Not paying much attention to the reviews I decided to stay here one night and I have to say that I regretted it, small single room but the problem comes with the bathroom, almost without shower as there was flat and shower box (pretty much if you were trying to get yourself the doc flooding floors, toilets, sinks and more). Leaving the room we arrive at the time of the buffet breakfast, very poor I would say, with panettoni, dry biscuits, 1 juice and some cake that definitely was NOT fresh! and the lady who also complained telling me that maybe I was exaggerating with the food (biscuit slices and jam since maybe it was the only decent thing despite being discount commercial brands), to conclude the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired since I found dust and insects all over the room… the hotel in the complex is very dated, isolated and with high prices based on what they offer you. (I will never be a customer again)

Nice hotel staff and a clean room.

I've never found a hotel as clean as this. Staff. Located a short distance from Mirabilandia and zoosafari. Large parking, fair prices. The only flaw is in the restaurant opens at 7pm and closes at 8pm. 30. There is no menu where you can only choose a plate of pasta for a child (they do but they make you pay as a menu including side dish that then do not give you) price 10 euros. Cmq there is a menu of 15 euros for adults which is not bad. New bathroom. Room 301 on the 3rd floor. Breakfast just sweet and salty. Coffee not good but juice and chance to make yourself a tea choosing the taste you want.

Excellent hotel as a quality/price I have been attending for 4 years at least 1 time a month for sporting commitments in Ravenna.

Nice place near from higway.

The room is so small that it makes the claustrophobia come. The bed looks like it's taken from the dump. The mattress and pillows are hard and uncomfortable. It was two pretty terrible nights. I think the prices are exaggerated. Moreover, the room is clean, the staff is very nice and available 24/24, the payable parking is comfortable and free.

We enjoyed being 3 star modest room. Quiet and with everything you need… we went for one night with a 3 month old and we didn't have any problems with the friendly personal stroller… the only flaw? Check out at 10.30… having to star in Ravenna all day with the baby waiting for my partner who had a course… we were asked 30 euros more… to star until 13… besides it was not possible sin was too… just not to stay around all day alone with the baby. The perfect Oasis restaurant 13 euros for dinner and 9 for lunch… with first second contour and drink… perfect waiter available all Buonisssimo… I recommend the noodles made by them to the meat sauce and the second of cooked meats fine… fresh vegetables… breakfast included a lot Choice between sweet and salty and the waiter… also warmed the water for the baby's thermos… great experience if we go back to Ravenna sure we stop to eat there.

Staff Good hygiene. Simple but clean rooms. Quite quiet and comfortable environment to easily reach any point in Ravenna. Outdoor parking. Value for money very convenient Positive Feedback.

Three stars one time… Classic Hotel that took the stars years and years ago ever renovated we are still in the days when the remote control of the TV you have to go ask the reception idem air conditioning The other flaw is the presence of a cement plant bordering the hotel that at night flies Cement everywhere and early in the morning they start working so… The noise is obvious.

It was once a three star today… It is really old so much one of those hotels where you still have to ask reception the TV remote and air conditioning… Breakfast is not bad there is enough choice on the buffet behind the hotel there is a cement plant so at night… Cement that flies everywhere and early in the morning they work.

Not recommended as very run down. Single room cut like a prison cell. Shower as a jet in the middle of the windowless bath. Breakfast to the cake moderate. Good staff at least with 24 hour reception.

The rooms quite good. Breakfast disappointing. Price too high for the services received.

Nice room only the douche whas a little bit odd.

I strongly believe that a 3star hotel should offer a richer breakfast. Moreover the bad and the pillow were very uncomfortable. The positive side of the experience was the price.

I stayed at this Hotel from 4 to 8.9.2015. My husband and I enjoyed it thoroughly.
The reception staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable, clean, very good breakfast, home-made cakes every morning. Good value for money.
I disagree with the reviews I had read before leaving that he was poor.

Hotel conveniently located close to the Centre of Ravenna and Mirabilandia (10 min drive).
Very good staff, helpful and polite even when giving extra information. The rooms are very basic, as well as the bathrooms, but clean and tidy.
Suitable as a base for pleasure or for business purposes.
Does not offer excessive luxuries, but breakfast is varied and impressive. We did not try the restaurant (it offered a set menu at 13 euros (no pizza).
I definitely will consider other similar occasions. I recommend it if you are not looking for luxury but if you want at competitive prices.
