From start to finish a fantastic hotel with refined old school service. Every member of staff was attentive and smiling. Food was delicious and restaurant service was organised superbly. Directly on the lake in Bardolino, a lake view room with balcony was perfect and made the holiday even more special. Thank you to all the staff at Nettuno, we will certainly be returning.

Great location right on the lakeside. Friendly staff and great food. Not too big so a friendly intimate atmosphere. Small pool area with limited loungers. Could do with utilising the garden area for loungers too.
Would certainly come back here.

Very great hotel in Bardolino — clean, very friendly staff, spacious rooms&a rich breakfast buffet! You can reach the center in a few minutes walk&also a small beach! Happy again:)

The hotel is situated in a great position. The food is excellent with a really good choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Maitre Di is always there to help with choice of menus or places to visit. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel very centrally located in the village. That staff is really very nice. That breakfast buffet and dinner menu really first class. Also the rooms and pool great. Come back :)

Hotel in a great location just a few steps from Lake Garda and in the centre of Bardolino.

Rooms are clean bathroom also okay breakfast ample dinner plentiful you will be fed up at anyway and you have a clean view of the Lago di Garda.

The hotel is centrally located you need to walk to the city centre only 5 min. The rooms are clean, some older furniture but that didn't bother me. Service is very accommodating, staff is very friendly and you can speak well with them in German too.

Great friendly staff clean room! Kitchen with very good four course menus very tasty prepared and serves great salad and dessert buffet every evening tasty experience. Balcony rooms with unique view on Lake Garda, nice clean restaurant with unique Lake Terrace were great 14 days to our golden wedding.

Great food and service. What else could you want. All the staff helpful and welcoming.

Like most reviews, great food, great staff, great location. On the down side rooms need updating and apart from the poolside no where else to get some rays. But this is me trying to be honest. With my wife having walking problems the ferry is just 10 minutes away.

Recently spent a week at the Nettuno. 3rd time my daughter and I have visited. Welcomed back on arrival. Cannot praise all of the staff enough. They have looked after us so well yet again. Loris makes sure everyone has a good time. Thanks once again.

Near the center of Bardolino, Auna Long Beach and the sailing club with services launching/

Perfectly situated in baldolino you walk out of the hotel and within 10 yards you are on the broad walk. The accommodation is fine only 3 floors serviced by staircase or lift approximately 60 rooms. Food from the restaurant is superb (cordon bleu cooking) I go half board. Maitre d'hotel is Loris a mine of information and a very funny man, so any thing that you need to know see Loris. All the staff are very helpful and all greet you with a smile. Already booked for next year our 4th but other people have coming for years, so that has to say something for the hotel that people keep returning.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, 5*. The staff, especially Loris and Roxana, who helped make the holiday special for all our family, the only down side was the rooms don't sleep a family of 4 but the service and location more than made up for this. We will defiantly return in the future. Thank you for an amazing stay.

What a great hotel, great staff, must mention Loris, he is just great. The food is out of the world.

I feel compelled to write a review on this beautiful hotel. It was the first time that my wife and I, together with my son and girlfriend, stayed here. The occasion was the manifestation of Fernandes yesterday. Too bad I only had one day in this beautiful facility. Served us anyway to meet her. Staff at reception were very pleasant and friendly. Very nice rooms with lake view, fine restaurant and cosy. Pool!. A private car park. Across a small street and you are on Lake Garda! make the beautiful lakefront and in 5 minutes you are at the Centre
