Very sweet and nice staff. Very fond of children. Beautiful rooms and wonderful beach.

Big, appropriate equipment, the bare necessities. Staff very friendly. The beach directly across the street. The supermarket opposite. All in all, good choice.

Not the best experience, cleaning bad environments after they cleaned it I found dust under the bed, on the dresser, old tenants' items under the. Mobile. Rude waiter (if you save some). The only good thing is that it's seafront so you don't have to walk much.

Rooms on the top floor charge 10% more expensive, calling them penthouses, although they differ from other floors only newer furniture.

I gave an average grade. Although the property itself is cozy and ideal for families. Parking is for a fee. €7 the location is ideal for those who prefer paid beaches. But for those who like me prefer a free beaches to be close to the sea, also to control children playing in the water. The Steuttura is far from the free beach. Because in the whole area there is a rule that can not be stopped in 20 m between the sea and private beach.

Beautiful residence facing the sea, 2 nights stay at the Rimini Marathon. Strategic location for the presence of supermarkets and pharmacies. Sober and functional rooms. Recommended.

A great residence. Location. I stayed in a spacious and bright apartment. Sea front balcony. Reception is impeccable and available for any need. A special commendation to Nicoletta. The staff was very helpful Garage accessible even from the inside of the residence. If you are looking for a residence for summer holidays or winter stays the choice of Piccadilly is the best one.

Convenient to the sea and the center of Rimini, rooms with kitchen, beds with mattresses to change.

Comfortable and clean apartment. We had a good.

We stayed from the 3rd to the 7th January. Central location panoramic view. Clean and stocked with everything you need. Even a TV in every room. We had a great deal. Definitely. To recommend absolutely. Laura and Alessandro Boffino.

Accoglienza e disponibilitá ottima ma la camera un vero disastro. Appena sono arrivato in camera ho visto che la porta era montata male e ciò creava uno spiffero (e tra l'altro non era l'unico nella camera) che rendeva la camera fredda, dato che il corridoio dava su un terrazzo aperto. Entrato in camera ho visto che il riscaldamento consisteva in un solo calorifero posto in bagno, non sufficiente per la camera. Il condizionatore era meglio non accenderlo perché il filtro dell'aria non veniva pulito da anni vista la polvere che usciva. La camera sembrava abitata da acari, c'era polvere ovunque: sulla tv, sul piano cottura, sul pavimento e perfino nel tappetino in bagno. Gli utensili per la cucina erano un po' poveri e a mio parere non molto puliti. Un'ultima pecca: il rumore. Sembrava di essere in una stanza senza vetri alle finestre, si sentiva tutto, come se le macchine in strada fossero in camera con me. Se il vicino spostava la sedia lo sentivamo. Qualità della camera quindi pessima.

Reception and availability great but the room a real disaster. As Soon as I arrived in the room I saw that the door was badly whipped and this created a draught (and by the way it was not the only one in the room) which made the room cold, as the corridor looked out onto an open terrace. Entered the room I saw that the heating consisted of a single heater placed in the bathroom, not enough for the room. The conditioner was better not to turn it on because the air filter was not cleaned for years seeing the dust coming out.
The room seemed inhabited by mites, there was dust everywhere: on the TV, on the hob, on the floor and even in the bathroom mat.
The kitchen utensils were a bit poor and in my opinion not very clean.
One last flaw: the noise. It Seemed to be in a windowless room on the windows, you could hear everything, as if the cars in the street were in the room with me. If The neighbor was moving the chair, we could hear it.
Quality of the room so bad.

Excellent compromise for a holiday at an affordable cost.

We have felt like home, good views, wonderful treatment and they accept dogs. If I have to go back to Rimini someday, I'm sure I will stay here again.

We were about two weeks ago because, with all, very very satisfied!
