Beautiful place to reconnect.

Great location to Marco Polo Airport. Friendly staff… Beautiful comfortable and quiet rooms… on site restaurant (closed on Mondays) … free shuttle service to local restaurants. Shuttle service to and from airport for 5 euros a person.

Wonderful place to stay: The staff was very helpful, nice and caring. They gave us great information about the trip we were having, the food was tasty and the facilities clean and in excellent shape. Location is very good, very close to Venice but still you can enjoy it as a 'base' for day trips. Thank you Alberto for all your help, we could see that the agri and its' visitors is very important to you!

My wife and I went there, it was our first trip abroad since the kids were born. The staff was very helpful, nice and caring. Excellent location, close to the airport and about 20 minutes by bus from Venice (with line 5 you arrive at Piazzale Roma) and for tickets no problem, you can buy them directly from them. In addition they offer a shuttle service to the bus stop or to the airport.  
The structure in every detail offers comfort and relaxation. The room was very clean and the bathroom was nice. A good breakfast awaits you in the morning and for those who want to dine nearby you will find the restaurant da Olindo. (Excellent cuisine)

We stayed here during our trip to Venice and could not have been more pleased. The owners and staff are wonderful and the hotel is new and spotless. There is a shuttle van to the bus stop or airport where you ride to the city, and there is even a restaurant on site that is excellent. The best part was the reasonable prices, compared to Venice. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice Hotel in a quiet location. With the Bus one is in 20 minutes in Venice and the Hotel even offers a free Shuttle to the bus stop in 2 km distance. The Breakfast was also delicious.

Lovely place next to a great restaurant. When you need quiet time for a day, or want to tour the area. Clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms, friendly staff.

Awesome staff, beautiful scenery, very clean grounds and room. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant! My wife and I loved the hotel and its atmosphere, we highly recommend it as your place to stay if in venice!

Very nice family hotel! Were driven to the pizzeria evening and picked up again. Not cluttered but good breakfast. Adapted to the size of the hotel. We were with two children here! To reach Venice by bus in 20 min! Shuttle to the bus included.

Great property with daily menu fairly varied. Large outdoor area arranged with tables. Courtesy and speed of service. Large car park. Price at noon in standard 11/13 €. Accepts food stamps only Luncheon. Closed on Mondays.
