For me for what you pay it just doesn't offer you anything, poor room cleaning, I've never seen a room clean in 5 min … to be suite, bah I would have a lot to say, I would not call them such, let's call them more … rooms with kitchenettes. By the way dirty, sinks. Of the bathroom and kitchen all splashed with water and not dried, shower with 3 euro curtain that when you take a shower comes out all the water outside. Taps all full of limestone … you only pay a bang to stay overnight and have breakfast… for me hotel of three stars scarce … a dry zero … in some facilities you pay less, wrap you better, and you have a lot more amenities. So before I spend the money on this property, I would think about it 10 times.

I stayed at this hotel but for me it was a bad experience during my holidays. Cleaning rooms not done well infiltration from the ceiling there fell water from the bathroom all flooded full of insects the room animals from the time of booking we were told that they were free instead we year charged 100€ for exstra cleaning when they did not clean at all. Bad experience.

Nice pool with three depths; kiddy section, about 120cm and a deeper end. A friendly bar. Small, good continental breakfast. And roomy rooms :)

Although we asked for a quiet room when booking the hotel, we probably got the loudest room in the whole building! Located on the ground floor next to the cleaning staff room and close to the kitchen. It was so noisy we woke up every morning around 6-7 am. That really ruined our holidays! In total this is my review: PRO Rooms — very modern and great design — all with balcony — enough space Breakfast — delicious Location — close to the beach and city center — a lot of restaurants and bars around Staff — (mostly) very friendly CONTRA Rooms — some rooms are very loud (! ) Breakfast — every day the same — no variation Location — hotel is located between two streets — — > busses, scooters, cars, etc. — — > not very relaxing Hotel — loud music all day in the pool zone; especially in the morning when there is water sports in the pool — sometimes also loud music in the lobby.

I can't say enough about the hotel. I have stayed here for 3 weeks, not 3 days and I can tell you the hotel is great. Location is incredible, the rooms are large, the shower is small, and the service is the best I have experienced. The staff is young and hard working and kind. Whatever management is doing to train the staff they have done it right. It is convient that the rooms have a kitchenette if you're staying for a long period of time. Location is great right across from the beach also the rooms have great views.

Very young and friendly Staff, great facilities, very spacious and comfortable suites also for long stays. Maybe just a little chaotic parking but understandable given the size.
I will definitely go back.

It doesn't deserve 4 stars. The rooms in the complex are fine. Problem lies in the bathroom the shower CN tent A 4 star hotel leaves me open-mouthed, non-existent shower tray so cn flooding bath… Its strong point Spa area for the rest all OK.

Very nice and clean The breakfast is rich and varied and the staff always available. The gym offers everything you need (even if it's not always available) and the same goes for the spa. Definitely recommend.

Not worth the 4 stars but 3 staff some cool little rooms also the superior does not reflect the photos on the site baths a little to redo not comfortable the livability of the rooms to improve.

I had already been to the Le Rose other times, and I can only confirm the great impressions. Kindness and welcome as always, perfect rooms, but especially arriving at night tired and diving in the spa pool is unmatched.

Wonderful Week end, all the impeccable staff, spa as described, we relaxed. As soon as we get a chance we will definitely return.

Hotel in front of the sea, has private parking. The rooms are all comfortable and complete, perfect suites with kitchen and large balconies. The suites on the top floor are arranged on two levels. Inside there is a fabulous spa and a heated outdoor pool. Great appetizers in the evening and excellent breakfast.

Unique relaxation experience. Stayed at Fone January. The room is very nice and clean. With room with terrace that gives on the seafront and kitchenette. The spa very nice and relaxing not to mention the staff friendly and helpful, always smiling.

For me a reference to Rimini. Beach front with beautiful modern and spacious rooms a heated sea pool and a nice Spa. Superb breakfast for the quality of the products and a good choice of sweet and salty. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in the month of November for a Congress. Hotel finely cared for in every detail, staff short and helpful, rooms always spotless and well furnished. Outdoor outdoor swimming pool (also usable in winter! ) that completes an excellent SPA department. In the front-sea position.

Nice hotel clean rooms attentive staff and very nice. I was 2 days old and when I got home I realized I had left a purse containing medicine. I phoned asking if they could kindly send it to me at my own expense. Today I got the package and to my surprise no shipping costs. Well it doesn't happen often so my sincere thank you I forgot very nice SPA at affordable prices.

Clean, homey, reasonable value — been coming here for 12 years and rooms need a make over. Wi-Fi often terrible so don't come here if you need to get work done. The elevator was probably programmed in the 1950s and it's intelligence consists of "last button pressed. " The last two comments probably apply to every Italian Hotel. The environment, the staff and the management make up for all the shortcomings.

The hotel is well located on the seaside of Rimini. It has a very good wellness centre supplied with different swimming pools and amenities, such as a very appreciated heated swimming pool outside. The rooms are quite big and provided with a small kitchen, the hair dryer was out of service, however, the staff was quick and responsive to provide a new and working one. Overall, a really good service in a very pleasant location.

Lovely place to stay if you are looking for a welcoming and relaxing hotel in Rimini. Our suite had two rooms, two balconies, two bathrooms, a kitchen-diner and a sitting room with TV. All the rooms were clean, and were serviced daily. We even got free Wifi. The outdoor swimming pool was great fun for the kids, and with the beach just opposite, and plenty of shops and restaurants a short stroll away the location is ideal too. They also offered free bike hire which we used twice. Le Rose also offers a free Wellness Centre for guests to use the indoor pool, steam room, sauna and gym. We didn't sample the breakfast but it did look good, and seemed pretty popular. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. Overall we had a great time at Le Rose.
