I don't recommend this accommodation to anyone. I can't use my voucher either nor will I get my money back…

Really too dirty and poorly kept.

Dirty and to say the least. A hallucinatory crap. We call to book two rooms and are told that the rooms have been sanitified and cleaned with ozone. Maybe only ozone was used. In the bathroom we didn't even take a shower for fear of taking mushrooms. The door company very kindly takes for fondues Customers. The rooms so noisy that the rooms next door when they turned on the lights we felt them as if they were in my room. The next morning (I didn't want to but my husband insisted) I take a brioches, I ask before I take it if I'm from this morning and she kindly says to me: I have to be honest, the chocolate one is during the day, the empty ones are from yesterday. I let you imagine, indeed I tell you, the brioches of "day" were at least 1 day before. My husband noticed, too. I wanted to come in and say, to the face of sincerity! If you weren't honest, would you give me the one from the week before? First time in years that I turn that I find myself doing a negative review. Suck.

Price-performance super. The rooms are simple but very clean. Breakfast is fine, for my taste there is too much Sweet and too little fruit and vegetables. The location is great and the Central location very quiet. 150 m to the beach.

Located a hundred meters from the sea, has a small but convenient parking at the property. Room clean, shame the lack of a bar fridge. Breakfast acceptable. The Staff was very friendly. It will not be the best Rimini hotel but for a short stay can go as well.

The relationship quality price excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. There is the possibility of Italian coffee, and american in the morning, parking will be quite comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily with a lot of attention. At our arrival the room was clean without even a hint of dust, not even behind the bedside tables (where it's normally present). Recommended.

Only one night but it's like we're fixed customers. The staff were very friendly and very clean. Definitely a simple hotel but to recommend.

Simple, Basic, clean, close to the bathrooms. Room a little small. Nice and helpful Staff Good Breakfast.

The most important thing — owner steal from her's clients bail even though we did no damage to furniture. Rooms are way too small. Food is divided between nations; ofc western europeans have better conditions. Breakfast is a joke — there is rock solid bread, some other stuff and nothing more, nothing hot. Service don't care about clients complains; if they are required to fix something broken — they do it after 3 days from complain. No comments about bathrooms — I will just add a photo of it. The owner of the hotel is trully retarded — it's not an insult, it's a fact.

The worse hotel I've ever been. Rooms are too small, there is no shower in the bathroom. They take money for the air condition even if you haven't used it (21€ per week). Food is ugly. The service can't speak english. They don't clean rooms so at the end of holidays everything is in sand. I definietely don't recommend this hotel.

Rooms are cheap and bad looking, food is terible, I would give 0 stars to them if I could, waiter try couple times to overprice drink I charge me triple price, service is very low because if you order drink you need to wait at least 20 min and bar is 6 feet from you, not reccomend to anyone.

The welcome was one of the worst ever received, the owner finished pruning the plants, he arranged the leaves, two tables and then he was worthy of his attention. Very small rooms, not even the place to put two suitcases, the bathroom with the minimum needed, shame about the showy mildew on the column above the loo. Breakfast very small, empty mini brioches, some cereal, hot ace juice, homemade cakes, some sandwich and bread in the box still in the closed envelope, few slices of cheese and ham left. Unprofessional comments when requesting car keys. Although on booking we were given "free air conditioning" asked us €5 per night.

Super cheap place, you get what you paid for! Air conditioning is extra but seriously what did you expect?

I reconnect to the lord German the rooms small, showers dirty the outside it looks like the outskirts of rome dirty butts you save only the kitchen.

The hotel is very poor. The beds, mostly broken, and the rooms very small! A 5 bed room which is only designed for maximum 3 persons. The showers are a disaster. Dirty, broken, and very very tight. The Wi-Fi does not work. The food is alright.

Decent place to spend a summer vacation, a few steps from the sea and from the town where walks co plenty of stores on board main street and the first parallel Street, across the road we walk you arrive on the beach, where the sea stretches from Rimini to Riccione, sunny beach and wide with many spaces of percorribilita many adult games, bowls, and for boys of all ages.
