Food disappoint. Room we lucked out with space & view. Many friends had rooms that were tiny.

Old hotel but rooms totally rifirbished, so just like a new hotel. Very comfortable stay.

Magnificent location. At the gates of Cortina, on pedestrian area, hotel very nice and well maintained. Friendly staff. Painful notes: poor parking and Wi-Fi has very little signal (not a huge problem, however.

Great location, hotel maybe to be renovated in the common areas, but with newly renovated rooms, modern. Good breakfast, too bad only for hot drinks dispensed by the automatic machine. Friendly staff, especially at reception, always helpful. We found a good offer, but it obviously goes depending on the periods: the price in any case seemed fair. We'll probably be back next week.

Although the parking was a little confusing, we enjoyed staying here. The room had a nice view, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel restaurant had some of the best food we ate all week. Try the tiramisu!

Chalet hotel. Staff were excellent. Great atmosphere.

Staff are friendly and manager is hard working. Thats where it stops. Although friendly, staff was not trained or paid enough to actually care. Place was filthy. Premises need upgrade, blocked drains in bath, leaking sink, collapsing bed side shelves, moving bed etc. Now the food is something else altogether… Absolutely awful verging on inedible. Potatoes with everything, and chefs idea of vegetarian option was heated up tinned plum tomatoes with, yes, greasy potatoes. After day 2 restaurant started getting emptier and emptier, even though we had paid for said dinner, nobody but the hardier folk could eat it so went out. Crowning glory was to spend 2 days confined to bedroom due to an attack of tummy bug which swept across hotel, including staff. Probably lack of good hygiene throughout. Blame Ingham's for being so tight fisted and having complete disregard for guests. Ski instructor called the hotel "hospital Victoria". Avoid.

On holiday with ski total. Great service as always. Very comfortable everywhere. Good food. Great staff. Only complaint… The sun didn't shine till Wednesday.

Beautiful Hotel in the center of the curtain right at the beginning of the pedestrian area.
Gorgeous owners! Great friendliness and animal lovers (lots of menus for meat or vegetarian dogs). There is an exclusive park tool in the Hotel where you let your dogs run.
Definitely recommended!

Central, very large and functional, super provided breakfast room, very kind staff and available for every request, Dogs of any size can access in any place together with their human and have available a gated park adjacent to the Hotel, bowls, pillow and free batteries. Congratulations to the owners Paola and Eric, very nice and exquisite with everyone. I recommend it for anything a tourist wants. I will be back!

It is located in the center, very characteristic structure. Pleasant.

We have just returned from a fantastic ski hols staying at this wonderful iconic Hotel Parc Victoria. We as a party of 8 of various ages couldn't fault the hotel and the Inghams Staff who run the hotel in the winter. They were all friendly, efficient and very caring especially Matthew and Max! The food was really good couldn't fault it. Rooms amazing loads of space (myself, my 2 daughters and my mum had the suite which was I think the best room in the hotel :-) ) Skiing areas lovely a bit more snow was needed but Cortina made the best of what was there and kept well prepared slopes. All in all wonderful and the staff at this beautiful hotel are a credit to Inghams.

My stay was a booking through Ingram ski holiday who take over the running of the hotel for the winter season. Stayed at this hotel 2 years ago, it is a tired set-up, the rooms are very basic with non existent Wi-Fi in the rooms, old fashioned wood lined decor I was there with my 24yo son who as limited taste in food. As it turned out there was the choice of cooked breakfast, however the continental choice was limited and if you wanted a simple omelet it was a big deal, one mo…rning it was done reluctantly but the next time it wasn't possible! The dinner choices didn't suit our tastes so we didn't eat dinner any nights in the hotel we chose to eat out every night, we might have opted to eat at the hotel if it had been Italian food? The staff were friendly but were slow to replenish the breakfast buffet, one of my big negatives is the level of cleaning and replacement of towels, we had the same towels for the 7 days, as we showered in the morning and on return from skiing means we used towels for 14 showers, we both had minor nosebleeds which marked the towels but weren't replaced.! The ski lockers are basic a tight squeeze for to sets of skis and boots with no heating makes ski boots harder to get into it Our last day was a strange one, the cleaners came in, fixed the curtains, spread the duvet up but didn't make the bed or wash the sink, etc? One big positive is young Max who drives the van to ferry guests to the ski area, friendly with great attitude.

Luxury Hotel many years ago but it needs a nice freshen up, interior décor of the rooms and bathrooms are very dated, see the row for breakfast, with only one waiter, as a Fantozzian scene makes your arms fall.
