The location is good, a short walk from the train station and close to most tourist attractions in Odense. The building is nice, in a very pleasant surrounding. You have to carry your own luggage but the elevator works fine. The receptionists were friendly and helpful with tourist information. The room is small though, like most European hotel rooms, but fit for purpose, and clean. The breakfast was nice, with enough varieties to still enjoy over the 3 consecutive days. The complimentary coffee and danish, in between mealtime was very hospitable esp. Nice on days you arrive or leave. On rainy days, you can borrow their umbrella. In short, it was just a pleasant stay.

Of the 5 for the three with a minus, cleaning is weak.

The hotel is 10mins walk away from the main station. However, the bathroom is not very clean. The toilet paper is the lousiest. There is no hair drier in the room and the receiption takes forever to deliver the hair drier to the room. There is no socket in the bathroom either. The large bed in the room, which we booked for, is actually consisted of two small mattresses and we were told that this is the only type of large bed room they have. The breakfast is not bad but when we went there around 9:15 there is almost no fruit left, only 4 pieces of watermelon. The fruit plate was never refilled until 10 when they started to clean the place.

The staff is nice and available we were offered the places to visit in our next destination city, the Super and comfortable room, extra bathroom.

Paper thin walls. Motel style bedding, towels, and toiletries. Very basic accommodations. But the staff was friendly at check-in and check-out and the breakfast was fine. Although they have the same coffee machine as most every other hotel in the area and it makes horrible coffee!

Very friendly staff. Next to the mall and the train station. I would recommend it.

The rooms were small but acceptable. My room had a really small bathroom though, was problematic. The breakfast was fine, I guess. Overall fine, but not as good as it could have been.

We stayed for 2 nights last September. We found it reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. If I'm being really picky then yes the lift is small but you can easily fit one person and a case. The breakfast was great, lots of fresh fruit for the health conscious among us… and plenty of sausages and bacon for everyone else. They even offered a complimentary afternoon tea service with some lovely cakes. The location is also great for a short stay. 4 minutes from the centre and about a 5 minute walk to the train station.

Smaller rooms than First Hotel Grand (FHG), but adequate. Hotel lobby and dining area is smaller than FHG but still nice. Nice art hangs throughout, Wi-Fi is good, hotel is located close to good restaurants. No dinner offered at hotel. There is free breakfast at the hotel that is a notch down from FHG but still is very nice. Staff is excellent.

This is a scrappy hotel smelling of damp carpets, old tobacco and danish cold. I can not recommend it.

Stayed for 2 nights and loved this hotel. The rooms are very cosy and the breakfast is first class. A few people have complained about the small lift. Yes it's very small, just make 2 trips.

Very good location with friendly staff, that helped us find a parking spot in a otherwise congested city. The room was a little worn and the shower curtain was too short and water spilled over the whole bathroom floor.

Very friendly staff! Old hotel but well taken care of. I had booked a family room for our family of 2+2. The kids each got temporary beds stuffed into a too small side room. Now, this was OK for us but perhaps not quite meeting expectations. Breakfast was fairly good with eggs, bacon, and other stuff. Parking was not included but easy enough as there was parking available across the street. Wouldn't mind stopping by again.

Ok place, nice staff. Extremely few parking spaces. Dog friendly.

Fantastic location for sightseeing in Odense and the Tinderbox Festival (about a 2 mile walk away). Great breakfast and free parking.

Nice clean rooms. Well situated for Odense center. Good food. Great value.

The structure is not recent but it has its charm, in fact it is in Victorian style, and even rooms are furnished following this style.
On the side of the food you can not complain in fact in the price of the stay is included a Rocca breakfast and snack. The only flaws maybe are the beds a little uncomfortable.

Nice hotel central to downtown.

Very nice hotel in a very nice city! We went there for a few nights. The service was awesome, the room was very big. The beds were very comfy. I would definitely go there again if I was do visit Denmark again.
