We have been staying at this hotel since 01.08 to 15.08 with the Ischiafacile portal in a standard room (we had proposed a basic room at a lower price) Room with all the comforts and private terrace. Thermomineral pool (open 24h) ideal for a morning and evening swim. We had dinner every night with varied choice of menu and a few evenings that we wanted to eat something different the Maitre satisfied us with a lot of professionalism. A special note to the Barman by the pool… Carlo always smiling and helpful with a great choice for the evening aperitif (deserved review) We will definitely return for a weekend in September.

Very bad structure. Inedible food and very small portions luckily near the hotel there were restaurants and a pizzeria. Small pool with dirty water. Small rooms with a micro bathroom without vacuum cleaner. We left the property four days early.

Beautiful property in a quiet place, fantastic welcome and great location.

I have stayed a week. I'm going away now. All bad. Breakfast poor to say the least. Milk, water, fruit juices, bitters and the last few days as well watery. Never seen a fried egg, bacon or sausage. No toaster, no coffee espress, arrived only after I complained. Never seen fresh fruit. Lunch and dinner don't talk about it
… Starters only boiled vegetables and the whole week with the same vegetables.

I have to say that I did not believe for the modest sum offered dependencies exaggerated immersed in a botanical garden not too nice but nice. The waiters much to the bona as they say in Livorno, the food good and kept missing a coffee as you must for breakfast. A Bit far from the bus stop but the taxi is very close, not in a country that is a 15-minute walk away. In the complex is from the back. Thanks To The Bagattella.

Poor reception and inadequate staff at the front desk if you ask questions and even answer you. The staff of the restaurant is the only thing that you save. The eat put. You can't eat the rabbit to the sea and not the fish.

I spent in this hotel the bagatella 15 days, I can say not bad. To renovate something, and then the rooms the décor not 4 stars old to be definitely redone, the base breakfast, the funny at poor lunch and dinner worse. The top I 2 winners Nino and antonio that bring with sweat and cheerfulness forward the restaurant room very kind and always ready with great experience and above all patience without them better to make the valigge

Hotels are absolutely to recommend, especially for those who do not prefer "comdo" hotels. So much courtesy from all the staff, especially the waiters. Room spacious, comfortable and clean. Meals are plentiful and the quality is average compared to the other 4-star hotels in Ischia i've been to. A pleasant holiday and lots of nostalgia.

Clean. The hotel's location is about 200m walk away and you get to the beach. C" is also a two-step market. Good value for money.

A decaying hotel.
I stayed at the hotel "La Bagatella" during the third week of July. The property is situated in an alley, but easily recognizable. Already from the Hall you can notice an unkempt hotel, with furniture lacking maintenance despite we have a certain charm "vintage" and particular, also given by a floral style, I dare almost oriental, which is recurring throughout the building. The rooms are also lacking in maintenance, although pleasant, they are old and worn, especially in the sanitary and in the tub, of which I would report the malfunction of the hot tub. The outdoor and indoor pools are modest but discreetly maintained, the same assessment should not be made for the deckchairs and sunbeds, most of which were broken, the sauna was modern although always of modest size. The dining room always follows the false line of this review, you absolutely have to modernize the tablework and tabletops. The cuisine was plentiful, fresh and good, also known for the waiters, Nino and Antonio, professional but also very nice and welcoming. The strategic position of "La Bagattella" is also positive. In short, a Hotel, with an atypical and informal structure, consisting of small single apartments immersed in a green area, with a past, perhaps shining, but not cared for, too bad it could have been a noteworthy hotel on the green island of Ischia.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years but the few that I have checked out of early could be counted on the fingers of one hand. La Bagatella just made that list. This is some completely new definition of what constitutes a four star hotel. Let me explain. The main complaint is that it is shabby. The room is "clean" to a point, but could do with a proper deep clean. The public areas are poorly lit and desperately need a coat of paint. Everything is just a little bit grubby. The staff are friendly, but have not the slightest idea of what constitutes good service. Everything is done by the book — and the book was written in 1970… There's a "spa" — which shuts from lunchtime until 7pm. There's a pool — which has the filtration turned off, resulting in a sheen of sun tan oil and a small sargasso sea of dead bugs and tree debris swirling around you as you try to swim. Oh yes, swimming… Don't you dare try to do so without a swimming cap… Food? Yes, that's an interesting one. We tried to have breakfast there — once. The coffee machine was broken, and nobody seemed in the least bit interested in fixing or replenishing it. God help you if you came down partway through service — once it's gone it's gone, and no amount of asking results in anyone lifting a finger to refresh the tired and sweaty-looking buffet. Ten minutes after complaining a cup of coffee was produced. Just the one, for both of us.

Excellent price-quality ratio. Staff very courteous and helpful. The great room bright and clean. Food excellent and abundant.

The sea is close but the road to arrive is uncomfortable and steep. Eat good and rich choice of vegetables buffet. Cleaning and order OK.

A cosy "family-hotel", luckily without animation.

The week from 17 to 24 September my partner and I spent 7 unforgettable days of vacation at the hotel Terme la Bagatelle in Ischia. An oasis of peace in a lush, well-kept garden. The structure is really pleasant and welcoming, but the real excellence is the professionalism and the attention of the staff in the dining room. In addition to the good food served, the availability and kindness of the waiters, under the guidance of the head of Sala Paolo, was truly commendable. Will definitely return.

We were there in the summer of 2014. What we remember was the unpunctuality of the staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a great experience! The only fault I can find is that it was too short. Left reluctantly. An availability and a kindness that make you feel at home. And that I never found before. So if you want to take a dream vacation without spending big bucks is the place to be. And I take this opportunity to again thank wholeheartedly all the staff.

Negative experience. The hotel is introduced within gardens well maintained but rooms leave much to be desired, air conditioning not working, door that does not close properly, only digital terrestrial TV and does not work too well. The outdoor pool is nice but the indoor spa is small and with a strong chlorine smell in the room. The restaurant is not well organized, the buffet is not reinstated and the foods are not lofty. Very good room service with waiters helpful, kind and professional.

The property from an architectural point of view is beautiful, set in extensive grounds with trees and walkways, rooms e/p the holiday apartments are very clean and comfortable tops, some with even in large terrace com sunbeds and umbrella; the negatives that impose a resizing of the 4 star hotel for a 3 star hotel are in the Board (excluding the gala dinner once in the week) not at the height of a big hotel, daily buffet only vegetables (always the same) for other cooked very sciape, the menu, although a choice of 3 dishes is not very varied.
the wait staff is very well laid out while the Manager (or owner) is unsociable arrogantly sometimes annoying. The shuttle service to downtown (Forio) is virtually absent or limited, the beach, the hotel is about 4 km in partnership with with a sea full of seaweed near the shore.

Maximum negative both for the hospitality that for food.

2 weeks ago Christmas holidays 2014 to forget.

Stay of 15 days, but to be good 4 star 2, which we start with food: sand in Parker foods with fish, tera in the salad, if you agitatati there in the morning like you only preocupate camomila. Many aubergines (say they are good for viewing) 2 dirty pools with water only 3 bocchetoni x hidro freda and functional. Pero si as air conditioning not working a little mean, I go to the pool and refreshments, even of notes! but nooooooooo and 8 hours — 12 and 17 does anyone remember knowif you're lucky that afternoon from-19 in Concierge where you should receive the customer with a sorisoo,,,, terore to open his mouth to us like so much this island we were 3 times more and will return, but at this hotel ever again HAPPY HOLIDAYS.

Charming and welcoming. Excellent service, friendly staff, recommended holiday for those who want to spend relaxing holiday.

The rooms are very good. Daily cleaning, fresh towels. But the service is available at all cannon. Although the food tastes very good, but the operation is totally overwhelmed. Times is missing the silverware, tablecloths are not changed, not a waiter asks a according to requirements. Special drinks. Sure that the tour operator has touted the hotel as upscale amenities, it is not recommended.
