We stayed at Villa Pina in the week of August!. What to say, just ALL great! As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the owner and the SIMPATICISSIMI employees and always at your disposal. We had a spacious room, cozy, and very PULITA. Very rich breakfast, lunch and dinner always yummy. Excellent price! we found ourselves BE-NIS-SI-MO! And we will definitely be back!

Good structure in the middle of the city. You eat very well, now also restaurant x outside.

You are in the center and a stone's throw from the beach.

I write on behalf of my mother-in-law who made the new Year in Milano Marittima. Dingy room, dirty (dust and hair under the beds) and cold, poor food. The friendly owners, Mah… it's better, much better in Milano Marittima and definitely at more moderate prices.

I have to congratulate the very kind owners of this hotel, although not being brand new and with some problems due to the change management, have done everything possible to make the stay as enjoyable as possible, really successful. Thanks also to the staff, they were exquisite cordial and ready to satisfy our every request, to emphasize the kindness and courtesy of the Lady and the son to move to the professionalism of the staff of the room, the kindness of the girl of the reception and Do not forget the skill of the chef, cuisine of taste but not heavy and quality and then to remember that so politely accepted for me to prepare The first with my particular pasta.
Beautiful Place and very comfortable with private parking and 20m from the main roundabout where under the Christmas holidays there is the MIMA ON ICE to visit I have no words to describe. And I have to emphasize one thing I being cool there was all nice warmed Up as well the hallways and stairs I say because I found places where I really felt cold, cleanliness great with change of towels daily. Well to conclude a great experience we had a great time we will definitely be back next year.

It is a small hotel with an open-air area with tables and a cozy lobby. It is in a very good location a few tens of meters from the famous roundabout May 1st and the beautiful pedestrian island of Milano Marittima and a few hundred meters from the sea. Friends who stayed there however told me about small rooms and furnished with antiquated furniture.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, air conditioning, clean rooms and tidy.
Cons: Room size really small, parking insufficient (and around is all chargeable), location too central (and therefore noisy)

Very good value for money, helpful staff, good breakfast and great location.
We enjoyed the full external pension, the only hotel in the whole Riviera to propose it. I consiglioooo you!

The hotel is centrally located, comfortable and at the same time slightly shifted from the noisiest rooms, so no disturbance for those who stay overnight. Unfortunately there was little clarity about the possibility of booking the parking space in the private courtyard. Leaving the car outside means having to pay the meter from 8am to 24… In addition to the low availability of parking spaces, the property has very few flaws and convinces with great value for money. For the owners: the temperature of our room on the first floor is really excessive, even with everything turned off.

We stayed at this hotel for the bridge on 2 June, and it worked out wonderfully. Great food, super breakfasts, cosy and clean, central location, owners and staff friendly and courteous.

We stayed at this hotel for the Easter weekend, after some hesitation for the location, and the fear of night confusion, we have to say that everything was perfect. The food is excellent, we ate grilled Prawns with grilled pineapple that only this dish alone made it worth staying in this hotel that still offers many delicacies, not to mention the breakfast, from 4/5 stars for the quality of the products. We're really happy and so we leave this review on tripadvisor … :-)

The Hotel is located in a central area but well accessible by car
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are cozy and clean.
Ideal for those who want to stay in Milano marittima with family and for those who want to attend the Center.
Meals are buffet style with plenty of choice
The value in my opinion is great.
