We were there at Easter and were ignored vigorously. The waiter was terribly overwhelmed. I had the same experience when I was there with my parents in September. Eternal waiting time and ignorant operation. Too bad, because the location and the view is magnificent. Also the toilets are very clean.

Amazing don’t go anywhere else. An amazing magical setting right in a tiny harbour, with many restaurants, this place stands out because you’re ushered upstairs to the most magical romantic backdrop of pristine white table cloths decorated with the utmost detailed table setting, with gushing vine leaves cascading down masking a picturesque view of boats, water and in the distance, the mountains. The menu is delicately and enthusiastically put together and with the attentive staff we were guided through a wonderful evening of fish, and wine ending in deserts. They made us feel like we were creating a moment we would never forget.

Amazing service & good appertizers but that is where it ends. The mains were terrible. We were a group of 4 people and no-one got a decent main course. We tried perch, tuna, risotto & pasta. This restaurant is rated nr 1 in Tripadvisor but we truly don't understand why.

This hotel was my favourite in Torri Del Benaco by far. The location is excellent and the hotel is beautiful inside and out from the comfortable seating outside to the beautiful rooms inside. They also have a wonderful restaurant upstairs on the balcony and the food, the view and the atmosphere were amazing. But in my view it's the wonderful staff that make this hotel so special. Nothing was to much trouble for them and each and everyone of them are friendly and helpful. I could not fault this hotel in anyway and will definitely return. Excellent in every way.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel Gardesana
The welcome is warm, the Nice relaxed atmosphere.
Our room overlooking the Lake, quiet, comfortable and clean.
Fabulous breakfast, lack nothing!
We recommend this hotel at the edge of Lake Garda so romantic.

Ottimo aperitivo, panorama incredibile.

The hotel itself is very nice right on the Lake. The room number is manageable, it is so quiet.
Breakfast is not very varied, which is rather limited selection.
Once we ate the worst dinner in Hotel Restaurante, as compared to the other restaurants in the village. The plate should be heated, then the food would not cool down.
Unfortunately, the wines, which stand on the map, are not always well stocked.
The staff is not to the fastest, you have the feeling that there is interest in the guest rather low.
What has pleased us very, was allowed to smoke in the rooms and the breakfast balcony.
