Quiet and reserved in a context of residential blocks. Nice and helpful Staff Tourist Hotel, comfortable, quiet and out of the little chaos that you can meet in Ferrara. Out of the old town, but with a ride you get there right away. Convenient to Shopping.

A very elegant 3 Star hotel, with beautiful Ambience, friendly and helpful Staff and very good Food.
The Rooms were all equipped with good WI-FI, there was also air Conditioning in every Room, a Safe (This one was broken), Electricity like Telephone, a Closet and almost everything was very Clean.
As icing on the cake, there was fresh Towels every Morning, a clean Bathroom and well-ventilated Rooms.
I would recommend everyone to Stay at this Hotel, provided you can afford it (it is a business hotel). All in all 4 out of 5 Stars, Deductions because of the defective Safe and Hygiene, otherwise everything supi.

I was there one night for work. Good, it has what it takes if you don't have special needs! Single room with a bed to a square and half appreciated very much! Just wish it was a bit uncomfortable at the center so not recommended for tourists who plan to experience the city. Great Mall crossing the street.

I found the hotel very dirty, moving the curtains are spider webs. The breakfast is very bad, or at least not that we went there with the school, we were given a juice with a croissant deposited on the table. I experience I do not recommend it, the staff is not polite and respectful to customers. We don't talk about how much dust was deposited on the head of the bed and on the furniture and even under the bed. Just walked in the room we noticed a huge blemish on the bed. The closet was dirty. The drinks in the fridge were open, and in the bathroom I found a surprise, a cockroach. That is to say, the hotel is very disappointing.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. We had a great time: great dinner and breakfast, comfortable and spotless room, large shower stall. Very kind the owner that we will remember with such sympathy.

Decent and clean room, the bedding is comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet place at the entrance to the city. The staff is nice too.

Excellent location to the center of Ferrara. Excellent if you want to reach Ferrara fiere, you can get there also with a walk.

It is always difficult to give a correct assessment, I also read other reviews to compare the various evaluations with my experience and I must say that there are many factors that play in favor or against.
I stayed two nights with my family, in all we are five people. I asked for the double suite with two bathrooms and six beds as described on their website but I was told they didn't have that type of room and so I had to accept a four bed room and fit in. The room was a suite from €150 per night with two single beds and a double that in practice was a sofa bed. Apparently the cleanliness seemed flawless mapoi I found side of the mattress a pair of men's underpants left by someone earlier. The room being a suite was quite large, equipped with a minibar (with only two bottles of water) and a safe with combination inside the closet that for the type of room is insufficient, we are barely the clothes of two people and There were only three hangers. For all the rest I want to blame the time of year in fact it was January and maybe we were out of season in fact the garden, the park, the parking were in the state of abandonment, the breakfast buffet was plentiful but nothing special. I could not appreciate the restaurant as it only opened in the evening and closed over the weekend. The staff is very courteous and helpful and all in all you have to remember that although it looks like a four star, it is actually rated as three stars.

Located next to a shopping mall, so if you need to make purchases or the weather is bad why not take advantage of it

Place that smells like old not old brings you the old times stylish but discreet, very friendly staff, an oasis in time to relax and reflect.

Great service! especially the breakfast very good, something for everyone! There is the possibility to take advantage of the hotel's bicycles for free! Shuttle service to the Centre is free of charge until midnight on new year's Eve.

Great place to stay. You are close to everything! Cheap cheerful 8/10.
