They say there's no two without three… this year with a friend of mine we went because the year before the place was liked so much despite there had been a very long wait to eat … this year we call without receiving a response so we provide by message… the reservation arrived there but no one had prevented you from asking if we wanted tigelle or restaurant and they decided for us (to consider that the year before the tigelle option was not there) … definitely the availability and courtesy of the waitress have influenced to improve this evening… I still have reservations about whether or not to return next year… Cmq as far as restaurant-level food is concerned for 2 years I recommend it also given the magnificent view…

Beautiful place we were there on a snowy day with adverse weather conditions we were accommodated the same with so much kindness we were very comfortable we ate well and paid the right I can't wait to go back again to be able to taste their way Kitchen.

Inadequate furnishings for such an ancient location (they should break down the wall separating the dining room from a kind of kitchen service and remove the hideous décor of the hall to recreate a good elegant the cut that we have served however The coffee must be brought after the sweet so much chaos in the management of a restaurant that ten years ago was excellent and refined also the inappropriate rock music (it would be good classical background music) local overflowing with flies.

You can only appreciate the location: the Castle of Sarzano always offers a wonderful panorama and a refuge from the heat and damp of the plain. The length of the trip is certainly rewarded.
As for the restaurant, it was not the first time we came, but this year have found a very limited menu (let's understand, do not pretend a menu particularly varied given the structure is the number of sessions, for one or two more choices would not Spoiled) is a certain parsimony in portions.
Appreciable a care of the details and in presenting the dishes, it is clear that we are not in a trattoria with fried dumpling at will, but a little more substance would have been appreciated.

Enchanted Place, many interesting initiatives in spring and summer. Great food, good service. Possibility to stay overnight in very well-tended rooms, possibility of parties or weddings in the deconsecrated church. Recommended!
