Beautiful place full of valides, friendly and respectful staff, excellent pools, sauna, yakusi, Turkish, rest room, beautiful to return.

We have already been guests a couple of times at the hotel Terme Venezia and each time it was a superlative stay in terms of service, cleanliness, courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by all the staff. Special mention should be given to the Spa Manager Stefania always available to satisfy all our requests. We now consider ourselves very loyal customers. Thank you.

I didn't even get to stay at this hotel because even despite the period of severe crisis that we are experiencing the receptionist who answered my phone was rude and scurvy both in tone and words. I asked for simple information and he treated me sufficiently as if I were bothering her with my stupid questions, so much so that I had to hang up thanking sarcastically for his availability. Shame.

I spent three days of real relaxation. The room very clean, rest assured with the great mattress and pillow. All the staff very helpful. Good food. But the pool really top, especially the outdoor one. Experience to be redone!

We were this weekend with the kids. Spacious and clean rooms. Swimming pool with comfortable spaces to move around. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Sin is not a little family hotel but for the rest of the council.

The spa was good, the people who work in spa are very good, the food was good, could be better with the veggie bar, but the rooms are very old and really small.

It was a pleasant experience. The Hotel is friendly and clean. Beautiful and modern all the spa area. Food and Breakfast All professional and polite staff. Congratulations to Roberto of the mud department. Unfortunately the aesthetic treatment did not satisfy my expectations at all. Too short and superficial compared to the pose of the mask the facial treatment. Anyway we will gladly return!

Very pleasant stay in May to enjoy the best because not too much space well be pleasant and indoor pool perfect restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel, the experience was lovely, room very clean and beds comfortable, the spas are fabulous with a nice park, very nice was to see left free in the garden a small rabbit that you do as well caress! Try the Turkish bath heated only by the warmth of the thermal water built in a cave that reminds us a lot of our experience in Ischia. As for the culinary aspect what about… Hard to get better in the area, everything really great! We did not have to talk much with the staff but as far as we noticed they seemed very attentive and ready. Ultimately my partner and I were looking for a facility where you can indulge in a bit of relaxation to pull the plug from the stress… Well we agreed to have it nicely found!

The rooms are well cleaned. Breakfast is scarce but it is typical for Europe.

We stayed at the Teme Venice Hotel two weeks in April, reiterating the positive experience last year.
Many appreciate the comfort, cleanliness and generous dimensions of the deluxe double room, equipped with an open balcony on the Euganean hills and the nearby thermal park; The Hotel's central location allows for pleasant evening walks in the pedestrian zone where the most interesting activities and boutiques are concentrated.
Very positive and pleasant experience of the two swimming pools, the inner large one and equipped with many hydro-massage stations in "barrel" and on cot, although the high intensity of the jets on the beds does not allow to remain easily stretched out; Pleasant and "emotional" color lighting evolving on the plafond.
The outdoor swimming pool is not particularly large, but it allows you to enjoy the sunny days and-sometimes-even the cooler climate or the rain, while being pleasantly immersed in the warm thermal water, or to get tanned – weather permitting – on Sun loungers by the pool or in the lovely adjoining garden.
We especially appreciated the modern and functional SPA, never too crowded, but with all the services included in the living room: sauna, Turkish bath, ice cascade, hot thermal grotto, relaxation room, gymnasium and-from this year-Himalayan salt room.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Handicapped accessible Environment!

In Abano Terme It can be said that the hotels and especially the four-star ones are unlikely to show any problems for the guests they host. Hotel Venice, what to say: Very friendly and very helpful staff, you already perceive when you arrive at the reception, rooms very tidy and spacious, spa area and spa excellent. Good morning, with great pleasure I write my impressions after the stay at your property. Very positive judgement, all pleasant, from the mud at the early hours of the morning to swim in the thermal water at sunset. I would like to thank all the staff, nobody excluded, for the care and courtesy, a particular note wants to leave it for the operators who have "treated me every morning". The Fanghino Roberto was kind from the first moment, always professional and attentive, smiling, really perfect as an assistant to the mud, congratulations! Thanks also to Manola, who with his massages and his attentions allowed me to live moments of peace and well-being that were lacking for a long time. I tried to write in a very concise way my judgement which is also a thank you, I would like to read all the staff. Obviously I will return!

Superior rooms are renovated and nice with modern bathroom. Spa is completely renovated, very nice (outside pool is a little small). Breakfast room and good is great!

In the hotel we are satisfied with everything, so for the third time we come here, before it rested both in Triton and Mioni Pezzato, but it was in Venezia Terme found everything we need, and the attitude of the staff want to note especially, feel at home.
One wish is if it is possible for the pool to work up to 22 hours as before. And return 2 exerciser, which were removed after repair (for muscles thighs and hands).

For the fourth time we enjoyed the stay at the Terme Venezia hotel, this time we invited 2 more new guests, they were the first time here and were very pleased.
I want to especially mention the work of Roberto (mud therapy), I had a big break and I was thinking about whether I should do dirt. But after the trial procedure, all doubts vanished.
Roberto's goodwill, attention and professionalism played a major role here. In the next visit will definitely be doing dirt again with this professional.

Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast ok (fresh fruit, juices, etc), room spacious, bathroom does not fit in there rather need renovation — among other things. With black mold on the wall and barely functioning shower.

Friendly staff, nice view. The hotel is really good looking. But the breakfasts are poor and not appropriate for a healthy atmosphere that brings us Abano Therme (a lot of sweets, grilled bacon, little vegetables and no fresh juices). Rooms are old but still look descent despite mould on windows in bathrooms. We liked the outdoor and indoor pools, saunas. Didn't like "medical" massage, coz that was something out of the name. The hotel location is very convinient — in half a hour one can go to Venice, may be that is why the prices of the hotel looked a bit overestimated. There is a parking that is barely empty. One has to look for a place always but if you are quite and patient you, probably, will manage to find a lot for your car. P. S. Almost in front of the hotel there is a small café which has wonderfull pizzas, salads and some other dishes with horsemeat. Nice aperitifs and wine.

We were given a room bigger than the one we had booked and I have to say we were thrilled, nice spacious and mostly clean!
The pool and spa part… what about… we were speechless… it seemed to us to be VIPs…
We did not enjoy the restaurant but only the breakfast room that even here, let me tell you, of all respect! Breakfast buffet for all kinds of needs.
The hotel also has an inside parking lot.
Stay absolutely to repeat as soon as possible!

What I liked: Great pool, warm and clean. Nice room on the 4 floor with good bed. Quality and various breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great spa. Friendly and nice personnel. What could be better: 1. Beer and prosecco in minibar. 2. There is no barmen in the bar most of the time. All guests should sit and wait for the drink in the pool for the 20-30 minutes. Its no good. She is running all the time somewhere. The barman should be all the time in the bar at the working time. From 10-30 till 18. This didnot like much. 3. Not much space to dry the towels and dressing gowns in the rooms. So I could be more happy if you put the floor-driers on the balcony / room (depends on a season). 4. Its very not OK — the smoking area so close to the pool where people are trying to be more healthy — we are getting nicotine in the pool. This made me very said. I would be happy if you organize the smoking area much more far from the pool and people. 5. The Steam room was working a bit wrong all 6 days, we have been here. Only in the last day it was repaired. But we were already leaving. So, it was only 10 minutes great experience in Steam room. For all nice — a big GRAZIE and I hope you will improve all the rest! We wish to come back to you again :)

Very nice and clean rooms The staff is very helpful and the breakfast buffet is very good. Very lacking in the sauna area, the showers operate alternating phase. There is no water tank for cooling. The flavored jets last a few seconds and then you have to wait for them to recharge. Lacks the sauna culture. You can not have a miserable ice bath and also see that people, do not knowing use, we wash inside, then leaving the ice "used" to the next person. The post sauna rest beds are a total of 5. In the afternoon it is impossible to use the service as it should for the too much turnout and the scarcity of the offer.

I found myself very well, not only for cleanliness, which is fundamental, but also for everything else. The thermal pools with Jacuzzis, the spa, the salt room and the relax I loved. Not to mention the food, prepared with care and very varied. I was lucky enough to sleep on a mattress that I recommend. The staff were very helpful I think I'll be back.

Good Hotel located in the center of Abano Terme, a few kilometers from Padua and easy to reach. Nice and well taken care of the indoor thermal swimming pool large and pretty with numerous whirlpool stations, less pretty and not very big one outside. Very nice the spa, content but very harmonious and modern. Simple, spacious bedroom with a large and comfortable bed, complete with minibar and safe. Small bathroom but with big shower. Breakfast buffet with ample choice and variety. Great Restaurant both at noon Buffet and evening at the paper, dishes abundant and quality. The staff was very helpful Large outdoor parking lot with a few places covered. At the weekend the hotel was very busy with a lot of turnout especially in the pool area. Overall it was a great relaxing holiday, positive experience to repeat. Good value for money.

Breakfast has buffet is you quality and well assorted.

The spa staff is something superb.
A must are the compliments for Fiorenza that made me spend 2 special hours, Coccolandomi and giving me a lot of useful advice, making me feel like a real princess. Same observation I have to do for Cristiano and Roberto who have advised me and explained in detail the most suitable treatments to my needs. Definitely a unique experience that I will come back to relive next year.

The PB is that the information given by the staff is very incomplete and particularly on the traffic of the buses which forced us to take a taxi and an additional blow that could have been avoided if the information had been given.

Although we love animals, it is abnormal that some people go down with their animal in the term space (even in the room where aerosols are made).

The Hotel, swimming pools and the spa are fine but the dinner wasn't great. I asked to a waiter a candle because was my wife's birthday and the waiter told me that the Hotel didn't have any. UNBELIEVABLE! All in all the Hotel is good but the service can be improve, they have to take care of customers even because we paid a 4* service!

The hotel has a great location. Friendly and professional staff. Great spa. The spa instead made us a little disappointed as the outdoor pool only has a very small area with Jacuzzi while most of the pool is without anything. And it also seems neglected.
The room is definitely not 4 star. The bathroom without even the bidet and furnishings absolutely spartan.

I spent 12 days in this hotel accompanying a group of 40 people, saying that it is truly exceptional is little mention. Spa Area all renovated with today equipment, beautiful the two pools one indoor connected with the other outside, natural grotto, mud massages, salt room, aromatherapy etc… As far as the hotel is concerned the rooms are very large, a Good part with terrace, very manicured and an extreme cleaning. The restaurant deserves a commendation aside, I took two pounds!
Lunch is a buffet but it is the village of plenty a great variety of food very cared and cooked very well in the evening lunch almost a la carte, good choice between four first and as many seconds, the sweets deserve a separate chapter. In short not only recommended but recommended!
There are even bikes available to guests for walks around.
And a word for the staff:
Exquisite! From the reception, do not name them because I'm afraid to forget someone, the dining room (a nice and professional maitre) the waiters, the bar, the ladies on the floors, the staff at the Spa. And I apologize to those I forget.

I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend and I have to say it was a very relaxing and rejuvenating weekend. Hotel really very nice aesthetically, then inside great cleanliness, staff very prepared, room delivered at the appointed time and welcoming.
We had dinner inside the hotel, the courses very good and tasty, the buffet packed with any variety and a really good amount of sweets.
The breakfast offers any dish, really rich in food and drinks. Great.

I stayed for the third time at the hotel Terme Venezia and I found myself well as usual. The hotel is very clean in the rooms, in the common areas and in the wellness area. All the staff, from the waiters in the dining room, to the ladies of the reception SPA, the beauticians, the MUDs, the cleaning ladies, the boys of the pool in short all kind, smiling and helpful. A particular appreciation to Medion that in the pool never stops: always attentive and at work to keep everything clean and tidy. The food served is good, varied and more than enough. The sludge and the cures (also aesthetic) are made with professionalism and quality products… In short: everything Ok!

The 4 * Hotel probably has one of the best price/Leistungsverhaeltnisse in Abano Terme. Staff was friendly, helpful, facilities rather old (pool, Schluesselsystem), wellness offered rather hidden. The location was excellent.

The hotel is about 3 strars quality. Standard breakfast — only 1 type of chees, ham, egg — large but not renovated (probably they have some new as well) room. The pool area is smaller than it seems on the pictures. Great design photos-much more simple reality: — (

I found by chance the offer for this hotel… it was an exceptional stay… nice spacious room clean and with every comfort… spa not overly large but with the right amenities. The swimming pool is both external and internal with hydro-massages… both connected by a mini corridors… well-structured… with sunbeds all around… and also in the pine forest… the friendliness of the reception deserves significantly… available polite. Excellent. Not to mention the restaurant… breakfast super… lunch buffet with a sea of choice between appetizers first seconds sweet fruit contours… While dinner is at your choice between three first and three seconds plus a buffet of cheese and sweets garnishes… all quality stuff and exceptionally Good… The value for money is amazing for everything you offer. Location of the hotel You reach the heart of Abano in 5 minutes… a town really worth visiting.

Breakfast, very bad… breakfast service… horrible and the pool areas and wet bath, need a remodel… sorry, this is the second time we have been to this hotel and it will be very difficult to get back…

This hotel belongs to the slightly older generation. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning also made their work to the satisfaction. The staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor and outdoor pool was taken by a good photographer, as they appear much larger in the photos than they actually are, all in all fine. The breakfast is good and adequately sorted. For dinner, I can only say that it was unimaginative and tasteless. (The meat dry, the garnishes mostly tasteless potatoes bright red tomatoes without taste, like the Dutch, the fruit from the can, although there were wonderful fruits and vegetables on the markets). For this reason I can only rate this hotel with 3 stars.

A word of advice: avoid the structure! Simply put clean environment no doubt but with outdated furniture and a restaurant more than poor. The restaurant run by careless and especially heated food or thawed, see field cakes and pastries. Bad stay.
