Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast plentiful and great with lots of variety, homemade cakes etc. Recommended!

This is an average hotel. The room was ok. Cleanliness ok. The staff were ok too. However, and I'm sorry to say, breakfast was poor!

Over all it became a place to sleep. The breakfast was OK. Mostly cakes, bread and eggs. Being vegetarian it was difficult to order room service or use the restaurant. Just was not at all what I would expect. The room at a glance looked fine but then you'll find the dust and dirt. With a small child, I couldn't leave them on the floor as something would just be eaten off the floor. Staff when spoken to were amazing, and the coffee from the cafe/bar is great.

I was passing by and I stopped one night. I enjoyed the breakfast and the guarded parking. Clean and spacious room. Dogs welcome even with a little extra.

It's not bad by any stretch of the imagination, but it's not perfect. Our AC makes a squeeking noise when set to a setting appropriate to the Italian heat. The Wifi is terrible with an average download speed of about 136kb/s. The setting is also in a place where you wouldn't want to be found dead, there is a car with a broken window and two slashed tyres on the parking lot for crying out loud! Not to mention the awful smell coming from the mini-fridge for some reason. That all being said, from the inside, the building is very pretty and it's got everything you'd want from a decent hotel.

I was at this hotel in June 2013 for work. Nice room, clean, big bed. Huge bathroom. Staff courteous, helpful and polite. Breakfast good and hearty. Exceptional aperitif bar. If I get it over there for work, I'll definitely be back.

It's not a 4-star hotel. It is a 3-star, still with carpet on the ground and with a medium-low clean level. He's worth half the money we gave him. Breakfast is extensive but they don't have enough tables (neither plates or cutlery) and you have to wait and then eat in a hurry. At least in reception they are nice.

First impression walking into the lobby is a very strong smell of perfume. That smell is continous through the common areas of the hotel. The room itself smelled like cigar smoke and was badly cleaned. The carpets look like they havent seen so much as a once-over since they were put in sometime 30 years ago. Also the location is in a neighborhood that might have been nice 30 years ago but looks run down now. Do not book, go somewhere else for the love of god.

Was ok. Rooms a good size but dated and stained carpets. Bathroom was large and clean. For a 1 night stop over it does the job, not bad value.

Nice and Chic place. Staff Its strategic location near the main roads makes it very convenient to reach various sites.

Very poor… customer service has a lot to be desired. No acceptance at all to change of dates, be very weary as they won’t accommodate change at all!. Bad experience, will not book again.

It's a very nice hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the girls in the breakfast room, the train station is conveniently placed just behind the hotel.

Bit out of the way from main centre need some tlc but staff very friendly.

Closed Garage, quiet rooms and very spacious and clean, and finally! this hotel is a comfortable mattress and pillows worthy of the name, breakfast with wide choice. Tonero definitely.

Arrived at the hotel late morning, there was no trouble about checking in early, the staff are all very nice and helpful, the room is of a good size with aircon. There's also a limited stocked mini bar which is fairly reasonably priced. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance I parked my truck at the Unipol Arena and walked to the hotel, it took 15 minutes. The airport is not too far away, maybe 10 minutes in a car, if there's no traffic. The hotel can arrange a shuttle car/ bus but I don't know the cost, not much as the airport is so close. The sun has gone down and I'm enjoying a cold beer in the very well stocked bar, on this tour I've stayed in some fairly decent places, this is one that I would pay a return visit.

Very comfortable altarpiece Unipol x concerts and practically connected to the station of the local train that from Bologna station arrives shortly after the hotel. Great experience wonderful the guys at the front desk. I will definitely come back and recommend it for maximum comfort and courtesy.

The staff in general friendly, I had to attend a lady who resumed her colleague so I'm not objective, are scenes that on vacation we will not have to see. The rooms are dated but clean, breakfast varied and satisfactory.

Old rooms, we were in 3 we found the room 201 without conditioning therefore very hot, with smell of stale smoke, not to mention the smell of the mochette. It was necessary to open the window and keep it open all night.
As far as cleanliness good. Impeccable breakfast, international buffet with excellent products also for Celiacs. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It was hot like hell in the room and the aircondition didn't work. The check in personnel were not kind.

Hotel has quilt, elevator, free Wi-Fi does not charge hotel tax is the key, not the room card.

I would recommend it for the availability of the staff… Comfortable and clean rooms… If you want to go to the Unipol Arena for a concert I would not recommend it, because it is not easy to reach it, and there are no adequate means. Although the distance between the hotel is the sports hall is little, but the roads are not suitable to walk, so you have to always take a taxi.

A bit dated but clean. At the reception always nice. Good breakfast and great waiters and attentive, fast. Near the Unipol Arena, 15 minutes by car in Bologna. Great value.

Big, clean room… but it broke the heating and I slept in a glacier… maybe change the room? They brought me a miserable cover… and it was fine.

Poor service, poor location and the restaurant attached to the hotel is hopeless. There is nothing around the hotel.

Old structure refreshed well, cozy, many rooms and quiet in the surroundings… Ideal hotel for a couple of nights on a business trip.

We made a reservation for December 8, we paid in advance by credit card, the day before our daughter got sick, we called asking to be able to postpone the week after that is the 16th of December, but they responded that it was not possible…
Despite everything checking into their site we saw that on the 16th there were elle rooms available… poor Italy!
Definitely in this hotel we will never go there and will not recommend it…

Rooms with carpeting all over the place (apart from the bathroom). Temperature in excessive room, such as to affect the quality of sleep. Spacious bathroom But the shower head had several holes clogged with limestone. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good The coffee (from the vending machine) was not the best. Hotel located just a few km from the centre of Bologna and the Ducati Museum.

Positive experience. Quiet place. Staff available. Continental and Anglo-Saxon breakfast in Bouffet. Stop of the train that leads to Bologna, immediately at the exit of the hotel. Recommended.

Our room stinks like a very old, countryside house… it makes me sick a little bit. Rooms are pretty outdated but Otherwise, all good.

1) Welcoming and always friendly staff 2) very clean and well cared for 3) spacious and comfortable rooms, also equipped with safe. Very large bathroom.
4) Varied and abundant buffet breakfast (fruit, biscuits, croissants, genuine cakes, salami, eggs, etc. )
I know that recently has changed the management of the hotel, which are providing to renew some parts of the same and to renew others, eg the carpet will not be there again and soon will be available also 3 meeting rooms.
5) The restaurant/pizzeria on the ground floor is very convenient, you can also ask for deliveries in the room.
6) The location is fabulous for those who arrive in Bologna for work (great free parking! ) but also to reach the city center, in fact exactly behind the hotel there is the railway stop "Pilastrino". Very close to the Unipol arena.

Very clean, child-friendly, friendly staff, good parking, good breakfast.

Although it is outside of the city and isn't extremely modern in appearance, the facilities are great — very helpful staff, very comfortable rooms and bathrooms, and wonderful breakfast. We were so pleasantly surprised! Bonus is free parking and extremely convenient to the train to go into the city.
