Good hotel — our children were delighted with the play paradise, indoor pool and the buffet — you can try many delicious dishes … but even more important — the entire staff is super friendly and helpful 👍🏼🤩
But we parents were also happy 😎

This hotel does not correspond to a 4* house. We had two rooms in the main house which were very worn out, the size was ok. But that's about it. Wi-Fi practically non-existent. Since there was no internet, we had to leave before as I had to work and this was not possible. No concession on the part of the hotel regarding the nights, which we could not use. Incomprehensible to advertise rooms with internet, which was then actually not available.
Breakfast was quite ok. However, no fresh juices and no omelette freshly made, which is otherwise common at 4*. The pools were ok. Dining by the pool underground. As well as the evening buffet. In addition, there is the canteen-like dining room. That was not possible.
Absolutely no recommendation, too bad ☹️

Nice and clean hotel, very spacious the outside with the pools that give the extra touch.
all very nice. For children it is really perfect.
the waiters are helpful and kind especially Giuseppe, kind and very professional.
at the reception instead they were not very courteous in bit too cold.

In three weeks there for the third time this year. The complex is beautiful, clean, beautiful rooms, nice staff and good food. What more do you want? Value for money is very good, especially for families with children. See you!

We had a lovely stay at Majestic Palace at the end of Aug for my brothers wedding. There were 30 of us staying at the hotel including 12 children and we can’t thank the staff enough for everything. Service, food and the hotel facilities were great. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and other activities. We look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic. A lovely friendly hotel. We had a room we a balcony, beautiful view of the lake and Limone. We stayed half board and enjoyed the buffet meals, which were even enjoyed by our fussy eater children. The pools and other amenities were great and kept the children entertained. Overall a lovely hotel and a fantastic holiday, looking at returning for a longer stay next year. Would certainly recommend.

First holiday abroad with the kids and this hotel did not disappoint. Faultless room, staff and food. Short walk to the centre of Malcesine and the lake. A very enjoyable holiday.

Really nice place, good facilities and excellent food, staff were very friendly and it was very clean, however the air conditioning in the room, bar and restaurant barely work.

This is definitely a family place, but also nice for couples. The hotel is set near an olive grove, with breathtaking views of the mountains in the distance. The cable car ride up Monte Baldo is within walking distance, as is the Gardasee beach, where you need special "swimming sandals. "

We stayed 5 days in this hotel the hotel is very big but you will find yourself right right the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the second floor with lake view. A large spacious room with balcony refrigerator shower king size bed point however, the bed was already a little soaked.
The breakfast and dinner was very sumptuous and there is definitely something for everyone. The view is magnificent if the weather plays along. We'll be back.

Good hotel, service good and very helpful… there small things you notice not there… mirror with a zoom so the lady's can so there makeup and not coffee or tea in the room, you would expect Wi-Fi be free, unfortunate is it not. 1 euro a day… apart from that. Breakfeat, lunch and dinner good.

It's a big hotel. It's got pools. Not bad maintenance. But the attention is very bad, the staff has bad ways. Air conditioning only works from 2pm to 8pm. How we traveled with a 3 month old baby we asked if they could turn it on because it was very hot, of course they refused, we were only offered a fan that worked half way. Worst of all was the lack of privacy, on two occasions they entered our room while we were inside. We were late 15 minutes from check out and they called us 5 times, then came and entered the room without permission. A woman was waiting for us to get our things out. A disgrace.

Positive, very friendly and attentive staff, rooms very clean, food Buffet-style is very abundant, Suite room very spacious. Cheap! Best Tiramisu on lake Garda! Neutral, position was known in advance. Food selection well monotonous! Breakfast borderline. Negative, no Laundry service, all for an additional fee (W-LAN, safe, Sauna, Bus n. Malcesine) mass instead of class! Summary, cheap holidays with restrictions. Without high expectations perfectly.

Top Hotel for families. Had with my daughter a deluxe room in the upper building with great views of Lake Garda, large balcony and spacious bathroom with modern shower cubicle. The food was varied and very good, with half board plus almost like all inclusive. Staff very accommodating.

Hotel is not a 4-star, rather 3.
That is why I have chosen three here, and that is a better thing to do.
Rooms are OK — furniture partly worn in.
Shower curtain, well …
I describe it as a classic holiday bunker.
Breakfast is a good hotel standard.
You can recommend it for about 80 € in the DZ but the expectations should be appropriate.

Solid hotel that's a bit old. Rooms were clean, mattresses unfortunately well. Food is ok, but little varied. Dining room very noisy. Pools sufficiently large; Unfortunately, the water was very cold (August). Value for money just yet ok.

It may be a short walk away from the centre of Malcesine but it's a very good hotel. There's a lovely pool and a few other facilities we didn't use (indoor pool, mini golf and others) but the staff were amazing and the food was really good. Highly recommended.

Very nice ambience, very nice hotel staff friendly and ready to help.
Unfortunately, it has to be said that Wlan costs €1am per day per device, which should actually be included in the price of a 4 star hotel. The safe is also one euro per day.
Otherwise, the 3 pool facilities are very nice, there are many leisure activities and travel options that you can book.
The food is also highly recommended and leaves nothing to be desired here.

The family room we are staying in is very nice, the hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming and the service provided is excellent. There is a wide variety of food with something for everyone, which is good seeing as I am a very fussy eater.

Very nice hotel, friendly personnel and good food. There's a very big and nice domain all round the hotel. Multiple pools, a sauna, fitness room, … The rooms are very clean and fairly modern (depending on the room type).

The Hotel is very recommendable. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The some other way in the place we see as a after-dinner walk, because the food is very rich, versatile and good. Keep in mind: The coffee machine is for the 16:00 PM coffee is not enough, there is every day a very long queue and thus a long waiting time. We hope that ish the Hotel is not a dog hotel developed, the first signs were already seen. Still like her for then we are in again next year. Mfg ws.

Had a great holiday here in 2012 with my family. Only slight negative is that it is a popular choice for larger wedding party's that can take over the place. Food very good, pool lovely, staff friendly.

Excellent Ambience. Food very wide choice and good. Just to far from the place. Way back from the location to the Hotel is strongly increasing. Recommended. St. U. E from V.

We are coming back this Year!

Very much recommended. The only thing to keep in mind is with very young children: dinner from 18:30 and on foot (to) far to the Centre and the Lake.
