Come back now from a 4-day holiday in Bassano. Excellent hotel: modern rooms, welcoming and very clean, stylish and very suggestive environment, you can breathe history, very kind, sociable and up to the environment. Nothing to say, great stay… thank you so much to all the staff…

Great hotel! Nothing's missing.

In my opinion for a 4 star you expect more services or that the advertised ones are real like the paytv that does not show you anything. The bathroom tap is difficult to adjust (hard) and the drain is slow… good cleaning and breakfast. Friendly staff.

The hotel is located near the city centre which you can easily walk to. I stayed in a double room, spacious, very bright and comfortable. Throughout the property, as well as in the room, the cleanliness is excellent; Another positive note is the international breakfast buffet. The staff were very courteous and professional. A clarification, which is not necessarily a negative note: the structure is not in the modern style, more 90s (especially in the décor).

Nice Hotel, not far from the Centre. Breakfast well. Staff friendly. Parking in front of the Hotel. WI-FI for free.
Single Rooms should not be booked. Are too small and have only Views of a Courtyard and sheet Metal Cladding.

I didn't use the room so I can't say anything, but guys like management is worth it. The bar closes at 20 and 30 in the evening because they have staff unable to handle it, but we joke. Bad and I wouldn't recommend it. Apart from the young interns who are very helpful and kind but in the evening they are no longer there. Cmq Absolutely not recommend.

If it had been a two star nothing questio. But from a four star I expect more. A dip in the years 70. Good points: central location, parking, large and clean rooms and reception open H. 24 with very nice staff. For the rest. Furniture dated, piping noisy and bath-shower that flooded the bathroom without the possibility of avoiding the disaster. Wi-fi that imposes registration with mail and acceptance of the use of data from third parties, uncomfortable beds, large bathroom, but little functional and little attention to detail. Very very very disappointing.

Hotel on a great location with free parking. Clean and comfortable room with a nice big bathroom, but for 4 stars it is necessary to renovate the hotel. Breakfast is satisfying but lacking fresh fruit and vegetables. We were hoping for a better breakfast at least on Easter, but that was not offered either. Matches the price.

Great in all, only flaws doors of the rooms really thin and you hear noise from the hallway of those who fall into the rooms.

Clean, quiet, free parking in front, good quality breakfast, near the old town. Good value for money.

The 4 star is not pulling. No restaurant, no bar. Parking is convenient. The staff is polite, if there are problems, try to decide not to tighten.

The value for money is definitely great. The only "flaw" in my opinion is the shower made in the bathtub, which in addition to not being comfortable unfortunately flood the bathroom. For the rest excellent location compared to the town center, free outdoor parking, breakfast enough provided for all tastes.

Nice hotel. Typical Italian breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean. The place is well within walking distance. The train station is also not far away. By train you can go to Venice at hourly intervals.

First impression has not been ideal… quite old building and cloudy weather would have not helped at all… The hotel is very close to downtown; the room was big, clean and well equipped. The staff is very kind and helpful and breakfast was large, varied and of good quality. Value for money is high. Rob.

Nice hotel and comfortable and pleasant girl on the desk. Only 4 stars because the breakfast was awful. No fresh cut fruit or fresh juice — — no good bread just American type junky sweet cakes. Not the sort of thing any one should eat for breakfast.

Spacious rooms with very thin walls.

Pleasant stay in clean spacious rooms. The location is a bit outside of the city center. Hotel's decor is dated and could use a refresh. Breakfast is adequate. Tour groups use this hotel and the morning we were there the breakfast room was packed until a few minutes before eight oclock when the tour buses left. Then everything was cleaned out.

And I can assure you that it is the best ever.
The rooms are furnished in warm and cozy wood (and not antiquated as described some ignorant on the subject). I've traveled the world far and wide.
And Hotel I have a wealth of experience.

Actually I went to a presentation of household items behind the delivery of a good holiday but is practically unusable because it cannot be used in summer to Christmas to Easter and other interesting times.

We had them for a refresher course on safety, room equipped with comfortable seating, coffee at the bar inside the Hotel I would say annoying, very friendly staff.

Friendly staff, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms at prices quite good (double 75 €/notte) including breakfast and pretty good location, slightly off center.

Lovely spacious rooms cleanliness ok breakfast and the hotel is just a short walk from the Centre of bassano also handy parking which is free. I recommend it because the area is very nice.
