Cost-effective, nice staff, good amenities, and a very good breakfast, all at a very convenient price. The location is almost ideal. The building itself is a classic, beautiful Rimini hotel from a hundred years ago, resembling its bigger brothers such as the Grand Hotel, which is nearby. My 9-year old enjoyed the small swimming pool a lot.

Ho conosciuto la struttura perché ci ho accompagnato un familiare. Bella zona e struttura esternamente molto ben tenuta. Le camere, invece, necessitano di essere ammodernate, con arredi vecchiotti e polverosi.

Externally nice structure with ample parking, but once you cross the front door… a real nightmare.
Starting from the elevator with filthy carpet, rooms and stairs full of cobwebs, shower in the room that leaked water flooding completely the bathroom, minibar in the empty room (although it was provided in the services), air conditioning not working, Phon plated Carthage, and not to mention the Inexistent heatings.
Outside temperature 0 °c, internal… it didn't change that much.
The breakfast room a real freezer, all the guests were forced to have breakfast with scarves and coats.
Although from the first day we had exposed all the problems, no one has ever bothered to solve them.
