They are framed by a beautiful park and a lake that you can enjoy on board a rowing boat available.
The rooms are comfortable, impeccably clean (I also noticed the dispensers of soaps and creams very special instead of the usual vials and disposable plastic bags. The environment needs this too. )
Breakfast good, varied, rich.
Very appreciated bar service, fresh dishes, high quality raw materials.
I will recommend the property and would love to stay here again.

There was no doubt about all the beauty of this cool corner, to regenerate itself. The hotel is elegant in all the details, spotless, the nice and helpful management offers great stay packages with spa. We had lunch there in a beautiful viewing room, eating great and hearty portions, excellent food quality… The manzetta cut was very tender! you can then relax in the pool or taking a ride around the lake, area all very cared for by them!

Pristine place kept well ordered very well maintained but not luxury great both dinner and breakfast.

Excellent property in a strategic place to visit the many nearby art cities. We enjoyed the free-entry spa included in the booking. Sport fishing is permitted in the adjacent natural lake, but you will need to bring all the necessary equipment.

What about… everything is perfect! Hotel, service, spa pool! Cleanliness and friendliness reign supreme in this hotel nestled in the green where relaxation is assured. The restaurant is also great. I highly recommend it and I will definitely go back.

Hotel with all kind of services included in the price. The SPA was really wonderfull. We really liked the possibility to use boats to go around the lake.

Beautiful place. Great hotel although some flaws in the service, we stayed two days and the first without fridge bar because they had not found the remote control to turn it on. They pointed this out to us in the morning at the time of our report, in my opinion on the 20th of July you do not leave guests without the possibility of consuming a fresh drink in the room, at least you feel the problem on arrival. We then ate dinner at the hotel and although the quality was great the prices were genuinely high for what we consumed. A commendation to the staff of the service at the restaurant really affable and professional. Nice pool and comfortable spa although I must say I would rather not be woken up at 8am. 30 from a party celebrating a birthday party.

I've been there and I'll be back. Refined, quiet, right in the middle of Renaissance Italy. Friendly management. Creative cuisine, original and discreet SPA. Apart from Lake Pilate, this is the only natural lake in all the Marches: he knew it and frequented it the jeunesse dorée of Federico II's Urbino, people who knew how to choose…

We spent a night and two days at this hotel for an event. Very large and spacious rooms, beautiful overlooking the lake. In my opinion quite mediocre the quality of the dishes (buffet). Unfortunately, due to the adverse weather conditions, we could not do any outdoor activities, but we only used the (small) spa area, boring us enough.
I recommend this property especially to couples looking for relaxation and romance.

My wedding at the Lake Park I chose Lake Park as a location for my wedding on May 12th. It was all perfect, (despite the adverse weather) The marriage of my dreams. The organization was impeccable; The professionalism, kindness, friendliness, availability of Giusy and his staff are something unique! (which we have not found in other facilities) Everything was taken care of at the slightest detail, the food is great and the quantities generous. The location is a fairytale! Super Recommended! We will be back soon!

We have stayed at this property for the bridge of 25 April, we were very beautiful structure, especially thanks to the small private lake excellent, the restaurant is the friendliness of the owners and staff, comfortable bike and cared for the SPA, even if not particularly great, a really lovely will definitely be back.

It is the fourth time that we return to this place, ideal for those who dream of tranquility surrounded by wonderful landscapes and a few minutes from the hermitage of Our Lady of Beech absolutely to visit.

The most beautiful experience we have ever experienced, a fairytale the place. A fairytale spa booked by my beloved only for the two of us as a surprise at the end of December 2017, a place where we will certainly return to make us cuddle. Only flaws the bed room too short. Since we both are very tall, it felt really short, but then waking up in front of snow covered lake seemed to be in a fairytale of yesteryear… great breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in front of a lake with around the Apennine mountains. Cordiality service. Spa etc there is nothing missing. Now I know they are doing the jobs and I'm curious to see how it will be. Very nice both in summer and in winter. Spacious rooms board. Obvious the prices are not low but x what from there is.

We went x New Year and I have to say it was 3 beautiful days. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant was very good. Only sour note, an episode of Blackout in the room resulting in a cold shower.

Wonderful place, impeccable service, great food, spectacular breakfast… large clean room, lake view… the very nice SPA although the water in the pool if it was slightly warmer would be perfect…
Only flaw, when I went to pay I found myself paying extra all dinner drinks (water, beer and coffee) … I state that I bought a package of an all inclusive night, even dinner, but nowhere wax written excluding beverages, it was enough Write it or notify the customer directly at the hotel.

Good hotel! Looks very good, nice rooms with bath, good swimming pools and amazing location next to a lake. Not giving 5 stars because: -Wi-Fi is only in a limited range (pretty small & not in room) -Inside pool (and SPA) is 14€ or 19€ (don't remember) extra per person. -Restaurant doesn't offer that many different plates. The rest is really good and nice people! Recommend.

We enjoyed the experience, great food, the staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate all disabilities goods import. The hotel is well equipped, excellent SPA, cleaning and landscaping.

In natural surroundings, peace and quiet with an excellent accommodation with outdoor pools, Spa, restaurant, and, above all, courtesy and discretion of the staff and property, make this an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday. Absolutely recommended.

I would recommend this Hotel as a wonderful place to relax with the family, with friendly staff ready to your every request.
Externally there are two swimming pools, one large and one small, low plunge with tub for small and large relaxation, there are comfortable sun beds available to everyone. For those who want to take a walk, there is a park with a lawn, ponds with frogs and a large lake with a romantic stroll around, with benches and street lights for the evening (if you want you can take a ride with the rowing boat). There is also a nice playground with everything you need to entertain the kids and relax your parents, if desired, can enjoy a game of tennis or basketball or volleyball in the adjacent fields.
All of this is incorporated into the structure of the hotel, there is no road to cross, I care about dangers outside, you just need to do a few steps. And enter the Park, with no noise other than the chirping of birds and the croaking of frogs and no small feat, breathe clean air (we are only 1000 metres). Absolute peace!
