For 1 night absolutely fine.
Rooms were ok. Completely sufficient.
The breakfast was not very good. The coffee tastes like 50 ct plastic cup vending machine. And the lady of breakfast took away my daughter (almost 5) the plate because she probably can't wear it herself. Was a bit of a pity.
The staff at the reception was very nice, spoke good German and was really helpful.
A good tip was the free beach and the free bus to the city as parking spaces there are absolutely scarce.

It is located at 5 min. Walk from the pedestrian boulevard, very nice view of the lagoon from the balcony of the room, very clean rooms and good service.

We were in the economy room. It was clean and small, with a terrace view to the marina. The bathroom was clean. The room has A/C and TV. For the price I think it was fine.

Hotel very clean and close enough to the center. Owners very hospitable and kind! highly recommended!

The owners are friendly and helpful. The rooms suitable for shopping. I would have preferred a better breakfast.

I took a coffee in the late afternoon in the hotel bar. The hotel is in a great location, quiet is relatively close to the beach. In two steps you are in the center of Grado.

The Hotel Capri is located directly on the lagoon of Grado just separated by the street. We booked two rooms, and also received because we had travelled with six people. The rooms were all to the south, so from the road to the sea side, but without sea view. There are also rooms with a view of the lagoon, but they are also on the side of the road. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The rooms are bookable with breakfast or as half board. The breakfast is very plentiful-for every taste. You can reserve a parking space for the car or take the large free parking lot of the city in approx. 400 meters distance. To the beach it is about 500 meters.

The food… penalizes the structure! As a structure, I would say that is good… cleanliness in the rooms
But the catering penalizes all…

Great place to stay in. Breakfasts are awesome. You could drown in the sea of juice :D.

Update: Five stars, because we loved so much and became friends. The lady at the breakfast room has been like a military sergeant. The lady is married with a police man. It looked like she learned a lot. But when I repeated my little complaint at the front desk, we all have been loving… We visited this place upon a bicycle tour to Grado June 16th 2017. Very good and modern hotel. Moderate price. Bicycle garage. Small parking for hotel guests. Free Wi-Fi. Friendly staff.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, the courtesy of the staff and the great food.

Quiet, friendly place. Owners and staff very helpful and attentive to every need. Very close to the spas and beaches.

Relaxing environment, managers friendly and caring, staff is friendly and courteous. Good food. The room is comfortable, clean and well furnished. Close to the thermal Baths and it is not even very from the centre. That is to say, we spent a pleasant week.

The service was good, although it took long before the food came.

Very very nice Hotel near the beach and very very friendly and especially hospitable owner. A clean room with a sea view, what more could you want?! :)
