The central place, is very nice, exquisite and very competent staff, very comfortable room, a praise to the girls of the reception always available, highly recommended, excellent restaurant.

So much attention to guests both in check-in, in the restaurant service and breakfast. Impeccably managed by women who take care of every detail. Clean, quiet and well organized rooms. Very central historic place that also offers an excellent Spa. Definitely.

Very beautiful and elegant in the historic center of… staff is very friendly and polite is always helpful and smiling … sheets deliciously scented spa small but very nice and cozy in the little space they have made sure not to miss anything … the council absolutely!

Beautiful hotel, friendly and welcoming staff! The rooms are beautiful, comfortable bed large bathroom with window … The whole environment is spotless and they give you slippers for the night and the kettle to prepare your tea in the room… I'll definitely go back and recommend it at all.

Despite a small misunderstanding initial I have to admit that I enjoyed the professionalism with which they have been able to handle even the critical moment… Me and my boyfriend, we were really good, we felt pampered throughout our stay. Room was perfect, spa is lovely and the staff extremely polite and courteous, not to mention the rooms are really equipped with every thing. We will definitely be back.

It deserves all the stars. Connected to a small inn that also makes a breakfast room. So much care and attention to detail… really a cuddle.

Perfect Location but… The suites are not soundproof and do not have complete courtesy kits as in so many other 4 stars.
Overall it would be a great hotel if it were not 0er the poor quality of sleep due to the outside noises. (Woke up from the garbage collection truck in the middle of the night that seemed to be passing inside the suite)

My wife and I arrived yesterday and stayed in the suite; We were to say the least from God, clean rooms great spa and great value for money.
Located at a strategic point, very close to the centre.
I highly recommend.

Wonderful historical building.
The Spa suite is very spacious, arranged on two floors.
All guests have access to the SPA centre.
But there are cracks in the plaster of the walls, I suppose thirteen of last year's earthquake.

Lovely Location. We took advantage of the package Room + spa reserved. Paying a little more we took the suite: wonderful. Great clean room with small sitting room, very large bedroom and immense bathroom with great shower. Very comfortable and intimate SPA reserved only for the two of us. Very friendly staff especially the girl at the front desk. Breakfast with fresh and special products. Very convenient to visit the old town of Ascoli. We will definitely return.

A beautiful structure in the center of Ascoli Piceno, with Spa. We enjoyed it, but it would have gone better if the service had been better.

Nice location, new and cozy rooms, very good prices for the location. To visit the city without a car is very convenient. Breakfast is super high quality, a plus not just the fact of having the Spa open 24h. Recommended.

A magical experience surely, the spa suite all for us with Whirlpool, Turkish bath, looked like a real luxury apartment. Furnishings not only very elegant but also fragrant. The impeccable service and the equally positive spa experience with clean and very private rooms, romantic but original, there were very few people and we were really pampered. Also I was given an aperitif practically in the Jacuzzi with food of extreme quality and at zero km. Also the breakfast at a great level even if organized in the room adjoining the hotel that is not in line with the elegance of the structure but still positive.

A gem in a jewel of a town. Great suits — lovely spa — friendly staff and the breakkie is good too. Get lost in this historical city, enjoy the wine and dine and return to a dog — human — and childwelcoming haven. Will be back. ❤

Central. Prestigious Old palace with questionable renovation. Arrredi of effect but poor quality. Average breakfast, good. Welcome to the minimum Union. Inaccessible to the disabled. Elevators and door opener completely out of place.

Very nice Hotel located in an old mansion. Great breakfast with lots of alternatives and high quality products.
Finally included in the price the possibility to use of swimming pool and Spa with sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool, ect.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days of tranquility and relaxation. We were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable in gorgeous and well got it right! We then took advantage of the lovely spa exclusively dedicated to us for an intimate path to wellness and relaxation! A few steps from piazza del popolo. What else to say? Hotel recommended for an escape from the heavy daily routine!

I could tell my experience at Palazzo dei Mercanti singing the praises of the structure, a historical building renovated with taste and modernity without ever falling into gaudy. Or talk about the availability and acceptance of Matteo and Simona and staff everything from parking to the continuous care and attention to detail, including zone Club. Or appreciate the central location for sightseeing. Or the fantastic breakfast. I won't do any of that. I call you just to try it out for a weekend in a city it deserves! P. S: I head to the restaurant next door I would. Try the fried Ascoli.
