➜ Great location, slightly trimmed, but very close to the evening walk of Rimini center and very comfortable to reach the beach (less than 300 meters). Structure to be improved in some details that require small routine maintenance. The cleaning is not thorough, it can be improved. Francesca, the friendly and nice owner. On the downside, to park the car you have to turn or be particularly lucky. Few places available, in the blue stripes (5 euros/day). Overall good residence. Recommended.
➜ It is definitely a residence with a great location… local banks and supermarkets… all very close! C is just a problem! The two rooms are very small… poorly organized… in my c was a sofa bed impossible to open, not because it is broken, but because the mattress had red machines (type wine) huge… and I had to buy a sofa buy just to sit… photos of TripAdvisor do not match for anything to what I found… it is forbidden to have guests despite staying for long periods… a sum is requested even just to let them enter the apartment… anyway not bad! Next time Hotel!

The rooms are too small cover and dishes were dirty and everything costs extra the sofa feels like if you would sleep on the floor so please people do not book you a real hotel and pay 100-150€ more and you have at least fresh bed linen and climate and s ervies.
