, I wasn’t that impressed, especially for the price. The parking is pretty good, receptionist are nice. I got a massage, facial, mani and pedicure. Massage is fine, but the don’t really spend that much time on your back. It’s the last thing they go over. Facial, is ok. I was a little surprised when the beautician started doing my manicure while Im still on my facial time. Basically, the manicure is removal of the cuticle, a little hand massage and then the nail polish. They only had like 12 or so choices. There was no base coat and or top coat polish. Now, let’s talked about the pedicure. They barely soak my feet, warm tap water, nothing else added to the water. Same thing as manicure. So, I suggest, get massage here BUT for manicure and pedicure, go somewhere else. It’s way too pricey for the service.

I booked a couple massage over the phone but arrived at the venue (in advance as required) we were denied the service as the operator had reserved the place for only one person instead of two.
A mistake can happen but the staff could have found a solution to the problem since we had now gone to the place, organizing and moving commitments.
Unfortunately it was not so, the spa employee let us go away disgruntled and irritated by the lost time, due to their transcription error.

Staff of the hotel, restaurant and wellness area always very nice. Spacious and well-appointed rooms. Wide choice of massages performed by very prepared Thai staff. Rooms equipped for single or couple massages. I recommend first an hour of wellness area, then massage and dinner in the lake view restaurant with Thai or Venetian menu. If you then stay overnight it is the top. To try absolutely, as a couple but also with friends or friends. I usually go back to the wedding anniversary.

A piece of The East near Treviso! All very well looked after, very nice staff. They were good at recreating the Thai atmosphere. Unfortunately I couldn't try the spa, but they say the therapists are really good.

The stuff was very helpful, at reception you can get a complete information, on breakfast the vegetables are missing, but if you ask — they kindly give :) in general atmosphere made by employees — is very positive. We liked the location. A lake is really beautiful, yet no access to the water… You can reach out lake Santa Croce, Venice, Padua, many agriturismo points easily from the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and clean, air condition working well (but noisy). 1. We stayed 5 days for a wedding event. Within first two days (before wedding) there were no time slot to make SPA treatment (i had my face burned on the sun and really needed a help). 2. Restaurant is expensive and meal is not adequate to the price at all. 3. There was mold in the bathroom and also the waterfall decoration in the hall 4. We had broken toilet sit cover, impossible to use it and we had to wait till Monday, because there is no stuff to fix it. 5. Jacuzzi — not allowed for use for 12 y. O. Kid (no information available before booking).

Nice and clean hotel… perfect place for a nice and peaceful weekend… the back side lake view is just amazing and mesmerizing… A place worth visiting…

I go back often because it's beautiful. Very well-maintained and relaxing spa area. I also did two massages that were the top! Icing on the cake: the herbal tea they offer customers before they leave.

We haven’t been there as guests of the hotel. We just came because we heard of a nice breakfast — also for outsiders. Unfortunately we were a bit late for breakfast, but the kind and very nice staff did everything to bring us a perfect, big breakfast. Thanks for that and your hospitality!

I've been doing a lake front aperitif. The atmosphere is great, also because in the middle of the greenery, with a beautiful sunny day is breathtaking!

Had a great massage yesterday and the food was great… especially the egg rolls! The staff was very friendly.

Hotel with attention to detail, clean and well organized. Of course everything is in Thai, everything draws the Thai culture. Really good massage with possibility of choice of many varieties of massage. Recommended for a weekend of pure charging.

Given that it's a little pricey for the rest. It seems to leave Italy and immerse yourself in a new world. You attacked the relaxation, massage, the room and the view on the Lake.

I received a couple wellness package includes steam bath, whirlpool and massage at Thai Si Royal which is the wellness area of the complex.
Not cheap. But if you can get a gift is worth a visit.

Have received two nights by my wife. Expensive 4-star hotel with the worst service we've ever experienced, at the dinner have we need to get the card itself, always ask for 3 times was not the waitress with a map. Could not a word of English or german. Food was an effrontery. Portions to the try 85 euro paid and were still not always satisfied. In the morning at breakfast after 20 minutes had still no Café. There was A
ufbackbrotchen. … a cheek. Never again — just overpriced and at all no Thailand traditional friendliness and atmosphere. The only thing that is nice is the Lake. But little of romance has to share the terrace with strangers in a bathrobe. Extra pay range for the SPA? Rooms are ok, but it isn't here in the relationship! Never again!
