I requested to change room and the lady who ran the structure was untraceable, I had to take it for almost two days, in the end magically were available two rooms. I spent the summer holidays (07/08/2017 — 18/08/2017) at this hotel and I think, for the first time in my life, I felt in full relax! Small but clean rooms and the owners are friendly and the climate that you breathe is that of the family. I strongly advise against those who are dealing with a diet. The kitchen is awesome! We had breakfast (with sweets prepared by them), lunches and dinners delicious (with dishes chosen from a menu and always at your disposal a rich buffet, which alone would suffice). Come down to the room saying, today I only eat a little ' vegetables and you get up only after you have licked even the dishes. Also most evenings there were midnight snacks (pastries, doughnut and even a roast porchetta, which still dream the night). So if you want to feel good this is the place you are looking for.

Friendly staff but speaks poor English. The "big room" wasn't very large and the bathroom was a joke. But it was okay for a night out. But we really liked breakfast.

If I was just evaluating the hotel, then there could only be 2 stars. The rooms are far too small, bathrooms even smaller, very old and quite unpleasant and urgently need to be thoroughly renovated. The furnishing of the rooms especially the beds is the lowest category. Wi-Fi works very badly. Signal strength of the after-bath hotels is better even in the building than their Wi-Fi. And breakfast is unimaginative and always the same.
Still 4 stars because the team is super friendly, totally committed and motivated. The boss is there from morning to night. Deplires all guests ' wishes. Is totally friendly and helpful. The waitresses are the nicest I've ever experienced. The chef can cook ingeniously and it tastes really good. The location is awesome. You feel comfortable as a guest and it's clean. And that counts.
