We had a lovely time from the food to the staff and the hotel itself couldn't recommend it enough would definitely return.

A really nice hotel with friendly staff, very good food, a nice pool and an all-round feel-good package. We would love to come back again!

There are a lot of game activites: pool, table tennis, "calcio balilla" and other; all so good! You can go out with car or bike (free). Buffet breakfast with a lot of food (traditional Italian/English/German breakfast) ; I like the snack in the afternoon too! I take 5 stars! Congratulations!

We have been to this hotel a week and I have to say that all the staff were really nice and helpful! I highly recommend it to families with children as the service they offer at the kids' club is truly spectacular! Bright rooms and well-groomed and clean environment!
Hopefully we can go back!

We came back yesterday, 5 days passed really well. Clean and tidy hotel.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner always great, every time always different things but yummy!
Everything really great, from the girls to the mini club, the waiters, the housekeeping ladies, the girls at the reception.
We sincerely thank the sign. Tonelli always available and present. Wonderful place, very close to the lake.
We highly recommend it. To be back for sure.

Great hotel. My parents have been dating him for 10 years. They always had a great time. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and the kitchen is great. I recommend it.

I would highly recommend it. Staff very friendly, great atmosphere, lovely food. Entertainment every night which is something you don't get in other hotels.

Very clean perfect for children with indoor and outdoor play areas… Outdoor and indoor swimming pools and I find it helpful to have the chance to take the bike to get around the lake.
The kitchen offers elegant and delicious dishes.

The hotel decor is dated, but you get a high value for the money spent and it is well equipped and has a friendly staff. During our stay there was plenty to do with the kids and they had multiple ping pong and pool tables for rainy afternoons or evenings. Most staff easily spoke in English or German in addition to Italian. Underground parking is available and has a high ceiling entrance.

Everything in line with the stars of the hotel. Very helpful staff When we return to Riva del Garda we will be back.

We were 4 days at Easter with the kids and we had a very good time… Very nice and helpful staff Good buffet and clean rooms.

I have been coming to spend Christmas in this hotel for years. The restaurant is excellent. Excellent staff The room was very clean The owner always present, available. In short a perfect hotel in every point of view.

Nice clean hotel, good location, staff very helpful. I went half board good food served breakfast and dinners. 2 swimming pools 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. I would stay here again. Only one problem they have no children's dinner menu so what the adults eat the children are expected to eat also. Children can be fussy eaters. But as for the adults dinners they are well presented on you plate with good choice selections from the dinner menu.

Well located, nice and clean hotel near beach and shops. Very helpful staff at reception and dining area. Plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner including vegetarian options. Well maintained pool and gardens. Live music and drinks after dinner. Very popular with tour groups. Hotel owner takes personal interest and interacts with guests at dinner. Useful balcony space with all rooms. Full size bed; Room space and amenities are adequate. Unfortunately room walls let in noise and sound from adjoining rooms. Annoying, hence 4-star rating.

I was now already the 5 time in the Hotel Savoy Palace, to the second both — only with my wife — as well as with the whole family, and can only confirm that every single stay was fantastic. The food, always friendly service, the possibilities of entertainment in the Hotel — even if the weather is not so nice — are worth every penny. The best price/performance ratio on the Garda lake! Particularly noteworthy is the almost family to be designated by the friendliness of both the owner, to take care of on a daily basis to its guests, as well as of the staff asked often by itself due to special requests and those with an otherwise rare a matter of course dealt with promptly. Here the guest is really king.

We were as a family of 5 a week at the Hotel Savoy Palace in Riva! This house is from A to Z more than recommended! Already the booking with the counter staff at the reception was easy and appealing. Our family room showed to be sufficiently large, very bright and tastefully decorated and the balcony terrace is perfectly furnished and even landscaped all — round feel-good. Particularly, the 100% cleanliness of the entire hotel area is a highlight, whether it's in the room, in the hallway, in the stairwell or in the Foyer and the Dining rooms: spic and span! The Indoor — outdoor pool is also designed in really appealing — pure relaxation, to stay there. Our lush all-inclusive-food was more than varied, extremely delicate and fine. The entire Team of service more than attentive, pleasant, friendly, helpful and absolutely accommodating. The quiet, however, short-way location to the lake Garda and the town centre is very welcoming. We felt very, very comfortable and come gladly again! Thank you. Finally, it should be noted that even the hotel Manager, Hr. Tonelli, regularly present, and always a sincere kind word for his guests.
