A good hotel recently renovated good service also the buffet eating is plentiful and well-kept I highly recommend the room on the first floor has not yet returned to the renovation however clean and the cleaning service eh good.

As "suggested" by someone who works in the "craft", the 4 stars of the hotels are obtained by counting, among other things, much on the basis of the number of rooms available in the hotel and the presence among them of one (at least) used as "Suite".
Of the 3 Hotels operated by the fam. Pedrelli, this is the oldest (and the thing is noted in many details) and as stated a bit by all those with whom I stayed, it is distinguished from having rooms with small bathrooms, even if dedicated to families (the biggest discriminatont is the shower box and the lack of windows replaced by an "aspirational system" that you do not understand how it works and when), and a fairly dated look in addition to rooms dedicated to various activities (tv, relax, fun or reading) a little too promiscuous.
If you are not too demanding, you can adapt to these "weak points" of the hotel, especially considering that for the price paid of the stay, these are exceeded by the positive notes that I have been able to see in person, such as :

Abundance and quality of meal service
Proposed animation x entertainment
Quiet location and proximity to the beach
All in all it was a good relaxing stay.

Pros: the sea is close and the rooms overlook the sea. Cons: rooms and bathrooms are microscopic, everything is as shabby. There was no hairdryer in the room, never brought. Checked in at 7am, breakfast was included, consisted of coffee and croissant — that's very small.

This 4-star hotel has only the price. You save very well just catering. For the rest, documented, towel rack broken, the balcony in a comatose state, both in the walls and in the floors, chair of plastic that at the first session, crashed replaced with one that is already broken, the animation is almost non-existent. At the reception the lady Francesca to our grievances has not even bothered to apologize for the inconvenience citing to the fact that they were only managers.

Definitely not four stars! Save for the restaurant and the professionalism of the catering staff! In my accommodation I have not found The cockroaches, but everything that he has written to mr Gianni Nosari is true! Cleaning staff I don't have anything to laugh about!

Very good location Plenty of choice in the menu and abundant portions. Recommended for families. Who had the chance to go there definitely comes back.

Not appealing from the outside, but ok from the inside, still did not deserve the 4 stars.

To the conduct, management, hospitality, catering in this hotel is really a jewel in the hotel industry for their excellence. The staff in this hotel, I repeat all, from the first, the manager, the young Manuel, young of age but not in terms of experience because he's the son of art, to the last, but no one here is the last, because all of them are the first in their service, you are not four, but one in a thousand, to pamper, care for and make feel good the customers as if they were in their own home. The hotel deserves a special mention in the tourist guides! To return home you would want to share… we had the exact same feeling when we returned from a beautiful cruise aboard the big ships… joy when you're there, the sadness when you return! like the advertisement says "happiness squared"! Marina and Maurizio, and the Aura from Genoa.

A small hotel, the main plus of which is the sea, which is located across the road. And everything would be nothing but… The bathrooms are awfully small! Stay in the middle of June with family. Everything ok. Eating, cleaning, animation, and especially the availability and kindness of the staff made sure we return in mid-July.

We just arrived and the reception was chilly, there is parking space and just walked into the room we took a leap in the years 70. Really ugly room, there isn't even a toothbrush in the bathroom and the hair is where you wouldn't expect to find it! On the bedside table. We were advised that lunch time is from 13 to 14, which I feel is a little abnormal … we shall see later, but for now the 4 stars are to halve!

We spent two weeks with his family in July 2013 and we were very good, staff friendly and helpful, great location just 20 metres from the sea and very clean environment, comfortable rooms. Surely we will always stay for spa treatments.

The hotel is nice. The sea is across the street, but in the room, soundproofing, so that it does not interfere. Nice view from the window. Small pool but clean and the hotel is not right at the road behind the bushes.
