Excellent welcome, nice and clean environment. Great food. Clean pool. Really lovely! Truly a place to regenerate!

Your staff needs to be more welcoming and courteous. Also you guys seemed very racist to people of color!

A nice hotel, good location for Garda town and amenities. Staff are very friendly and speak good English, but do try a bit of italian in ordering.
The hotel has a various range of rooms to suite all budgets, you can go up market with a lake facing room with balcony or a side room.

Wonderful hotel, we have been here 5 times, and it just keeps getting better. The staff are so friendly and professional, the food is fabulous with every detail covered, room's are very nice, and allways kept to the highest standard, would Regermental this hotel to all friends and family.

Then the spaghetti with melon watermelon and berries that knows from tomato was fabulous!

What a wonderful Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite. Rooms were excellent and a 4 course evening meal very night had a different menu.

I leave my experience done last Christmas. Beautiful impeccable suite and with the view of the lake enchanted us. Soundproof ed. Rich continental breakfast. The spa if I have to say it's a bit dated as even the pool area a nice makeover wouldn't hurt but all in all for me it was a great experience. Price in the norm. Hotel parking. Great location and helpful staff.

We felt very comfortable here, the breakfast and the 4 walks menue were great, the waiters very friendly and accommodating. So did the barman. At the reception we were greeted and advised kindly. The room was very nice and clean! We'll be back!

Love this hotel! My 5th stay over the years and it seems to only get better. Location, food, old world elegance with modern amenities. Hope I can come back soon. We found this place through my in laws who first stayed here in the 60's. I hope my children will continue to visit with their children some day!

Great hotel at great location. Everything is nearby, restaurants boat rent and Garda center. Hotel facilities are good, rich breakfast, pool is great and quiet. Recommended, might be too pricey in August.

Reception on arrival was helpful, friendly and charming. Rooms are quaint and classy. Enjoying an evening meal at the moment, served with class and respect.

I think this is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. It is cool and elegant yet quirky and homely. The staff (all of them) are friendly yet utterly professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel, grounds and pool area immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. Located in a perfect spot to stroll the short distance into beautiful Garda and to catch the brilliant water taxi to other towns on the lake.

A fabulous place to stay by the lake. Very Elegant dining rooms, lovely food and all you could wish for available at breakfast. Comfortable Bar and lounge areas and games and small library to find a poolside read. Great location, nice outdoor pool, bicycles available and close to Lake Ferries and bus station to explore. Very impressed with all staff and special thank you to all on the Front Desk for all advice and care.

Hotel is in a good location with parking and easy access to the lake. Room and bed was comfortable. Pool is a decent size and had plenty chairs next to it. Only complaint is that the breakfast choice had largely run out over an hour before the end of service, so get in early if you want the full selection.

I called a few minutes ago he said a certain Lady Margaret, before he couldn't understand my name after I told her I wanted to talk to the manager she said to wait until he was in a meeting wasn't true … Amazing.

We were greeted by the Manager Barbieri, always gallant and refined.
Alexandra the sommelier chose for us the wine pairing to go to our menu, not even to say if possible even more exalted the splendid cuisine of Chef Andrea Costantini who has literally enchanted with the foie gras served with a sauce of cardamom and licorice. For an unforgettable evening the Queen Adelaide is always a guarantee.

The aristocratic hotel. Without too much fuss and cheapo. Very good for relaxing the soul, not the madhouse with dancing on the tables and the sea of vodka:-) ) ).

Super suite upgrade offered staff, nice pool, super relaxing.

Great host, great dinner of ferragosto and sublime
also on the evening of 16 in the pool with music and sweets in Goms, prepared by their pastry chefs.
The room where we were staying was a junior suite, very stylish and confortentevole.
Elegance throughout the hotel and the staff with an excellent Al respects!.
There we go back for sure.
