Perfect great room, clean restaurant divine.

Welcome/reception decidedly below par for a 4 star hotel. In the rooms getting too much noise from the street or from the corridor. The breakfast is at the minimum of the acceptable. The cleaning leaves much to be desired. The dinner is served in another property. I do not advise absolutely.

Food should be better for 4 stars but it is ok. Staff is super.

Clean and stylish hotel though too cramped. The colors of the walls are very dark, the dining room too small for all customers.
As for the food, it is by no means the best: very low quality sometimes raw foods were served.
As for breakfast the croissants were often raw and ended in the first half hour of breakfast.

Great location, you find everything very close, you don't need to take the car. The service is normal.

Excellent Host, available and attentive, very clean rooms, dogs and dedicate a special space for them to bring for the breakfast. In a quiet position and central at the same time.

Spent one night, took advantage of a gift box. Excellent reception, and very attentive and kind staff, great cleanliness in the room, we stayed with the dog, (accepted very gladly too, with an extra), parking fee, but having the area more than acceptable, great breakfast, homemade cakes, all good and fresh, plus we were given the opportunity to have breakfast in a special space to enjoy breakfast with friends on 4 legs. The Hotel is in a very central area, quiet and comfortable both to the beach and to the "heart" of Cattolica. Recommended.

It's purely acute. Insulation is a very nice hotel and the staff is very nice.

We spent 3 days of Christmas, and gorgeous, great cook we give them 10 and all good praise, clean polite and polite staff, all arranged well. Good. Better than that, it couldn't happen,

Gorgeous rooms, everything was super clean. The people at the front desk where really nice and welcoming.

All is good except onevery small thing :). Napkins are very precious here!

Stayed for one night only fortunately just arrived in the room a terrifying hot and stinks of closed not to mention a dirty towel found on the edge of the bath and the toilet paper already used and less than half the remaining roll, during the night too many noises to be able to sleep without talking about the bed with two small mattresses and not double and really too uncomfortable, parking for a fee along the unguarded road and to pay the tourist tax not specified anywhere. I don't recommend it!

10 * for the staff, they were so nice and helpful. The location is perfect, spacious & clean rooms. I would recommend to have dinner at the hotel; I had a four course amazing dinner. (20 euro)

For work stay in this hotel 3-4 days a week, for holiday I also bring the family 15 GG a year. New and welcoming structure, indisputable the professionalism of all personnel and property, Ferretti family. Especially professional IL, maitre Silvio, chef Cosimo and help Cook missus Ika

Used to stay with the hotel early November with a tour group. Overall, the property is not a 4-star hotel by any mean, it's something between 2 and 3 stars. For example, there are no tea facilities in the rooms; ironing is not available at the entire hotel at all. Heating wasn't working in many rooms despite cold weather. Meal is kind of boring — only pasta two times a day, no vegetables and fruits.
