Beautiful Location with swimming pool, friendly and polite staff, excellent cuisine, but especially the beauty of waking up overlooking the sea. I recommend it to those who want to spend a pleasant holiday in a wonderful city.

First week of September spent in this hotel where we found everything satisfactory. First of all, the new management. Spacious… lounge for huge lunch and dining. Rooms with balcony sea view. Beautiful views.
And what about Francesca as nice as all the staf.

Hotel located in front of the sea a few meters from the bathroom 97, with which it is conventioned. It has very large and enviable spaces in the common areas (veranda, restaurant, Hall, children's playroom) and a beautiful swimming pool (few other Bonaventure of the long Sea can boast). Our stay of 10 days was very pleasant, also for the Spqzi in the room and the sea side balcony, particularly appreciated by Sara (our dog). Thanks to the property that is making the most of the hotel and AP staff always ready available and attentive. In the last report the value for money indisputable.

It is the fifth year that I come to this hotel with my nephew Benedict and it is for me as a second home. This year the hotel is run by the owners that I got to know personally. Courtesy cleanliness and great food were the business card. I want to wish Francesca Ferdinando Fabrizio and their mother, who are working in this difficult experience, the best results and the most beautiful satisfactions. See you soon!

Stayed from 9/6 to 16/I found myself good friendly and helpful staff. Some unforeseen events due to new management. But immediately resolved. Experience to repeat.

The new management of this year has literally revolutionized this beautiful hotel, the location is undoubtedly the best of Senigallia, directly in front of the famous Velvet Beach with a view from the room to say the least wonderful, the pool Also Renovated it is very beautiful, clean, spacious, with lifeguard and sea view. Ample interior spaces also in the rooms. Endless kindness on the part of the owners and all the staff. We will return as soon as possible and highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks GHE.

Not a 4 star but maybe a 2! They say they have remodeled but where? We happened other years and we knew the structure but the rooms are the same, same old furniture, flooring to redo, simply was made a refresh at the Hall. Then again there is a children's playroom made with little taste. The kitchen offers little and the quality of the food is not excellent. The direction in addition to smiling do not know how to do, one more question and they go in the ball, you see that there is no experience! (Fortuna that is a 4 star)! It deserves the establishment opposite Hotel which is super equipped. Senigallia certainly has better places.

Polite, polite and flexible staff to request… From 2018 are back the owners, when all the negative comments are of the old management.

It is true, there is no longer a 4 star hotel, but staff were friendly, rooms cleaned every day, including sheets, Breakfast is the usual breakfast of a hotel… But that is not a problem because thanks to the good location of the hotel, just exit to take a walk on the seafront and go to a bar… We will definitely be back!

It is definitely not a four star hotel. It was, but in the 1960s/70's. Now at the of an imposing building,. Struggling to keep the third star. Scarce, dirty, rusty and with completely foreign staff. A booking reserved for the subscale. Rejected!

Then first of all it is not a 4 star but maybe Manci 3, rooms very for nothing clean and especially passes the train every hour; breakfast inclasificabile the Expresso coffee if you want it you have to pay it in Italy where the morning coffee and sacred; Nice pool but doesn't have a low side for kids so dangerous.

But what 4 stars! Bad experience. The rudeness and vulgarity of the director left us stunned.
After a blank night because it did not work the conditioner and the signaling of the black mold in the shower we were assaulted with "you broke the Co… ni"! yelled at the reception. Something unheard of! Never seen such a thing. Instead of sincere apologies or a discount at the time of the bill we had to undergo a chilling script. We're still speechless.

Good service… sea front… spacious rooms… decent choice x breakfast buffet… but sadly old structure… old furniture and so many things not kept well (example iron of the balcony railings eaten by the rust) … I hope a phase of revival has begun… Anyway the outside with decent entrance and pool.

Fabulous location directly on the sea with great service.

The rooms are not a four star hotel. For the rest friendliness, helpfulness and kindness are the masters. Excellent cuisine.

Bad experience is definitely not a 4 star facility now abandoned to decay. Rooms very noisy I dealt the No. 126 cramped for those who want to boast of the famous four star hotel. The handrail of the stairs rusty is the icing on the cake. With regard to meals can say about presentable quality but with a very poor not a grilled vegetables very little assortment of rest. Different is the problem that has manifested itself in the Hall with the same, very arrogant, with us and with the staff continually badgered with really annoying ways with threats of dismissal that have punctually come true just on the last day of our stay at the property in the subject.
