Nice, modern Hotel, directly at the train station but still quiet.

On the occasion of my daughter's graduation, I booked two nights at NH in parma… what to say wonderful, super clean rooms, staff of the reception very nice, not to mention the kindness of the breakfast staff, nice, kind and smiling. Very nice the waitress who took care of the n rooms. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel. We took a Junior suite and it's really great. Soft and huge beds. All excellent.

Excellent room. Clean, tidy and looks new. Bathroom was splendid and spotlessly clean. I would sleep here again. I would even search for other nh hotels just because this one was good.

It is not a luxury hotel but I found it very comfortable bed and pillows as well as a breakfast honest. Location convenient to railway station, even if this impacts the attendance of the night, the area.

We were there just in meeting room (not acomodated) but everything was Ok.

Hotel visited this weekend! Excellent hotel. Modern and elegant furnishings. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast fantastic. There I found from croissants to fruit and even smoothies. Only sour note, and that there is no reservation service
car seats but c and the station car park very close. Hotel to try. Recommended!

Great hotel, with good facilities and 10 min from the center walking, next to the bus-train station. The area at night seems not very safe but there has been no problem.

Very new so all in good condition. Excellent location right by the station and a good cafe. Some weird things about the design, especially the light switches which we never worked out. Top tip: the wardrobe light is automatic on a motion sensor and turns off itself if you leave it long enough (we spent ages looking for a switch! ). Then it will come on and wake your partner if you try to sneak to the loo in the night.

Hotel of a good standard with spacious rooms and modern enough. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Friendly and helpful staff (even if the porter is not available, but at least there is the carriage! ). It is next to the station, but, excluding a corner a little malfrequentato (dealing, but we have also seen a round-up of finance), the location is good because walking less than 10 minutes to get downtown. Good quality-price ratio.

0 service. This "4*" hotel has 0* service. Since outside is raining, and their restaurant is closed, on the room service they have only 7 kind of food, most of them salads, you cannot send me in the center and offer me an umbrella. When I asked where can I order food, the girl from reception simply told me: I call you a taxi or I give you an umbrella. Really? at such a late hour, when I am tired, you send me in the center of the city? Since is pourring outside, do you think that an umbrella will keep my feet dry? Their parking lots are small. From 2 normal parking lots, they have 3. Yesterday when I wanted to leave by car, I had to climb thru my trunk so I can get to the driver seat, beacuse all the doors were blocked by other cars… and of course they didn't had any fault… the parking lots are to small. The reception girls are really rude. It is not acceptable to treat a customer like that at a 4* hotel.

Hotel is modern, clean and quiet. Spacious rooms, with everything needed, even kettle. Very good breakfast, plenty of choices, also warm options. Underground parking garage, very convenient. There is also small gym on the first floor. Not very close, but walking distance to the city centre. Internet connection is stable, but limited to something like 2Mbits per device, not exactly 21st century speed. At the time we were there, it was very cold week and AC couldn't heat the room to temperatures which we would like. The bar in hotel is closed during day — not even coffee.

Wonders facilities, very good breakfast and a few meters from the train station, Elena who is at reception wonderful attention, I loved it!

Hotel Clean rooms new Perfect location you are 30 MT from the station and very little from downtown. Only poor breakfast in everything and perhaps excessive noise of the station at least from my room.

Remarkably spacious, modern rooms with every modern comfort and a cosy beds.
Rich and quality breakfast served in the breakfast room on the ground floor and good cuisine in the restaurant, in line with sibling-like structures.
Overall the value is not in perfect balance: rates basic proposals are quite high compared to other hotels in the square. High average cost of restaurant attached.

One of the best hotels in Italy. The rooms are modern, clean and well appointed, modern amenities, full breakfast buffet, the staff are really nice and helpful.

We did a one night and we were in Parma two days! The hotel is close to the train station and just a 15/20 min walk from the Centre of Parma! Personally I like to walk when I visit new places, so the Hotel found it very convenient! In addition we found an offer with booking so even non-excessive prices … is a 4 star hotel and the rooms were super comfortable with every amenity! Very good!

A solid four star and current proposal in one of the most modern in Parma.
The train station of Parma (the whole area, in truth) has been recently restored and it's all new. NH is placed in front of the station, a strategic position for getting around. Piazza Garibaldi is around 10-15 minutes on foot, and is easy to get to.
The Hotel has a contemporary style, the quality of furnishings and structure is very good. The rooms are quite spacious and furnished with sobriety. The bathroom is spacious, with bath. The quality of accessories and products is okay; the TV is particularly large, around 37-40 ". Good soundproofing from outside noise. There is also a small balcony. The thermostat is adjustable but does not fall below 25 degrees, a little excessive.
The hotel has an underground parking which costs € 10 per night. Alternatively you have to park your car on the street, but there is no place for the front. You have to venture a little side streets.
The breakfast is plentiful and varied, but the quality is not superb. In particular is lacking the selection of baked goods. Juices, juices etc are industrial.

Prices are not especially aggressive, but in line with the quality of the hotel.

The location of the hotel it's really good. It's at 5 minutes by walk from the city center and perfect for travellers because is really close to the train station. The service is amazing and the rooms are clean, big and well designed.
