Located directly on the itinerary. Very nice and helpful employees. The rooms are functional, clean and air-conditioned. If you are only looking for an overnight accommodation with bookable breakfast, this is the right place. In the evening you have the opportunity to get something in your room from a pizza delivery service. ;-)

Very modern and clean, comfortable rooms, very very good breakfast, but with no water.
it's a primary asset, you can't make the machines overpay. You won't miss us, who knows how much to give it in a freer and at a good price.

Defined B&B hotel because it only has rooms and has no nor restaurant bar. You can make breakfast. Clean, modern rooms come with TVs. There's no fridge in the room. Price 58 euros really modest.

Rooms very well kept and clean, spacious and appreciate the adjustable air conditioner according to your needs. Spacious bathroom not easy to find. Breakfast is very good Definitely in the next stay I will try this hotel chain.

Modern and comfortable Hotel. Comfortable rooms and the right size. Only flaw the purification plant on the nearby highway that, when the wind comes from there, brings a certain stink and obliges to close the windows if you do not want to "perfume" the room.

Essential, Spartan Unlike even other hotels in the same chain. Not having restaurant inside the automatic teachers could be even more supplied.

I stayed at this hotel one night and found it to be cozy, functional, clean and comfortable. Proper double room and breakfast caters all. It is immediately at the exit of the motorway and the centre of Faenza can be reached in 10 minutes.

Very convenient to reach by car, the toll booth is 2 minutes and it is easy to park thanks to the ample parking in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and furnished in a modern way. The bathroom is nice with a nice shower. The bed is very comfortable and the room well heated. The breakfast is a bit expensive, almost go to do it in a bakery near… There is no restaurant and being in industrial area to eat you have to move by car. The staff is nice and helpful. Good value for money.

The interior is nice, the breakfast good and the staff is helpful. Only big flaw in the incredible stench of stool that came from outside.

Hotel at hand, near the toll booth suitable for those who stop for a night of work.
Average prices depends on the time and the fairs in the area.
Breakfast is not included while calling B&B and costs around 7 euros.
There is Wi-Fi and the navigation is really fast.
The rooms are modernized with fresh colors.

The beds are really very comfy and soft.
Also I congratulate the cleanliness which is awesome.

There is TV in the room.

Only flaw that is missing an internal restaurant and that to go to eat a bite you have to move to force with the car.

Really nice rooms but weren't the cleanest.

Hotel that's embrace more of an American motel for services and management.
Nice room, but from outside the smell that comes in because of the burner (the acrid smell is really disgusting and sickening) should be reported because it makes it almost impossible to stay.
Also the lack of a bar service replaced by the machines in Italy does not make sense to guests.

I go to Faenza every so often because once upon a time I used to live there and I always stay at the B&B. It is clean, comfortable, convenient and run by nice people. The only drawback is that it isn't very central for someone who is visiting Faenza and the doors of the rooms slam so they are noisy.

Perfect place to relax when not at home and you in anyway has to lodge in Faenza.

Good, clean hotel and usually peaceful. Many times there are offers, check out the site. Convenient being very near the motorway exit at dila ' of which there is a mall where you can eat or buy what you need, including gasoline. The city of Faenza is a few kilometers and can be easily reached by car.

More comfortable, just off highway.

Next to the toll highways, clean, cheap.
