Great for families, friendly staff available, entertainment top all comfort for a relaxing holiday.

We have just returned home after a week spent with you. What about all very good welcoming staff and helpful throughout great food great cleanliness in every single spot. The animation was the highlight fun solar and a lot of company. What to say we hope to see you again!

We just finished our holiday and were not happy about it… but more. The family of the nautilus is complete throughout. From the staff to the restaurant, to the animation… all of them. The top, always kind, courteous and with a smile. We hope to return.

Highlights: property adjacent to the beach, swimming pool, large rooms and the super animation of the mini club, fantastic guys and very caring towards the kids. We will definitely come back. I recommend it and all the staff very helpful.

Really nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quite big. They are bright and with a nice balcony. The bathroom is also quite big. They have a pool and are located directly at the beach. Another advantage is that you won't meet so much old people from Germany because it's a family resort and old people from Germany hate kids during their holidays.

We did not like it at all, it does not correspond at all to its category… do not go! Staff rude and restaurant really poor. Don't go… hotel to avoid!

As the name says a family hotel, there is entertainment for all ages that does activities continuously and also several parties. The food is great and the hotel faces the beach.

Very nice facility, nice rooms and very clean, very friendly reception staff. The only downside to the little varied breakfast and of quality not to the height of a 4 star hotel. View from the beautiful rooms.

Very good hotel, the staff are very attentive. Do not have an iron in the room which is a pain however the hotel does offer a laundry service at approximately €4 per item. They do a good job with the laundry. The breakfast is continental is good enough for what you would want. Our room was great with a sea view and nice modern decor. We went in September and the place was pretty dead however had a nice weekend away driving around the local area and seeing the sites. We visited San Marino which took about 45 minutes. The hotel parking is €15 a night which I thought was a little steep however you can park outside for free.

The hotel is aestethically nice but the staff needs some improvement : when we arrived it was raining and asked to park in the garage before check-in. We've been told to check-in first so we had to walk under the rain. When we arrived for check-in they could not find our reservations. Finally we got assigned to our rooms but mine was not properly cleaned, I could still find some trash from the previous guest. When I checked out they wanted me to pay for a bottle of water I did not drink.

Staff were unhelpful and wouldnt supply an iron, the room floor had not been swept.

Excellent. However breakfast must be improved according to 4 star standard. Coffee and Orange Juice are a far cry from 4 star standard. Enough choice in sweet Italian breakfast cakes. Lack of choice in bread, bacon and eggs and soforth. But, despite of this I would gladly stay here again. We drank are coffee and fresh Orange juice somewhere else now.

Great hotel on the sea of Eden group. With the new structure have improved a place that already was among our favorites. Friendly always prontio to satisfy every request the staff never forgets to wear a big smile.
The animation always present is non-invasive and, if you will, it helps to spend hours in good company.
Highly recommended.

Nautilus hotel, poor incompetent Director, farthing only a huge prick good at words, broken promises, all very good at words they donot, there are highly more beautiful in Pesaro and with much more competent staff.

Beautiful newly remodeled hotel, despite intervention of a hotel clerk has never worked. Small bathroom also with heating not working.

Is not a suitable hotel for disabled people where you don't have the appropriate sizes. So I doubt the architectural barriers that do not correspond to the current standards. From the health inspectorate should control we will send followed by a lawsuit after treating a disabled person in a preposterous and unacceptable.

Good morning, I have stayed at this hotel with my daughter for the national finals of rhythmic gymnastics. We had a great time and the staff were excellent in ns. Comparisons. The kitchen was delightful and very careful with Celiacs. The amazing pool and beach accessible immediately from the pool. Grazieee.

The hotel is a bit high price requirements. The standard trio. Poor location, next to railway, far from the center. Almost in the centre of Pesaro. Service good, meager food, very helpful (take full Board). Take only rooms overlooking the sea, in the ordinary caught rooms without shower was a hole in the floor). The hotel is designed mainly for the Italian public, but the stuff she knows English. Children animation in Italian by the pool. If rarely happen in the hotel, that is not easy in such a wonderful town, as Pesaro, you can live.
