I was a guest on a Saturday night for dinner with friends, to eat dumpling and Tigelle. Very good dinner and nice place with traditional menu. In the summer time there is a nice outdoor area where you can eat and have children play.

Strategic area close to highway exit, friendly structure, really nice staff! Rooms warm but mostly clean, adjoining kind restaurant and impeccable typical cuisine! Recommended and definitely will come back!

Located in a former remodeled country court, the restaurant Gabarda offers the typical dishes of Emilian cuisine starting from the classic green ravioli or pumpkin flanked by seconds of meat. Excellent mixed grill, but for those who are not too hungry is to report the mixed meats with the excellent fried dumpling.
Fair prices.

Large parking lot, very nice in summer, very good food and well cared for.

We went to dinner at the Gabarda restaurant, on a Saturday night. The restaurant is nice, housed in an old barn, cozy atmosphere. We were in 20, we had dinner at the base of dumpling Fritto and Crescentine (Tigelle) The sliced was very good, the Tigelle excellent. With Tigelle and dumpling in addition to sliced, there were brought dishes of cheese and stracchino, a bit scarce. We had asked for vegetables with pinzimonio and grilled vegetables, but they arrived after a long time and after several requests, when the first two rounds of dumpling and Tigelle are finished. I was hoping to eat the tigelle with vegetables, but I could not, finished the vegetables, no longer arrived Tigelle, even if at some point the room has drained. The many waiters did not really bother to ask if we needed anything, we were continually chasing after him, when they showed up… often lacked wine or water, or tigelle or dumpling. My experience at this restaurant ends here, too bad for the great food, spoiled by a very poor service.

A very nice and quite place with a very good breakfast service. 5 minutes by car to the city center.

4 star Hotel with very large rooms located in the middle of the countryside, normal without too many expectations, ideal for good breakfast stops with different products done well.

Large veranda, tastefully furnished that makes a pleasant summer evening. Friendly service and not intrusive. Great all the first and the sweets. No second judgement because we don't love meat. Recommended.

Location perfect food also! Big restaurant is amazing. A lot of trees and birds. But room can be more clean expessialy bathroom.

Favorite hotel in Carpi nice people&nice everything ❤️

For work I had to bear in Carpi and a friend recommended me to try sleeping in the hotel "HOTEL GABARDA" adjacent to the restaurant where they often ritova with friends or family.
The hotel is very quiet, resting well, great location close to the motorway and the welcome I would say it is more than friendly.
