It is definitely not a 4 star hotel … noisy rooms … staff not helpful… I arrived at 9 in the evening for a 7 night stay and nobody helped us with the luggage. Not recommended.

We stayed at the Principe di Lazise hotel on 4 and 5 June and we were impressed by the kindness of the service, always available and smiling. The hotel is really welcoming and surrounded by nature, in the morning waking up with the chirping of birds was magnificent. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the spa is really comfortable and well maintained. There are two outdoor pools and in general there are several places where you can lie down and relax. The breakfast is really rich and the Convivium restaurant prepares tasty dishes.
Perfect for relaxing days.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and highly recommend it.
Very good value for money, the staff are very welcoming, polite and always ready to help.
The food is excellent, with a special mention for the breakfast and its chef who prepares you pan cake, pancakes, omelette etc.
Everything is very clean, it's a really relaxing and quiet place, especially with the spa. We'll be back for sure!

What shall I say? A great hotel! The staff is on Zack and very friendly. The hotel itself is great! Absolute peace and relaxation. If necessary, you can be at the lake in 10 minutes by car! We'll be back — promised!

Quiet Location, but a short distance from the amusement parks of Lake Garda. Modern, clean Structure. Lovely Courtyard with swimming pool and Mediterranean boundary plants. Buffet for professional event definitely good.

Ci sono stato per un congresso medico. Mi sono trovato molto bene grazie a un personale gentile e disponibile all'eleganza delle stanze e all'efficienza mostrata. Posto incantevole in mezzo alla natura vicino al lago. Ho mangiato molto bene cibi di qualità ben cucinati con attenzione ai particolari. Sembrano avere un'ottima cantina!

I found the hotel to be good. Food was great and the spa and fitness area also. The shuttle service was also excellent.

Very special location not the usual hotel. Spa very nice and clean… admitted though children who are not always welcome X relax. Great Restaurant as the staff. Spacious rooms although a bit noisy. As x access the spa and the restaurant you have to go outside.

Good day I stayed in the company the customer service is great, the SPA well organized and if I have occasion I will stay again, even the breakfast service well served.

Hotel with well-equipped spa and sauna, bango with steam, indoor swimming pool. Good cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. Spacious charming room with modern décor with ample bathroom and aacgliente. Herbal Tea Room Well furnished and always equipped with apples and dried fruit. Discreet restaurant. Good breakfast Sore point the lights in the hallways that come on late.

Awesome place. We stayed in one of the SPA suite. The jacuzzi in the bathroom is simply amazing. Receptionists helpful and kind. We haven't had the chance to try the pool as it was too cold but it looks really nice at night. The inner pool is cool as well. Silence, warm water. Definitely a recommended hotel to relax. The only downside is the room doesn't look so luxurious for the price we payed but the jacuzzi raises up the quality bar.

Very nice hotel! Small but nice! The breakfast is very nicely decorated awesome everything. The rooms are relatively small but very cozy and nicely decorated. There are also swimming pools. The hotel is quite far remote from the actual city, this one but has a very pleasant noise level. Walk approx. 14 min up to MOVIELAND. Very great bathrooms. The wellness area is very nicely decorated. There are different types of saunas. On the whole, the hotel is very nice.

The facilities appear very new and seem to cater to upscale clientele. Noise: the rooms seemed relatively quiet, though many rooms do face a central swimming pool which are quite active during high-season. Rooms: the rooms were very clean and spacious. There were maintenance problems regarding Internet connectivity: Ethernet-based connectivity (they only type available in guest rooms) did not function. The hotel technician could not solve the issue. After a brief debate, the front desk agreed to offer an alternate room. Internet access: at the time of this review, Wi-Fi was only available in communal areas near the front-desk. This access was free. Rooms did not have Wi-Fi, though free Ethernet-based access was available within rooms — the registration desk provided customers with an Ethernet cable upon request. Breakfast: the included breakfast was quite good with a large selection.
