My holidays with the family I divide them year by year, alternately between Alghero and Milan Marittima. And in the latter location I was lucky enough to find many years ago, the Fam will allow me. Beautiful, not a hotel but a real family waiting for you to welcome you in their own property. A step from the sea, in the center of Mi. But. In an enviable position. What is striking is the kindness with which you are welcomed and the smile and a word for everyone from the whole property as well as the collaborators. Lastly, cleanliness and order are the master. That's what's going on more and more. The feeling is to stay at your home by the sea and not in a "small big" hotel residence.

We were there in June 2016 for a week in this lovely residence, we found ourselves immediately at ease, service was great there was nothing: cleaning and change of linen, good and plentiful breakfast buffet and free parking on site. A few steps from the sea, from the Centre of Milano Marittima and the pine forest. Even my dog was fine and there was a nice balcony. I recommend it.

The Hotel Silver was my home every summer since I was 16, I went every summer with my family and my brother. I only have beautiful memories of the holidays, Ardelio, Flora, Tania, Alan, the whole family's. They are too cute and the Silver I like that too. I have returned two years ago with my husband and my daughter and I found a Silver modern, a new look, but still so cute. I wanted that my daughter is spending her first holidays in the same place that his mom… I can Only say: Outstanding! Thanks to all the family's!

Beautiful hotel in Maritime Milan and excellent beach staff just a few meters away and center around the corner fun and tranquility in a single hotel!

I have stayed 2 times in this hotel, 2 steps from the centre of Milano Marittima and I have to say that I have always found good… Typical family run hotel, the Hotel Silver is the perfect property for a quiet stay… The rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming, the food is good and the hotel staff is always courteous and jovial… but this is not a novelty, nor a surprise… we are in Emilia Romagna! … The price/quality ratio is also good, because the prices in high season are good… The conduction and the appearance of the typical family and the quiet of the hotel, then, should not, however, mislead… The managers of the hotel are equipped with good initiative and organize time to time also parties with live music and dancing, refreshments or at least some nice and fun evening of entertainment for its guests… I recommend it to all without any reserve…

It's a quiet residence clean and welcoming with comfortable parking where I will return again next year.

I spent six weeks in the summer of 2013 and we loved so well that we decided to repeat this year. Shell's brand new accommodation, the location of the residence and 3 minutes from the beach and 5 from the Centre with all shops.

Were there for 2 weeks in August 2013. I can only say: nice and friendly family hotel with class food! The boss Tania speaks fluent german, and each request is fulfilled. Super! It is already booked for 2014.

Residence Hotel Piccolo is located in the central part of the resort of Milano Marittima, just a few metres from the sea.
The apartments are very comfortable, all with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, telephone, safe, satellite TV and a large balcony.
We were very satisfied:-), it is the ideal place for families with children).
