Feels a bit remote. Reception staff friendly and helpful unlike the restaurant staff. Very little English spoken or understood which unfortunately made things difficult for us as we speak little to no Italian.

Clean, tidy, staff very friendly. Great swimming pool, nice rooms. Varied breakfast. Gladly again.

Good hotel. Parking and underground garage available. Easy to reach.

Was here at the end of the year 17/18. The house is a typical 3 * hotel which you can already remember for years. There were, above all, a couple of embellishment areas (paint blankets, remove water stains, repair covers, replace upholstered furniture…).
The staff is friendly, albeit overwhelmed — but here too, the personnel distress in the hospitality industry is noticeable. For 8 buses, 6 people in the service are simply too little to make a multi-course New Year's Eve gala dinner. The band that led musically through the evening (especially with the Italian songs lace) was quite noisy — the mood good.
At midnight there was a small in-house fireworks and you could also see a little the fireworks of Garda.
After that there was still a dance atmosphere until 2 o'clock in the morning.
The quality of the food is appropriate for a 3 * hotel — good pasta dishes; Great cold vegetable dishes; Typical Italian meat dishes only the dessert buffet leaves nothing to be desired.
Something; Which is not a deficiency but is common in Italy in many hotels, is the fact that the cutlery and also partly the plates (eg from one pasta to the next) are kept.
Really positive to announce — that there were "live music" on all three evenings.

For a 3 star hotel normal standard. The room was very clean. Friendly staff. Good and rich food and – in my eyes a plus point – excess food is not simply disposed of but, if justifiable, optional at the next meal. Otherwise a typical tourist hotel.

I'm just on the Spot. This is the absolute Audacity. I don't even know where to start! Bathroom: 3 hairs found right at the Inside. Even in fact towels are black kreuselige hairs when I look over there which is very difficult. The towels are overlooked with black and brown stains. Rooms: there is in the room if I can call it that, no corner that is clean or has seen a rag let alone vacuum cleaner. The door to the ^ balcony ^ is damaged and can only be half-closed since that castle was removed (don't ask me why but I'm not surprised Anymore) ants, vermin meet here to laugh at me poor Holidaymakers. My friend who is very happy to vacation in Italy has shed after felt 2 minutes already tears. The food here, like on a "turkey fattening plant" total mass handling, The beverage prices are totally covered. The staff looks untrustworthy and the body care seems to be rather small.
The hotel has ruined our holiday and changed the view of a beautiful and friendly italy. We will find another hotel tomorrow or just use the room to sleep after we have bought new Bedding.
Do me a favor if you want to have a nice holiday! Keep your hands off me! Absolute impudence!

Very good breakfast and service given by all staff. Very close to lake garda and a just 30 min drive to gardaland.

Very good location. Good food. Not far from the promenade.

Rooms are good. Location pretty good. Pool suits us. Maybe too deep for spme — uniformly 1.7m. Food OK. Let down by the small things. A chain hotel with thin towels, few cheap toiletries. Kitchen staff do the garden work. Cheap choices made for the food. Just cheap, hence you get what you pay for.

For short stays it can fit.
Location: A 10-minute walk from the old town.
Rooms: Large, dated furniture, comfortable bed, TV, balcony, without blackout curtains (only light tent) and rolling shutters (so in the morning at the first light of the sun the room is illumonata — the dark curtains are only on the ground floor), in the morning they begin to clean the Rooms free at 8 and if they clean the nearby one hear all the noises.
Outdoor Pool: Nice and working at all hours.
Dinner: Not the best but if you don't tip the holiday on food it may be fine.
Breakfast: Varies but with many packaged products (no homemade cakes).
Bar: Not the best, certainly better than the one located at the Hotel Palme Suite reachable in a few minutes on foot, structure being part of the same management of the Royal and at first sight more cared for.

Nice but nothing that L3 rooms are undoubtedly to renovate.
