Beautiful excellent cuisine, wonderful people.

We stayed from 7 to 23 August with our daughters of 10 and 3 years, great beachfront hotel, excellent room clean and spacious sea view. Friendly and helpful staff, great food! To come back for sure!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice view, the room although small pleasant and comfortable.
Too bad the total lack of maintenance, our closet had 2 broken sliding doors, the lights in the initiator did not turn on, the fan in the bathroom did not work, even the toilet cover was faulty, the shower then (which should have been hot but let alone if it worked) probably due to broken mixer was with water or cold or boiling. As well as dirty and very old.
It deserves, however, for the balcony and the location. Too bad.

It is the third summer that we stay at the Baltic, and each time we leave happy with our stay. Lunch and dinner are plentiful and The waiters will serve quietly on the bis… The Italian breakfast is just as abundant. The location is fantastic and the rooms with modern furnishings. I have to highlight only three downsides: should be renewed sanitary ware and plumbing of the bathrooms in the rooms, arrange the bicycles and be held better parking. This year, having done the formula room the Mediterranean sea with everything included including soft drinks at the bar, I could note that the offer of drinks at the bar is poor and, having asked for a caffè shakerato for three nights once I was told that there was no ice in the summer is a thing impossible) is that the shaker was missing the container… Definitely improve considering that you offer The drinks.

Beautiful area, the only pity, just arrived at 22:05 there was a girl at the reception, she said (a moment I finish) after 3/4 minutes she defied to get up to give us the room, I would say unprofessional since her salary depends on the customers. And to be a top 3 star they could improve, since it's a long time hotel. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety.

Cozy Hotel, both room and dining room sea view, excellent cuisine, congratulations to the Maitre Raul Savoretti. I highly recommend it.

Excellent staff, head room, excellent reception at the arrival, in particular the sig Francesca, helpful and cordial for every need required. Rooms always clean carefully, waiters and cooks always available to vary the menu in particular available the head maitre Mirko. Great service of the hotel beach, great facility in everything. Hotel that degrades… The service at breakfast and restaurant is done by incompetent people. A lack of seriousness
At breakfast: The tables are not served, you have to run after the restaurant boy for a fork, … a cover… In the end you have to get up from the table too often to get to eat breakfast and the place where it happens is so small that people bump in one direction and in the opposite direction
At the restaurant: The servers are lacking in rigor especially of craftsmanship and know-how to the Italian with a nickel look that I knew these were not trained in the hotel industry also they forget something: cutlery or present the dish without Cutlery you place at a table one day, the next day to your own surprise put you to another table. Always to put you in front of the accomplished fact.
In 18 days I had to change the table 3 times…

Perfect for couples and families. Comfortable beds and modern and well appointed. Full breakfast and abundant domestic meals and tasteful. You can also take advantage of the underground parking.

Convenient location for the Spa, quiet area overlooking the sea, nice rooms with two separate rooms, clean and spacious. Very friendly staff, family atmosphere with varied cuisine and pleasant.

Positive notes: lovely sea view, clean, great staff.
negative: uncomfortable bed and pillows a bit hard, the kitchen does not always live up to.
