Beautiful and quiet hotel in the Apennines with a very authentic look. The staff is so friendly and helpful that you will feel right at home. We very much enjoyed several meals in the excellent restaurant accompanied with great local wines but the risotto with lime and ginger was absolutely divine! The wellness area has a unique view on the mountains and you will find enough possibilities to relax making a visit worthwhile.

We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, and we weren’t even guests at the hotel! We had a meal while waiting for the spa to open. It was glorious and our waiter (forgive me, I cannot remember his name but he spoke English well. Fabrizio I think it was? ) was so friendly and attentive. The spa is wonderful and we had two fantastic massages as well. The views are spectacular!

You will never forget this experience, from your winding drive to the superb hosting. Words have not yet been invented to describe how impressed we are.

Nice aperitif by the pool with background music thanks to a DJ. Too bad for the fresh at the end of August, but the place deserves both for the aperitif, for dinner and for the view. Nice sunset behind the hill and pleasant aperitif, with a really rich and appetizing buffet. Good drinks and nice Guys at the bar! Highly recommended!

Ideal if you want to escape from Bologna for a weekend without straying too far, the property is beautiful and with wonderful views.

An honorable mention goes to the cuisine that is stratospheric, finding such good vegetarian and vegan alternatives is not everyday, even the fish to be immersed in the Apennine Bolognese was great. Rather than relegating yourself to the classic menu, let yourself be guided in the choice by the dining chef.

On July 19, 2008 we celebrated our wedding in this fantastic place to say the least wonderful, impeccable and attentive staff, great cuisine for which even now I receive compliments, and how not to mention Barbara the owner, has realized all the our dreams and made that day already very excited was really perfect. The double suite where we spent the night and breakfast were the icing on the cake. Basically 24 hours where we felt pampered in a dream. Today we returned to celebrate our "Wedding of Pond" and we rediscovered the same atmosphere of affection and we have to redo the congratulations to the staff who, always impeccable, made us spend a great evening. Thank you so much for everything! What about… we recommend everyone to go to Palazzo Loup, whether for a lunch, a ceremony, an aperitif or for a ride to the Spa for some relaxation. We hope to return soon Giuseppe and Jessica.

Relax nature quiet enchanting landscapes and customer care on the Bolognese apennines.
it is not the usual Hotel where everything is "programmed" but you can breathe the air of a familiar and informal environment, which puts you at ease.
excellent support point for excursions in the midst of the daily life of this Italy with a thousand beauties too often not considered.
in summer I pleasantly waited for the sunset by the pool, with a great aperitif as the daily life of the farmers drew to the end of their day. Working.
informal but elegant environments, the main building is a piece of the history of the travellers who crossed the Apennine.

Beautiful ancient residence with attached a beautiful garden, overlooking the hill. A lovely place with a beautiful panoramic view. Attached a new spa with indoor pool and a large outdoor pool. Really lovely location and very relaxing. Good food and friendly staff. I have been their guest several times for work, always a nice experience, sometimes some small organizational smear. Recommended.

Relaxation! I tried the indoor spa pool and the spa. It looks great, especially if in a few seen that the local is not big. In any way promoted!

I attended a wedding ceremony in this cozy facility. Great service and good food. There is a nice swimming pool and a spa that will be try. The park around is rich secular plants.

I had been here for my sister-in-law's wedding, we returned for Easter lunch and I must say it was a pleasant reconfirmation!

Excellent food that has proved to the height both of taste and quality while having a set menu, as well as the wine recommended by the sommelier.
The location speaks for itself, an 18th century palace nestled in the green meadows of Loiano between the hills of the Bolognese Apennines, in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere where we could have lunch without any haste and especially without being disturbed by volumes of Voices too high!
I also thank the owner Mr. Ra Barbara for having kindly accommodated us once again in her room, which I recommend everyone to try, perhaps finding to pass by here!

Put a coeliac who also takes the decision not to feed on animal derivatives, put children and husband vegan, put grandparents and uncles who from the culinary tradition take real pleasure, put that want to come together to share Christmas lunch together, here you are faced with a situation of not easy solution.
It takes professionalism, attention, listening skills, open-mindedness and passion for life to offer a menu that I like to define, cross.
Starters, first, seconds and vegan sweets and gluten free full of taste and beauty, have delighted our palate and our sight, all seasoned with a rare kindness, a dough whose main ingredient is the will to procure well-being!

Interesting palace with quite some history, great views and a swimming pool! The food was excellent and the staff extremely available and kind! On the other hand the room I ended up in was a bit spartan and Wi-Fi wasn't functioning properly (maybe because we were a numerous group). Overall it was a very pleasant experience!

Fantastic location. An ancient Palace cleverly used as a dwelling place for relaxing holidays. Lovely staff, always friendly and helpful and inclined to fulfill every customer's request with a smile. Beautiful pool located in a panoramic position and discreet. Beautiful and complete the SPA with many available treatments. Excellent restaurant.

I visit London at Palazzo Loup during a relaxing weekend and the place appealed to me. Elegant location but without excess, rich in history and the friendly and efficient. Great restaurant with both traditional and refined cuisine. Clean rooms with beautiful views over the Valley. Too bad the weather was not good to use the lovely pool which I only glimpsed in the distance.
All the staff was professional and always very helpful and at reception we were in great small hiking and bike tours suggested by car. We will be back.

I was born and I live in Bologna. This is the fifth year that I come on holiday at Palazzo Loup and another place as well, in my humble opinion, does not exist. The staff is a kindness, courtesy, sympathy only and this makes the trip very enjoyable and pleasant. Every time I come here, I feel at home; I feel like staying with family. The reception is perfect.
The landscape and the landscape around the hotel is of indescribable beauty; peace, quiet, green. Relaxation is guaranteed. There is also a swimming pool, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view and the quiet and relaxation are assured.
What about the restaurant? Really very good; eat well, there is a wide choice, really great.
The rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable.
I'm always very but very willingly and will continue to come here on vacation. Courtesy, friendliness, warmth, relaxation. In a word: President.
