A quiet place. You can walk with children. Beautiful plant. There is not a big fountain. Often hosts city events and fairs. Well-groomed territory. Free Parking for cars near the castle walls. At night, close the gate.

I access the castle for work… And I have the opportunity to enter into areas not always open to the public… And I always stop to look from the tower of the park the walls and the conformation of the whole that I personally find WONDERFUL.
The castle is always kept to the fullest. The various halls of the towers sin not always accessible if you do not drive… and pure story to see… It has the attached museum… And within everyone's reach… Congratulations ESTE
The clock tower with the old mechanisms on display. A narrow spiral staircase to get to the top. And you find the square there with the market… It's always worth a stop… To watch.

Central attraction for the city of Este. It has many activities in the year with its garden.

Very nice castle and park to visit. The castle is open only on specific days at month. So, it’s better if you plan your visit head. Nice park for nice photos. I couldn’t find any toilet around.

Suitable for families with small children as there are little games in the park. There are also musical or historical events. Suitable for a nice relaxing afternoon or for a picnic. Also there is a restaurant in the park and a couple of ice cream parlours just outside and it is close to the old town of Este. The historical context is beautiful but it is sinful for the fact that there is no guided tour of the castle.

It can also be visited throughout the year, home to the local public park, located in the center and has ample space to let children play.
Inside there are also the bathrooms and a public place, many benches and trash baskets to keep it clean all around is full of large pay parking lots and the center is two steps away.

Historical Place all we take a walk, when I was a child, there were also animals was like a mini zoo, and the most visited was a bear that we all wanted to see, but it wasn't scary,

Very nice place, with a beautiful garden and in very good condition. Entrance is free and I totally recommend it for an enjoyable, relaxing time.

Impressive castle walls and inside gardens with a playground, Cafe and Museum.

Beautiful old fortress that they have turned I to a very nice park. Disappointed that I was unable to access the walk along the walls while I was there.

I love this garden whit castle because is wonderful, flowers, three, bar restaurant and many many peoples.

Very nice town, but be prepared, all restaurants open after 18:00

Yummy ice cream! But the absolute specialty is the ice cream… the real and unique of all Este!

The Castel is great, and the gardens inside are beautiful. If you go by car, be careful to the parking lot police. Very easy to get a parking ticket. Italian style.

Besides the hotel there is also the bar/cafeteria side with outdoor tables.

The place is cute, not particularly great. I went mainly at the end of the evening for a slice of the square and similar things (which are cooked in a local a few steps from there), so I can't judge that much the service, but generally speaking it's quite professional. Lunch and dinner hours are served as an aperitif and there is no complaints. In any case it is not a place usually frequented by boys, but rather people from 30 years on, and I see it more as a quiet and reserved place than a place to stay in company/having fun/drinking in company. Other flaws the bathroom, which is really small.
