Tasty dinner: from raw to cooked fish it was a riot of different flavors and pleasant on the palate, each with salient notes of freshness and genuineness!

The environment is very comfortable, the room is clean but relatively fine, no shower gel shampoo toothpaste toothbrush, to bring their own.

Good hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful.

Very well looked after hotel. Staff always ready to respond requests, ready even to chat and joke. Although not brand new it is maintained excellently. I'll be back.

I was a guest for a wedding, the room are not the best and I ve seen some dirty in the room and generally in the hotel. The location is in a industrial zone so not the best but the hotel has got a lot of green space. Worker are very kind and ready to help with any request.

Good value, nice sized rooms. Bus stop just down the road that you can use to get to the ferry (approx 40 minutes) that takes you to Venice. Minus 1 star for the wee tiny shower that I barely fit into. And the worn shower head rail that the shower head kept sliding down. Friendly staff.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Some rooms are very tiny with a 24" square shower stall. Be sure you know what you are getting. If you are a person of average size or more you will find showering a chore. The food was quite good.

Great local from the service and food that is provided to the consumer. I find this place well placed in Romea.

Hotel in a comfortable and quiet contemporary style with ample parking on the Romea road in close proximity to Mira about 20 minutes from Venice. It has many rooms and is suitable for groups. Breakfast, to be a 4 * hotel leaves a little to be desired for both the sweet and salty part. The menu of the restaurant is not so diversified but the dishes that have available are good and well presented. The prices of meals are above average. The staff are friendly and helpful and the management is from 55 years a family run.

The hotel is relatively new. Located next to the road easy to travel. The rooms are simple and comfortable.

If you are looking for a place to eat an excellent fish with impeccable service go to Poppi! A security.

Though, I read the previous comments, the only thing I must say is why is Cosmos tours still using the hotel. It takes about 30 minute drive by bus to the port, then boat ride about 35 more minutes. The dinner (buffet) corn, salad, rice, beans, meatballs, puree veggie soup, cod, pork (dry), pasta, was average, previous night ordered from restaurant, chicken was dry, salad was good. I enjoyed communicating with one of the owners, she was nice. There is refrigerator, TV and safe in room, shower is small, bed is fine, windows open to get fresh air because all the carpet freshers is a bit overwhelming. I suggest replace the carpet for guests with allergies and sinusitis.

It was the first time I went there and was pleased with the quality of the service, the cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel just outside the main island of Venice, great location without the crowds and close enough to bus service to get to St Mark's Square. Family owned hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff.

The reception of the owner, Mr. Poppi and his staff, skilfully included in the role, make this structure an Italian boast of knowing how to be appreciated in international environments. Gardens — Parking — lighting — services — environments — reception — rooms of rare beauty and sobriety, but what makes this structure unique along with what it says is the restaurant and its precious chef. I really enjoyed this hotel. Even though it is not walking distance from Venice, it is not too far to drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I could walk a few minutes to a supermarket, which wasn't too far away for walking. The room I stayed in was a bit small, especially the shower and petite bathroom (but I booked a single room) and in summer mosquitoes were a bit of a nuisance. Even so, I enjoyed the food and the wonderful staff at the hotel.

Restaurant at the top as service and environment… to bring us the woman to seduce or a romantic evening with her beloved… prices all in all and considered the environment in the standard.

No free Wi-Fi, rooms are not very fancy.

Excellent Seafood Restaurant (there are also meat dishes) with impeccable service and very nice and clean environment. The Bathrooms For example are huge and provided with towels and plenty of liquid soap. Inside there are more rooms to be able to host events from the youngest until weddings with many guests.

Best Hotel so far on a European Highlights Tour, surpassing Hotels in Amsterdam, Germany and Austria. We have been treated like royalty and made to feel so welcome!

Enjoyed my stay. Dinner offered was adequate. Room was larger than others ecperienced in Italy.

Dusty rooms, smelly toilet and horrible breakfast. Old hotel, definitely not 4 stars.

Great place. Good and inviting dishes. Fair price. High level staff and at the same time they are familiar. A real restaurant.

Clean room and good breakfast with simple Italian fare available in the evenings. No tea or coffee facilities in room but available in bar. Modern hotel which is of town but easy transport to Venice and airport. Adjacent to main road but soundproofing was good. Staff helpful.

We came in as a group. The hotel is too far out and the waiters were unaccommodating. If you need a place only for a night to sleep in, this place ok.

Great seafood Restaurant. Well stocked cellar. Service taken care of.

Wouldn't choose to come here again. Rooms small and need upgrading. This is not a 4 star by any stretch of the imagination. We came as a group and our food was awful. We felt like second class citizens.

Wifi was terrible and the rooms were not cleaned and the staff was not nice. Pretty place though.

Highly recommended! Has all features. Clean English speaking people and very polite. If there was an issue with your room fixed in a jiffy.

Very nice and great staff. It is far from the local area but hotel will make arrangements for shuttle. Food was good and air conditioner worked great. Single room is very very small thank goodness we had a double. Nice large reception rooms for events. Staff greeted us with wine upon arrival. Would stay here again.

Nice and convenient. Great base for traveling into Vienna. Good breakfast too. Rooms are a little dark. Very quiet considering it is near a main road. Supermarket about 10 minute walk away off the main road. You will have to have your wits about you if you decide to use the bus.

Excellent restaurant good room although small had smoke smell great parking. Good breakfast too.

Spent two nights here as part of bus tour. I guess cosmos books this kind of dumps as part of their strategy to force you to take their optional tours. Its situated in a corn field in the middle of nowhere and it doesn't even have a pool. Small dated rooms, hot and noisy a/c. Would not recommend it to anyone, and yes you guessed it I ended up taking the optional tour.

Great hotel just a remote location. We stayed here as part of a bus tour which is obviously what it services. There are many other options for hotels if you are visiting Venice.

Small room, noisy, there is a vacuum cleaner right outside the window.

You eat food done right, for both lunch and dinner.

Very good restaurant and excellent hôtel. Definitely stands out among all the different restaurants of the riviera.
